Walking out of the huge company, Y/N takes a deep breath trying to control her anger and annoyance. It was her interview with second company she applied to, getting a mail to attend the interview she felt happy and confident. Ofcourse with her degree and masters she got interview mails from all the companies she applied.

However when she actually went for the face to face interview she got rejected. She saw how the interview committee has put her resume aside as soon as they saw her walking in. She didn't fail to notice the disgusted glances they threw at her but she being a mature person dealt it professionally without making a fuss about it.

Both Jeon enterprises and Park industries have rejected her, she had a great respect towards both the CEO's as she remembered them from her highschool. But she felt pity for them with the employees they had. Heaving a sigh she got in her car and drove back to JaeEun's apartment, after making a stop at a cafe to grab some desserts.

The AI voice welcomed the owner of house while Y/N was making dinner for them. A tired JaeEun walks in the living-room and plops on the couch heaving a exhausted sigh. "Rough day?" Y/N asks from kitchen, turning the rice cooker off and moving back to stir the soup. The exhausted female just hums, soon enough an active fluff ball jumps on her making her Yelp but soon smile at the big doggo who was being desperate for its owner's attention.

"How was your interview?" The older asks which leads the younger to heave a sigh and look at her sister, hearing the loud sigh JaeEun turns her attention to the sulky girl, "I got rejected" she says in a disappointed voice with a pout, "why?" The older asks already having an idea what might have happened, "I'm over qualified for the job" she says hiding the truth and going back to stirring the soup.

JaeEun doesn't believe but neither forces her sister, after thinking for a moment she gazes at her sister, "Beanie, I....know you didn't want my help but the place where I'm working is lacking a project director as the present one has gone for maternity leave, so will you be interested to fill in?" JaeEun quietly suggests which makes Y/N to think about it but then she remembers how she got rejected and shakes her head.

"What if they don't like my work?" She asks, "look they already choose few people but I don't think they are capable for such responsibility so I might've suggested you to the general manager and also presented your resume and he wants to meet you, please please say yes" JaeEun pleads with puppy eyes. "Fine, I will go meet him but after my last interview tomorrow" Y/N says defeatedly.

"That's great, I'll text you the address and you can meet him after lunch since you'll be having your interview in the morning" JaeEun says excitedly to which Y/N nods.

The rest of the evening flies calmly as the both sisters have dinner and chat then goes to bed.

"What do you mean Mrs.Bai took maternity leave? She is supposed to finish the important project and she is the one who's been handling it since the start, how can she just leave?"

"I do believe you hyung, just.... please don't let this project go from us, we've already spent lot of resources and money on this"

The male throws his phone away frustratedly and runs his fingers through his locks. He's been waiting for the particular project for a year and when he finally got it, this happens. So he was a little frustrated, but he believed his hyung, his words. He knew MinHo will make things right.

The exhausting workday was over and he finally wanted the have some rest but then this happens, he didn't felt like staying in the room so he sets out and goes somewhere alone.

The following day,

Y/N was getting ready for the interview at Wang's company. She really hoped that they will accept her and not discriminate her for her looks. Ofcourse looks and apperance mattered alot in business field but she wanted to make a difference and she will.

Choosing a grey checks formals with lingerie top beneath she paired them With black plumps. Pulling her hair into a sleek ponytail, she applies some makeup and accessorizes with a pair of pearl studs and a watch on her left hand.

Checking herself in mirror one last time before going out, she smiles and grabs her stuff before making her way out of her room. Ruffling Chat's hair on her way out she spots breakfast made for her, she bites her lip hesitantly bit decides to skip breakfast as she felt anxious.

She rushes out and gets in car before driving off as her interview was at 11AM and it was already past 10AM. After a good drive for 30 minutes she parks the car in the cellar and gets down after taking her stuff. Sending a quick text to her Eonnie she turns her phone silent and makes her way inside the huge building of Wang Techs.

As she walks through the entrance she makes a beeline towards the reception desk in the huge lobby. Reaching the desk she knocks on the desk to gain the busy receptionist's attention which she succeeds in doing. Throwing the female a smile Y/N greets the receptionist. "Good morning" she says, "Good morning, welcome to Wang Techs, how any I help you?" The receptionist says with a smile which seemed genuine.

"Um.... I'm here for an interview" Y/N says to which the latter makes an realisation expression, "The interview is taking place in the 20th floor" the receptionist says to which Y/N thanks and smiles at the girl, after getting few more directions, Y/N makes her way towards elevator and gets on it then presses on the 20th button. She heaves a relieved sigh finding the elevator empty and tries to calm her nerves.

