17.1. 𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣

ꜰᴀɪᴢɪ'ꜱ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴠɪᴇᴡ

I along with Karan, Koel, Sanju and Sid had stepped out of Batra Sir's office but were confused by the fact that why did Batra Sir stopped Param Bhaiya and Monami-Tsunami.

We were hiding behind the pillar and few minutes later, Bhaiya and Tsunami came out as they directly went to the Dispensary.

Five of us looked at one another and followed them, while we were outside the Dispensary, we heard Param Bhaiya question, "Monami, jab se academy aaya hoon, main dekh rha hoon ki Karan, Faizi, Sanju, Sid aur Koel ne tumse ache se baat nahi ki lekin jab tum academy nahi aayi thi tab paanchon dar gye the jab maine tumhe past tense mein refer kiya, specially Karan. Am I missing something Monami?"

Monami was silent while Param Bhaiya continued, "Aur toh aur, Karan ne tumhe mere baare mein btaya hai, tum Barkha aur Baby ke saath itna acha bond share krti ho, yeh main dekh chuka hoon. Eska matlab, tum Karan aur baaki sabke liye, es academy ke liye important ho, but Karan ke saath kya special hai?"

"Main aur Karan relationship mein hai Bhai..." she told Param Bhai and he looked at her startled.

"Everything Monami." he said while Monami-Tsunami sighed and nodded her head in affirmative.

While with us, Sid whispered which was only audible to us, "Karan bro, aapki aur Monu bro ki love story ka narration hone wala hai. It's gonna be fun."

Whereas Janaab ji glared at Sid and spoke up, "Sid, mission ke baad 100 laps bhaagne hain tujhe?"

While Sid gulped and instantly nodded his head in negative while I still teased, "Lekin Janaab ji, ab aapki es kahani ka narration toh hoga hi, aur sun-ne mein maza toh bohot aayega."

"Jey baat toh hai Sirji!" Said Sanju.

Karan raised his eyebrows as he said, "Sanju, Bundelkhand ki tickets nikalwaun kya?"

While Koel smirked as she said, "Bad option Bhai. Aap hume dhamka sakte ho lekin aapko dhamkane wale log bhi hain yahaan, jaise ki Ulti Khopdi female version who is none other than your Girlfriend and your elder brother, toh technically cards humare haanth mein hai!"

Karan glared at her but then he realised that her words are indeed the ultimate truth and he sighed while we peeked inside as Monami said, "Main aur Karan Deolali mein academy se pehle ek factory ke paas mile the. Main Bus stand ja rahi thi jab maine Karan ko knife se kisiko wallet ke liye dhamkate huye dekha. And the person was none other than Bala, es academy ka ek Cadet but pehle apne survival ke liye chori krta tha... And so maine Karan ko ek thief samajh liya in our first meet."

Hearing this, there was a moment of silence before Param Bhaiya bursted out laughing, and here Sanju, Sid and Koel were no better as they didn't knew about their first meet while I smiled remembering the teasing session I gave this Janaab after that while currently Janaab Ji is lost in his world, recalling the days!

Our trance of thoughts were broken, as Koel, Sanju and Sid muffled their laughs when Param Bhaiya said laughing, "Tumne Special Agent Karan Shergill ko ek Chor bana diya.... Kya baat hai Monami!"

While Monami stood there as she whined, "Bhaiii, main aage nahi btaungi phir!"

"Achaa, thik hai continue.." Param Bhaiya said, while trying his best to not to laugh.

Monami-Tsunami nodded her head and continued, "Phir, jab main academy registration ke liye pohonchi toh hume kahin aur lejaya gya, and we stopped in middle of a forest. Aur vahaan mujhe realise hua ki mera head trainer voh Khadoos Shergill hai!"

Param Bhaiya raised his eyebrows while Monami clarified, "Aap nahi, aapko voh Khadoos bhai! Yaani, Karan Khadoos Shergill!"

