♚️The Change In My Life Chapter Four♚️

My name is Roxy O'Neill, I am 17 years old, and I'm obsessed with science! I love doing experiments! Anything to do with science I love it! I sat down in science class it was 10 minutes till the bell rings. "Now class, you all have your assignments for the science fair, correct?" Mrs. Minnie asked. "Actually Miss Minnie you never gave me my experiment," I answered ad she walked over to me. "Okay miss O'Neill, figure out what that substance is then transformed it into its crystal state." Miss Minnie explained asked I raised my eyebrow. "And how am I supposed to do that?" I asked.

"Build a homemade spectrometer. Yeah, you're gonna have to do this little thing that we in the science community like to call science." Miss Minnie answered the bell rings. "You've got till Monday!" She reminds me as I walked out of the classroom. "She wants me to make mystery gunk into a crystal. That's impossible!" I told my friend Amy as I opened my locker. "It's not technically impossible it sounds like "time-travel impossible, " or "speed-of-light impossible." it's just hard not impossible," Amy explained as I closed my locker. "Hey, Roxy!" Carter waved as he spotted us. "Carter, what's up?" Amy asked. "I... I was wondering if you maybe you wanted to study together." Carter started. "For Mr. Perkins test?" I asked as he nodded.

"Yeah! Yeah, totally. We would be a cliche, how fun." I answered sarcastically. "I'm sorry clich?" Carter asked. "The sports guy, asking the nerdy girl for help with his homework," I answered. "No, I just thought we could, you know, join forces." Carter contradicted. "Um... okay. I'm gonna be in the lab for study hall tomorrow. If you have a change of heart, stop by." Carter said as he walked off. "Your epic crush just asked you out on a date, and you shut him down!" Amy almost yelled as everyone looked at us. "That wasn't a date, Amy. I'm gonna leave the mindless flirting to my sister. "like awesome city!" I mocked my sister as Amy laughed. "Isn't she having a party tonight?" Amy asked as I sighed. "Sadly yes, and I have to deal with her and her crazy friends," I answered as we walked into my house.

I was downstairs in the basement.I swear the music was on loud it made all the liquid in my lab shake like the water does in Jurassic Park! I looked back at my computer to see that the substance was sugar! "He gave me sugar? Seriously!" I asked. After I finished the experiment I saw a moth fly in. "I hate moths," I complained as I swatted the fly away.

I follow the fly with my eyes as the moth flew into one of my past experiments liquids. As the moth flew out of the liquid, it started glowing. I looked back at it to see it wasn't a moth anymore it was a butterfly about to size of my hand and was yellow. I follow the butterfly upstairs as it flew into my room and under my bed. I looked under my bed to see something glowing yellow. I pulled out the object to see it was a good shiny egg. "Ohhhh shiny." I cooed as the egg started to open the room got engulfed in its golden light. Once the light disappeared it looks like I was in a candy store. I looked around to see a girl asleep on a candy cane throne, a girl asleep on the steps, and as girls asleep on a white chair.

It was weird my outfit changed and so did my hair. I had a white and red dress with a white top covered in gold flower and apple patterns, with a large red bow adorning the top. The top has a gold lace hem which continues to a large red skirt with a black overskirt covered in gold flecks. My cape is held together by strings of pearls and red bows on the sleeves. The cape is covered with small white and gold flowers with red and gold curls adorning the edges.  My crown is large and gold, and I had several strings of pearls with red jewels in my hair. I had two bracelets, one white pearl the other gold, a red apple ring, and gold jewel earrings with a red bow on the top. My necklace extends to the top and is composed of gold and red jewels. My clutch is padded white with a large yellow bolt bow and golden rope handle. My shoes are a pearly white with golden leaves, red bows and white pearls decorating them. 

I looked down to see a cute little yellow creature. Its body is covered in shiny yellow fur. It has long ears resembling a rabbit, deep purple almond-shaped eyes, and as blunt cat-like muzzle with a small black triangular nose. It has a spiky white mane encircling its neck. Its legs and paws are slender and fox-like, with three toes on each and no visible claws. "I'll name you Sparky." I cooed as I saw the butterfly transform into a woman with long blonde hair. "Where the heck am I?" I asked her. "Well explained soon but now you need to sleep." She answered as she pressed her palm to my forehead and I fell asleep.
