[Your POV]

Ever sense that day in the woods, Max has seemed to become more interested in me. Whenever I ask, he always rolls his eyes.

"You're just weird, fuckface."

"Got a problem, asshole?"

"I don't like you, you just weird me out."

"What's your deal?"

"Who are you?"

"Just shut up!"

I had come to realize, just like the anime, this boy is a tsundere!

Before long, he seemed to follow me around quite a bit, and Neil, with Nikki, would often follow. Except when we went into the woods. Nikki would leave, usually saying something about us "going to make out" and at that point, Neil had long gone back to the camp.

"Where are you dragging me this time?"

     Max sarcastically asked. I could almost feel him rolling his eyes. I shrugged.

"I'm not dragging you anywhere. You could leave just as easily as the other two."

     He snorted.

"..."

     I smiled.

"But you aren't going to leave, are you?"

     He glared. Ice... And fire? Both at the same time.

"That's new."

I chuckled with a shrug.

"What's new, creep?"

I turned, walking backwards.

"Your glare. It's usually like ice or fire. But now it's both. Freezerburn?"

     He scoffed and we fell once more. Into silence, of course. Imagine both of us falling in sync. I quietly giggled to myself.

     We reached a clearing of grass, and I sighed.

"That's new."

     Max nodded in agreement.

"...P-pretty..."

     I gasped, looking over. We locked eyes.

"Max oh my god."

     He raised an eyebrow.

"DID YOU JUST DESCRIBE NATURE AS PRETTY?!"

     Max looked out to the field.

"Oh. I guess that's pretty too..."

[Max's POV]

     I couldn't look away from Y/N as she stared over the field before us.

"...P-pretty..."

     Y/N's eyes shot to contact with mine. I jolted back a bit.

"Max oh my god."

     I raised an eyebrow, praying I wasn't blushing.

"DID YOU JUST DESCRIBE NATURE AS PRETTY?!"

     I looked over the field, and shrugged.

"Oh. I guess that's pretty too..."

     Y/N stared at me, her eyes a bit wide. Then she slightly smiled.

"W-whatever, mate."