Soon enough the elevator dings and opens and she walks out after huffing out a breath. As soon as she walks out she finds a bunch of people sitting in the lounge who looked like they were here for interview as well. The people who noticed a presence turns to her, some bow at her while others sneer. She didn't bother and took a seat far from the others.

She was going through the papers she got with her when suddenly she feels a presence beside her, it was a female around her age with a huge smile. "May I sit here" the stranger asks to which Y/N awkwardly nods her head. "Hello, myself Im Nayeon" the girl says extending her hand for a shake which Y/N shakes back, "Y/N L/N".

"Are you nervous about the interview?" Nayeon asks, "I am, are you?" Y/N replies, "Nah, I'm sure I will rock this. I heard that a whole department was fired from here for a conspiracy against the company so I'm sure they'll hire more people. This is the final stage of interview afterall" Nayeon says which makes the chunky girl to crash her eyebrows.

"I'm sorry final stage?" Y/N asks again, "yeah, the online test and project demo test and now this" Nayeon says but Y/N thinks how she didn't participated in them yet she got there. Nayeon was about to speak again but a male walks out and clears his throat gaining everyone's attention.

"I'm Kim Yugyeom, Mr.Wang's secretary, The interview is about to start and Mr.Wang himself is gonna take the interview so I wish all of you good luck. With that being said, firstly Im Nayeon!" The male says, "that's me" the hyper girl beside Y/N jumps, Yugyeom gestures her to follow him and she does as said, Y/N says some cheering words before she leaves.

Nayeon got out after a solid 30 minutes and she had a wide smile, everyone kept asking if she got the job as she was smiling wide but she only said she was happy that he turn is over. Soon enough the hyper girl goes back to Y/N and sits beside her, after a few moments Nayeon speaks again, "aren't you curious to know what happened inside?" Nayeon tempts but Y/N only smiles, "I like surprises" she says making Nayeon to give a cheezy smirk.

Even though it's only been few minutes, Y/N felt like Nayeon was a bubbly girl. They even exchanged their numbers and kept talking untill it was Y/N's turn. She shares a hug with Nayeon before grabbing her file and walking ahead. Yugyeom leads her to the meeting room and gestures her to walk in, "good luck" he says again to which she mumbles a thank-you and walks in.

Walking inside the room she finds no one there. Standing infront of the huge table she glances around when her gaze falls on the swivel chair which was facing the opposite side. Soon enough the chair turns back revaling a handsome man. He was amused to see the girl infront of her, "take your seat Ms....." He trails but Y/N helps him, "Y/N L/N" saying that she takes the seat infront of him.

She passes her resume to him, he takes it and takes a quick look then turns to her with a mischievous smile. Leaning his hands on the table and resting his face on his palms he stares at her making her a little uncomfortable, "So Ms.Y/N are you single?" He asks and she chokes on air at his blunt question, "ye....yes sir" she stutters which makes him chuckle, "Beautiful lady like you should be cherished, maybe it's our destiny that you are single for me" he flirts making her blush and also to get confused at his behaviour.

He open his mouth to say something but yelps instead when someone slaps his head playfully. "Yahh I was just away for 5 minutes and you're already flirting with interviewees" another Handsome male says which makes the poor girl to stare at them in confusion. " I was bored hyung, and also how can I not flirt when some as gorgeous as Aphrodite is sitting here" the first male says looking at Y/N making her to turn shades of red.

"Ok Eunwoo you've successfully made the lady blush now if you excuse us we have business to talk" the second male says, "Ahh fine hyung, but do hire this cutie" he says and rushes out before the older could slap him again making the older to shake his head and take his seat. He heeaves a sigh and looks at chunky girl who was turning back to her normal state from blushing.

"Ms.L/N I presume, I'm Jackson Wang, CEO of Wang Techs, and the guy who conned you earlier is our company's lead model Cha Eunwoo, I'm surprised you didn't recognise him" Jackson says with a warm smile, "I'm sorry, I just got back from LA and I'm not familiar with famous people here yet" she says and smile awkwardly, "I know, I know. Ms.L/N you should know that you got selected to the final interview with skipping the first two rounds, because you are everything we need, yes you are overqualified but we are in desperate need for employees like you"

"I've seen your project review and data which was your assignment in your final year of masters and I must say you are very talented, to be honest this interview is a formality, the moment I got your resume and checked your project I wanted to hire you, if that's ok for you" Jackson states with a expectent smile, "I'm willing to join you but..." She trails to which he creases his brows, "But what?"