Param Bhaiya laughed while Monami narrated about the bottoms up plan and then she narrated the event which happened in Batra Sir's cabin as I whispered in Janaab ji's ears, "Esliye aaj itni ghantiyan bajayi ja rahi thi Janaab!"

"Saand chup krjaa!" warned Karan which I royally ignored and continued to hear Monami-Tsunami's narration.

Monami narrated Sid's entry in the academy and the whole show while Param Bhaiya could hardly control his laughs all this time when Monami narrated how Karan and Sanju tortured Sid after his proposal as Param Bhaiya sighed and said, "En dono ka kuch nahi hosakta! Faltu mein bechare ko itna maara. Sahi naam diya gya hai inhe, Miss Tod Fod aur Ulti Khopdi."

"Lekin unka bond bhi toh vaisa hi hai na Bhai. Karan, Sanju aur Faizi ek-dusre ko leke bohot protective hain aur yeh hum sab dekh chuke hain..." said Monami with a smile, while five of us were smiling here as well.

"Karan, Sanju, Faizi, Koel aur Sid tumhare liye kaafi important hain na Monami..." Param Bhaiya said, with the happiness reflecting in his tone.

Whereas Monami-Tsunami nodded her head in affirmative and told him, "Bhai, jab dosti ke liye mehnat krni padi ho na, tab voh dost aapke liye aapki life se bhi zaada important hojate hain... Aur Karan, Faizi, Sanju, Koel and infact Sid ki dosti ke liye bohot work kiya hai maine ..... Work kiya hai humne."

Param Bhaiya looked at her confused as he enquired, "Monami sabka samajh aata hai lekin Sid se dosti ke liye mehnat? Usse toh tum bachpan se jaanti ho na?"

Even I along with others except Sid were confused when she said that she had to work for Sid's friendship as well when Sanju questioned Sid, "Yeh Monami kay bol rahi hai Chirkut? Thaare se dosti ke laane bhi mehnat krni padi?"

Sid didn't answered the question when we saw Monami smiling faintly as she answered, "Main aur Sid ek dusre ko kaafi time se jaante hain, lekin humesha se toh nahi jaante the... Sid aur main poles apart the. Main first bencher aur voh backbencher, main kitaabon mein rehti thi aur voh computer ke lab mein. Kabhi laga nahi tha usse dosti ho payegi, but then one day, Papa Avinash Uncle ke saath ghar aaye aur unke saath aaya Sid..."

"Sid aur mera dosti krna ki impossible tha due to our differences, meri aur Sid ki meets frequent thi because mere aur Sid ke Dad business partners the, voh mera neighbour tha aur classmate bhi. With the time, hum dono ek dusre ko complete krne lage.... 1 year later.... Main, mumma, aur Sid bohot close the lekin Mumma ka voh mission aaya, hum mumma ko jaane nahi dena chahte the but we couldn't stop her as well. Because hume ussi age mein samajh aagya tha that nothing is superior than the country, all thanks to her." Monami said with slight tears in her eyes while Sid was was looking at Monami with tears rolling down his cheeks, as if reliving the old pain.

Sanju placed her arm on his shoulder, but that didn't broke his chain of thoughts, as he kept on looking at her.

Monami took a deep breath as she continued, "Mumma ke shaheed hone ke baare mein pta chala... And everything just broke off. Papa ne khudko business mein indulge krliya, Avinash uncle kabhi the hi nahi humare paas. Main aur Sid sad the lekin proud bhi, hum nahi roye. It took all our strength lekin humne kiya, Sid ko mom ka pyaar meri mumma se mila and loosing her was like loosing his own mom. Main aur Sid us din ke baad ek dusre ka support system ban gye."

"Sabko lagta hai ki meri aur Sid ki outgoing personality hai which is sort of true lekin mera aur Sid ka ek dusre ke alawa koi friend nahi tha because we reserved ourselves from the outside world. College mein ek-do dost banaye the, to come out of our shell lekin uske baad voh bhi nahi kiya phirse, baaki ka change, dost jo mila voh es academy mein mila..." said Monami as she recalled the old days as Param Bhaiya kept his arm on Monami's shoulder to comfort her.

