Jacen's House on the side>>>>
Now, I swear I am done talking. :D

"You're pregnant," the nurse said in all seriousness.
I gasped. That is not possible. Not physically possible. Pregnant?!
"Well what should I do?!" My heart was pounding.
The nurse sighed as she looked down at her clipboard and back up. She had a stoic look on her face, giving nothing away. "There is nothing you can do."
And with that, she left out of the doctors office.
My hands trembled and my eyes teared up.
Poor Penelope. But really, she had it coming. If you don't want the possibility of being pregnant, why spread your legs in the first place?
I hope Anthony leaves her and finds someone better. He deserves it. Of course, any character played by my baby Channing Tatum deserves nothing but the best.
I shoved popcorn in my mouth and pulled my knees up towards my chest, blindly reaching for my coke.
My eyes where glued onto the gigantic screen in the dark cozy room when light suddenly flooded every corner.
I groaned as I squinted. Can't a girl get a little time to herself? I didn't even bother to turn around, even after the movie was paused.
I heard a pair of footsteps approaching after a short silence. I grumpily continued to eat my popcorn. You would think that a girl that just went through an ordeal such as the one I went through tonight, could get a little time to relax and recuperate.
Well, you think wrong.
"We need to talk," Jacen got right to it, skipping introductions. Well, I guess that makes sense, since I saw him like forty-five minutes ago. I am still mad at him though, so my responses were clipped.
"Do we?"
He sighed as he sat in the plush movie chair next to me. I really should invest in a movie room...
"Look, I'm... Sorry that I didn't tell you about the situation with Axle." He apologized, except you could tell he doesn't do it often, since he sounded like he was straining on the sorry part.
If he expected me to forgive him just like that, he was sadly mistaken. I kept my eyes on Penelope. At the moment, I wish I was her. Frozen in time, unable to answer and having to listen to nonsense.
"Oh?"
"Oh? That's all you are going to say, 'oh?'"
"Well, what do you want me to say?" I asked.
"It shouldn't matter about what I want you to say, it should be what you want to say, just because." he returned lamely.
"I will keep that in mind." I heard him exhale sharply as another pair of footsteps entered the room.
"Is the she-devil giving you a hard time?" Axle's annoyingly smug voice came from behind me.
I rolled my eyes. I don't have the time in my schedule to put up with the shit he dishes out. He is the absolute last person I want to see or hear right now.
"Fuck off douchebag," I spat.
Axle is the only person who is capable of conjuring up an emotion that makes me want to drag my nails down his face. Slowly.
I heard him sniffle from behind. "That... That was probably the nicest thing you have ever said to me." I turned around to glare at him.
He wiped a nonexistent tear from under his eye. "It really does mean a lot."
"Was that supposed to be funny? Cuz it wasn't." I said as we stared at each other with a hatred so strong you could feel it.
Jacen broke up the tense silence with a cough. "So, anyways Zaph, I was hoping that-"
"You could go make me some Ramen and take that bitch with you so that I can watch this movie in peace?" I cut him off, voicing my hopes in the process.
"Who would want to watch this shitty crap?" Axle asked incredulously, pointing at the paused screen.
"Ok first of all, shit and crap are the same thing, so reevaluate that insult. And secondly, I didn't ask you to come in, you waltzed in-"
"I don't waltz."
"- here, immediately throwing insults when you could have gone anywhere else in this house. It's huge! Why would you come to the one place that I am?"
"It's a free country, I think I am allowed to go wherever my feet take me." Ooh, good one Axle. Flashback to the fifth grade.
"So why won't they take you right out the door you came from?" I groaned, slamming my head down on the arm of the red chair.
"Because you are entertaining me," he said bluntly. Since when do I entertain Axle? And since when does he even willingly choose to be within a ten mile radius of me?
"Ok, before you two year olds get into an actual fight, I am going to stop this conversation now," Jacen said. Ooh, I haven't heard that two year old jab since last week.
I huffed, my mood completely deflated at an all time record of two minutes.
