Marinette's POV

'I was sat alone in an icecream shop, waiting for a friend to show up. When I first saw you. Your eyes shone like jade on an emperors throne, and your smile made me smile like never before. Alone in an icecream shop. Thats where I first fell for you.'

I sighed and ripped up the small love poem. It sucked and Adrien would hate it. Who would want a poem that doesn't even ryhme? I took a bite from my icecream and looked at my expensive watch.

"Only five more minutes till Adrien gets here. I could run and ditch him but... Maybe I should just figure out what I'm going to say. "

'Hi Adrien, I just invited you here to confess my feelings and all that jazz!'

'Adrien, I love you!'

'Are you McDonald's because I'm loving it!'

'Adrien have a snickers, you aren't as incredibly gorgeous when your hungry!'

'Adrien, do you wanna put your mouth on my mouth?'

'Adrien I am your admirer!'

'How do you like the sound of Marinette Agreste? Because I would marry you for it.'

{Timeskip}

"Hey Marinette! You wanted to see me?" A familiar hot blonde called out, sliding into the seat across from me.

"Yeah. I-uh well..." My face slowly became the colour of a cherry. "You see I really l-like y-yo-ou!"

That's all you could come up with brain?!

Adrien's own face matched my own and didn't respond, emerald orbs staring into mine in a state of shock.

"Ever since you moved to our school two years ago I realised you were really handsome and I got to know you as a kind and sweet person. Then I started going to the Miraculous Dance Club and met Chat Noir. He was cheeky and funny. Then I realized you were the same person and I realised that well I love you and I know your disappointed and will probably reject me but-" I was cut off by something on my lips...

Adrien Agreste was kissing me!

I didn't know if I had spent too long pretending to be shy and nervous or if I really was but it took me a few seconds to kiss back.

"I love you too Marinette. Wanna be my girlfriend?" The model asked as he reluctantly broke the kiss.

"YES!"