I, Koel, Karan, and Sanju looked at Sid who was silently crying when Sanju whispered which was only audible to me and Karan, "Academy ki shuruaat mein Siddharth aur Monami ko kitna galat samjho tha na humne Karan Sirji..."

"Sahi keh rahi ho Sanju. Shayad kuch zaada hi jaldi humne apna perspective bana liya tha..." said Karan agonizing.

I glanced at the duo and told them, "Kaha tha humne tum dono ko ki itni jaldi apna perspective mat banao, lekin tumhe sun-ni kahaan hai humari?"

We sighed as we looked at Sid and then back inside the dispensary.

While Monami just continued, "Aur ek yahi reason hai, ki us din jab humari dosti tutne wali thi toh hum itne vulnerable hogye..."

We looked at Sid startled not knowing when did it happen, as Monami started to narrate Rawat's case and how they misunderstood eachother because of the wrong situations and almost ended up breaking their friendship, and then the human trafficking racket, as she concluded, "Us din agr voh hospital wala scene nahi hota toh shayad main aur Sid aaj ek saath nahi hote...."

Tears were falling down from Sid's eyes uncontrollably as he turned his gaze from Monami and fresh tears rolled down his cheeks as four of us hugged him tightly while inside Monami controlled herself well, and wiped off the alone tear which threatened to fall down from her eyes.

She glanced at Param Bhaiya's worried and concerned look as she said, "Kya Bhaii, aap aage ka toh suno! Phir Sid aur main hospital se bach gye because of everyone! Aur es beech aapke Bhai ko shoulder pe goli lagi aur voh bhi mujhe bachate-bachate. Aur phir pta nahi kab mujhe us Khadoos Shergill se pyaar hogya aur apna dil us Khadoos ko dediya... Aapko pta hai, us din main ek love-sick puppy ki tarah behave kr rahi thi... Apne room mein ek cardio report ko gale lagake apne dil ki baat confess kr rahi thi, sabko laga ki koi picture hogi lekin cardio report dekhke sab confuse hogye..."

"Jaante hain voh cardio report kiski thi?" Monami-Tsunami questioned with a smile.

Whereas Param Bhaiya answered with a guessing look, "Karan ki?"

Monami's smile widened as she replied, "Haan, us Khadoos Shergill ki report thi voh aur phir us din trip ke baad maine galti se Sid ke saamne yeh baat confess krdi, tabse he is the matchmaker."

Monami then started to explain Param Bhaiya about the time when Karan accidentally shot her and then saved her dreams by taking stand for her against his father, and then about Abhay and the mission while Bhaiya was listening to her keenly with a stern look about the Mission Cuckoo and then she enquired, "Bhaiya vaise aapko kya lagta hai ki propose kisne pehle kiya?"

Param Bhaiya chuckled as he answered, "Ofcourse tumne kiya hoga Monami, after all Karan en sabme bewakoof lagta hai mujhe."

Janaab ji who was standing beside me frowned while Koel nodded im agreement as she said, "Vaise Param Bhaiya es baat pe bilkul sahi hain..."

Karan glared at Koel which she royally ignored while I chuckled when Monami said, "Sahi kaha. Us Khadoos Shergill ko pehle propose bhi maine kiya aur phir..."

"Phir kya?" questioned Param Bhaiya curiously.

Monami-Tsunami sighed as she replied, "Usne mujhe reject krdiya!"

Param Bhaiya was surprised and it was comprehendible from his look as he instantly got up and questioned, "Tumhare Khadoos Shergill sach mein Ulti Khopdi hai. Reject krdiya tumhe? Uski harkaton se pta chal rha hai ki voh tumse pyaar krta hai aur yeh Karannn! Eske toh 200 laps pakke hain mission ke baad!"

And here, four of us smirked while Janaab Ji had an horrified look on his face as I whispered, "Special Agent Karan Shergill 200 laps ke liye taiyaar rahiyega."
