Background Info : 
7 year old Cecilia was found almost bleeding to death by Charlie Swan while he was doing patrol. He took her to the hospital, but because of her severe injuries, she couldn't remember how she ended up in the woods. She wasn't registered on the files so Charlie couldn't find her family, so he and Renee took her in. 

When she was 20, Magnus managed to find her through tracking her magic and went to Forks to see her. But there was a war going on and since he did not want her to get harmed, he helped Cecilia master her magic and told her to stay in Forks with Charlie.

When the war ended and Magnus married Alec, Cecilia decided to move out and live on her own.

She's just about to pack her things when Isabella comes to live with Charlie.
