I watch as everyone runs toward a building with a big green sign that says, Mess Hall. I guess it is always dirty in there. I follow the crowd for lack of anything else to do. I find myself in the middle of a line next to a short haired brunette and um purpleett? I wonder how she got the purple... Oh well. "Hey! Uh so why are we in a line?" I asked her but she just stares at me like I'm crazy. "Oh! Soorry I'm Brook," I say but she still just stares at me, "and you aaarrrreee?" "I-I'm B-Bri and w-we are i-in line f-for lunch," she says, looking at her tennis shoes. Ohhhhhh... I like food. I have been waiting like 5 whole minutes for this food! Why is it taking soooo loooooooong!! I FINALLY get to the buffet table and guess what's on it? Hot dogs!!! An outrage!! I grab one because I am super hungry, and head to a table with the purpleett, a blond staring daggers at another brunette, who is returning the the look, and the purpleett, Bri, looks worried and is trying to calm them down. I go sit down and introduce myself. "Hey girls! I'm Brook!" I wave to them and all of them look at me like I my mascara is running. OH MY GOD!!! IS MY MASCARA RUNNING?!?!?! I pull out my compact mirror with inhuman speed and check my eyes. Well it's not running. I breath a sigh of relief and turn back to the girls who are still looking at me crazy. "Um, heeellooo?!! You are?" I giggle. "Sadie," the blond mumbles. "Silver," the other mumbles back. "O-ok let's a-all stay c-calm!" Bri sticks her hands out to separate me from Sadie. She looks at me like I just slapped her. She growls and turns back to her hot dog and we all eat in silence. I have a feeling Sadie doesn't like me... HA!! Impossible! Everyone likes me!

We all finished eating and on our way out, Abbie shows us cabin groups. There are four to a cabin and it's all boys or all girls. Hence the whole 'no boys in girl's cabins and vise versa' rule. Wait, what does vice versa mean? Huh. I look at the bulletin board, searching for my name. Wait, what? That can't be right! I can't be with them! Nerd Stutter girl, Crazy Blond, and Platinum!
