Philip's P.O.V

It's around noon and i'm having a date with Theo tonight. I figured I should tell someone that me and Theo are dating just to get it off my chest. I scroll through my contacts. I am not telling dad. Angie. I'll tell her. The phone rings twice before she picks up.

"Hey Philip, how you doing?" She asks. "I'm doing good. So I have some big news to tell you." I say, trying to cut to the chase. "OOOOOOOH tell me. Tell me tell me!" She says from the other line. "Promise not to tell dad?" I say.

"Yes. I promise. What is it?" She says. I already know she's most likely gonna tell dad but caring isn't on my schedule. "Okay, i'm dating Theo Burr." I tell her. "Ooooh! Philip has a girlfriend! Wait..I need to think of a ship name." She states and pauses. 

"Angie I swear to god-" I start but she cuts me off with her brilliant ship name. "Philidosia!" 

"Philidosia? Are you..you know what I don't even care. Just don't tell dad. I'll do it on my own time." I say. 'Alright. Byeeeeee." She says and hangs up right after. Yeah she is clearly telling dad.

Alexander's P.O.V

I was sitting in the living room with my kids and wife. Well the only kid who wasn't down here was Angie cause she was upstairs talking to Philip. She came back downstairs. "That was a pretty short conversation with Philip. What did you 2 talk about?" Eliza asked.

"Actually, I have some pretty big news to tell you guys." Angie said. "Angelica, what is it?" I asked. Both me and Eliza were clearly worried. "Philip just told me he's dating Theo Burr. I made up a ship name for them! Philidosia!" Angie told us.

"Oh. That's adorable. I'm so happy for him." Eliza said. AJ and James let out laughter while Johnny, William and Rachel just kinda vibed. "Angelica Hamilton, is that a joke?!" I asked.

"I need to have a word with my son!" I exclaim. "Alexander, its fine. Please just sit down. Okay?" Eliza tries to reassure me. Either way, I can't believe this.

Philip's P.O.V

I pull up to the wonderful Red Lobster and go inside with Theo. It feels so strange to call her my girlfriend considering our family history. But oh well. We might as well be Romeo and Juliet just with less gore and more love hopefully.

I had told Frances and Georges about me and Theo earlier and they were supportive. "So do you have any plans for telling our parents about this?" Theo asked.

"Well, the 22nd is my birthday and i'll be at home for that so maybe you can just join me there and then we can break it to my family. Then we tell your dad and accept our fate." I tell her. "What works for you works for me I guess." She says laughing. This girls laugh could honestly cure corona.

We decided that after Red Lobster we would go back to her place and just watch a movie or something like that. I turn on the TV and we decide to watch one of the greatest movies of all time : Cloverfield.

Halfway through the movie, Theo fell asleep on my shoulder. I decided to turn off the movie and I soon drifted off myself.

Alexander's P.O.V

"Please Alexander, for the love of god keep out of trouble!" Eliza said. "Remember what happened when you took Angie there when she about 4? She pulled Jefferson's hair and you nearly got fired!" 

"God, I couldn't be prouder. If I had gotten fired it would have been worth it." I said. "That's not the point Alexander! Just..please...keep you and Rachel out of trouble." Eliza scolded and handed me my youngest child.

I carried her out to the car and buckled her in.

While doing my work with Rachel in my lap I recalled something. John walked over to me. "Alex, what are you planning? I can read you like a book." He said. "Nothing! Damn!" I exclaim.

Lafayette walks over. "Does this have some to do with Angie and Georges?" Laf asks. "No. John, can you hold Rachel for me?" I ask. "Yeah no problem." He says and takes her. I walk over to Burr's office and don't even bother knocking.

"Hey Aaron." I say, casually strolling in. "You only call be me by my first name when you want something. What is it, Hamilton?" He asks, clearly angry at me already. "Well you have a daughter named Theo and I have a son named Philip-"

"What about them? I'm well aware their friends." He says cutting me off. "God dammit, our kids are dating!" I shout. Heads turn in the office everywhere. "WHAT?! Hamilton is this a joke?!" He exclaims.

"My son's 20th birthday is tomorrow. Since he and Theo are dating, he'll most likely bring her along. We'll talk to them about it then alright Burr? See you tomorrow!" I say, shutting the door to his office. I take Rachel back from John and sit back down.
