I made, May 4th of 2016, my first poached egg. (^~^)

I was without instruction..... other than making sure you boiled it to cook, heh heh. Wasn't entirely sure on how long to cook it other than cooking it long enough to actually cook it. It came out okay, though. Other than being a bit.... yolk-y. Which made me wonder if I should have cooked it longer... Although I did eat it plain, no salt or pepper, so that may have been what made the flavor of the yolk stick out so much.
