Memoires 11, 12 and 13
Memoire 11
Dominique asks Machina to stop Veronica. This suggests that he has enough power/influence to go up against her
Vampires need their eyes to rewrite formulas. This suggests that Ruthven may actually be weaker than he used to be which is impressive considering how strong he is currently:
There appears to be some animosity between Veronica and Ruthven which is interesting:
Noé has some weird conversation with Teacher about Vanitas while lying in the room Ruthven provided for him. I would have thought it was a dream but the chair Teacher was in was warm:
As Noé reminisces on the past he mentions the people he couldn't protect. This, at least to me, suggests there will be a lot of people he fails to save. There's already Vani and Louis that we know of but I'm sure he's referring to other people in this instance:
Then there's the panel about not grabbing Vani's hand. I think the positioning of their hands is interesting. Vani is reaching out towards Noé as if he's trying to grab him or has just been let go. Noé's hand looks as though he either just let go of Vani or he started to reach for him but changed his mind. Also, both have blood on their hands which could be symbolic or they literally were covered in blood at the time:
Memoire 12
The medicine that Jeanne uses is curious. I wonder where she gets it, who makes it and why she needs it. I also wonder if there are any other vampires who use the same medicine:
Just generally what is going on with Noé in this chapter. Is he doing okay? Is he in love? Was the stirring in his heart love or just a reaction to Vanitas saying he doesn't want to be loved?:
I want to know what type of person Domi's father is. He seems interesting at least from the quote Domi gives us:
Memoire 13
It's strange that Ruthven and Teacher dislike each other. I wonder why. I also get the impression Teacher is much older than Ruthven so I wonder when they met:
Noé has not heard from Teacher in "nearly half a year" and at this point Noé has only been in Paris a matter of days so where has Teacher been all this time?:
Noé and Ruthven get along well:
Loki is still somewhat hard to understand. The conflicting opinions of Ruthven vs Jeanne and Luca is odd:
Ruthven is strong enough to deal with Jeanne, Noé and Vanitas all at once:
The Queen's body is very strange:
