The silence welcomed me as soon as I was outside tunnel, which was lucky for me. What was unlucky was the fact that there were 3 paths in front of me. An airy voice played in my head.

On middle path is your friend Karen, she is in danger. There is one path that will lead to death and one path is the exit. Choose now!

I didn't know what to choose. Karen, even if I never saw her in person except a moment ago, was my friend. Friends help each other. However the exit is near me and my death is near too. I was lost in my thoughts for like half a minute. I finally came up with a decision.

I ran to the middle path. I needed to save Karen. She's my friend.I turned a left then a right to see Karen tied to a chair, her mouth covered with cloth.

The airy voice spoke again.

Alyssa Alyssa Alyssa.In order to save her you must pass a level.

"What level ? "I asked, fidgeting my hair.

Level 1....fight this.

The face of a creature appeared from the dark corners of the room,except it wasn't a normal face. It had five eyes and 2 mouths. Every 2 seconds, eyes with six feet would come out and come scuttling toward me.

I picked up a sword which was on one corner and started stabbing the eyes one by one. No matter how many I killed, more kept coming back. Stab. Stab. Stab. Stab. Stab .

I finally got the chance to stab the monster on the stomach. I stabbed and stabbed until it laid on the floor. I thought it was dead. Thats when it stood up and stabbed me on the knees. I lay on the floor, in complete pain. The creature got ready to stab me but it suddenly stopped.

The monster suddenly laid on the floor, now lifeless. A sword stuck in it's head. I saw Karen stand up and don't even ask me how she managed to cut the ropes but what the airy voice said made me want to die.

That was just a warm up. We resurrected her so her body is solid. Level 1. Kill Karen.

I watched as Karen raised her sword, her eyes lacked expression.

"Bye Alyssa. Time to join your dad." she threatened.
