🌌Galaxies🌌--Admins (2/3)

Each galaxy has a unique shape depending on the harmony and order of the stars in it. Galaxies are also responsible and have the power of all-stars, planets and all the various and diverse objects they contain, just like our admins will be the responsible, hard-working people they are.

The admins are going to work with the founders, and help us through everything in this community, the order and the process. Our admins are -crazydw- and ishita09112. 

✨Stars✨--Managers (5/8)

Stars are vast. Stars are billions. Stars are glowing, gaseous, huge balls that are etched into the endless space. They are always present, looking at every cosmic object, just like the manager would- making sure everything is going as smoothly as possible.

Managers are going to be assigning the work to the members of their respective departments. We will have 8 managers, one for each of the following teams. Managers are expected to give the work assigned to the members, or if someone with pending work requests for a hiatus, then to re-distribute the work to some other willing member.

🌟Nebulæ🌟--Reviewers

Nebulæ are interstellar clouds formed of dust, hydrogen and several other gases. They might be just space dust, but if you look at them, they have unique forms, shapes and colors- just like a reviewer. A reviewer's way can be harsh, sugarcoated or both, but in the end, all what a reviewer wishes for is to give you that dose of criticism, but with a blend of rich information and motivation. Think of it as a cocktail. You may sense the bitterness in it, but you'll also notice that swirl of sweetness.

On a platform with hundreds of thousands of books, even million books, it is important to make sure that a new book is at par with the other books. For this, reviewers will review the books that are asked by the authors in the review shop, to provide them with feedback to help them achieve the same level, and compete with them.

🌉Constellations🌉--Graphic Designers

Constellations are considered a group of stars to form a pattern in the sky. Be it astrological signs, animals or even mythological people. Designers are similar to constellations, in which they create something beautiful, something eye-catching.

On Wattpad, the first thing we usually do is judge a book by its cover. We scroll through the list of recommendations that Wattpad gives and click on the books with different and eye-catching covers. Graphic designers provide an author with a cover that they can use on their books. At times, authors require aesthetics or banners, graphic designers would give these as well.

🌕Moons🌕--Judges

Moons are astronomical bodies that orbit planets. You may feel like the moon is walking with you anywhere you go, watching you, judging you, maybe even stalking you- heh.

For the awards to function, we need judges who would review the books that are entered, and find the hidden talent of the writer and help us give them attention. You would get to choose the category you wish to judge that would be mentioned in your form. You could add a category in your list as and when you wish to.

🪨Asteroids🪨--Editors

Asteroids are rocky objects, so small that they can't be considered full planets. They are the things that we don't pay attention to, until they turn into meteors and collide with the earth. Just like the editors. They may have a small role with words, but once you notice them, they are the key and the source to a successful and well-written book.

Editors are very important here on Wattpad. To help the writers reach up and be at par with the amazing books on Wattpad, and compete with them, writers may ask for your help to edit their book. Apart from this, you may edit our books to find and correct our mistakes and make our work neat and tidy.

⚡Meteoroids⚡--Promoters

Meteoroids are the results of asteroids entering the Earth atmospheric layer. They dash down on the Earth, informing the inhabitants of their arrival. Seem like something a promoter would do, hmm? The promoter will inform Wattpad inhabitants about our new projects.

Across Wattpad, hundreds of community are present. We need to put ourselves out there as well, to get the attention of the customers to our shops for which we would need promoters. Promoters would help us get out there so that we have the customers and to help us advertise about our awards and our shops.

☄Comets️ ☄️--Writers

Comets are what you see in the sky. The shooting stars that pass by. Their perfect glow that you can't deny. They are the ones, along with the stars, that write the sky.

For us, writers are of huge importance, since they would help us write the content for our upcoming books, and help us gain popularity by attracting people from wattpad to join us. 

☁Clouds☁--Interviewers

Clouds aren't just considered as evaporated sea water. They decorate the atmosphere with their imperfect shapes and forms. The reason of the clouds is easy- some sunlight fell on a watery surface, ended up generating water vapor that emerged into the sky. Clouds have roots that help them to grow, and while at it, help others to learn and benefit from the knowledge- just like an interviewer. An interviewer collects vast and diverse experiences from people and spread them for other people to benefit from those shared experiences.

Telling the experience of a person just the way it is, is very important. Interviewers help us to get experiences from people all across Wattpad and tell the world through what they went. They help to get the less credited writers attention that they deserve as well. Interviewers may accept the request of a person wanting to tell their experience or ask one for it.

🔭Astronauts🔭- Teachers

Astronauts are these brave humans, who spend their days and nights in training, just to take off to space, and gather much needed & necessary information about our colossal universe. Our teachers highly describe the role of astronauts. They gather knowledge about their surroundings to bless others with that said knowledge. 

On Wattpad, we come across dozens of people who are either new to this world, or are familiar but wish to learn a new skill or need to improve on a skill or wish to brush up on a couple of things that they previously learnt. There are also people who love to help others in their time of need. We need more people to teach us something new. That's where we come in with our new role. Astronauts are like teachers, they will help out the people who wish to learn or brush up with various skills like graphic designing, reviewing, editing, interviewing etc.

Atoms- Members

Apart from having these staff members, we also have open members like mentioned previously. For this position, you will not have to be interviewed, all you have to do is follow the rules, PM us, and we'll send you a link to our discord server. This position is for those who wish to seek the benefits of a community yet not work in it, or learn how a community works, or just meet new people! I know many of you wish to just see things inside a community and we decided to offer this just for this purpose. Engy and I wish to meet new members and see this family grow!