"All three of us-" Jacen started. I slapped Axle's grubby hands away from my popcorn,"-need to sit down at all about-" Axle flicked my ear hard. "-everything, so that we know what-" I slapped his arm multiple times, barely listening to Jacen.
"STOP!" Jacen roared. Like a lion. Teehe.
Axle and I both looked startled and then down at the floor in embarrassment. Axle slowly raised his arm to inflict more damage on me somehow, but I saw if coming and I glared at him, and he froze.
"You two are actually acting like five year olds." Jacen rubbed his temples frustratedly.
Axle raised his hand with a small smile on his face. "I thought we were two?"
Jacen made a growl like noise, one that I can't even really explain, but just know that his expression was murderous after he heard me snicker at that.
He got up from the chair, he fists clenched shut and white from a loss of blood flow, and sauntered out of the room without another word. I felt kinda bad about that, but he'll get over it. I'll go talk to him later.
I cupped my hands around my mouth. "Don't forget the Ramen!"
Axle hopped over the back of the chair, and plopped down next to me.
I broke the awkward silence that ensued. "Why don't you leave?" I suggested.
He shrugged. "I don't feel like it."
I shook my head. "So you do feel like sitting next to me? No, get out." I pointed to the door. He thinks I'm playing.
"Nahh, I'm good right here. Next to you."
I sighed. He probably wasn't going to leave regardless of what I said. Now that he is my bodyguard, I will have to start spending time with him anyway, which is highly unfortunate.
I got up, taking my popcorn with me as I went to the projector. I gently pressed the green "play" button and turned off the lights.
As I adjusted myself in the seat, I realized I have less space now than I did when I got up. I looked over at Axle and saw that he looked perfectly content at the fact that he was taking up most or the space.
"Can you move?" I asked impolitely. All I want to do is watch a movie with a lady who has a worse life than I do! It's refreshing, but not when you have no place to sit.
"No," he responded, his eyes glued to the screen. Who is watching the shitty crap now?
"Why do they always play doctors? I'm sick of doctors. If it were me, I'd be a gynecologist. Hey," he looked at up at me from his position," do you wanna be my patient?" He smirked.
It took mr a second, but I got it. And when it did click, I gagged. This boy is repulsive. I think I would rather sit on the floor anyways...
"You sicken me." I muttered, focusing back on the movie.
***
"Now?"
"No."
Pause.
"How about now?"
Jacen groaned. "How about no."
I huffed as stomped to a random pantry in Jacen's gigantic kitchen. I slammed it shut when I couldn't find what I was looking for.
"All I want is some ramen. Why is that so hard for you to make for me Jacen?" I whined. He was lying leisurely across the kitchen's island. He tilted his head on the countertop to get a better look at me.
"If its as easy as you claim is it, why don't you cook it?"
I rolled my eyes. "Does it look like I know where stuff is in your house?" He looked back up at the ceiling.
"Second tophand cabinet, far left." He answered.
I pulled out a chair, and slouched down into it. Arguing is some tiring stuff. "Nevermind. I'm not hungry anymore." I placed my elbow on the counter, facing him.
I'm not sure where the others are. Axle was going to follow me down to the kitchen, but when he saw Jacen going in the same direction, he told me he would perfer not to have to witness a "snogging session".
... The fuck is snogging?
He turned onto his stomach and pulled himself towards me. "I know you want some ramen." he smiled slightly at the face I made. How
"I'll fix you some if you really want some, but I expect a clean bowl."
"Just get up and get cookin'!" I yelled excitedly. He smiled as he pulled out the necessary utensils.
"You're moving to slow," I whined.
He paused from stirring, and turned his head slightly. "If you don't want me to stop altogether, I suggest you shutup." Ooh. Touchy.
I jumped up from the stool and made my way to the fridge for some water. I froze and quickly turned my head at the sight of movement by a bush. The bush was slowly moving back and forth as if something had moved it...
I quickly shook my head, trying to rid myself of such thoughts. I am just paranoid from earlier.
Crack!
I quickly ducked down, shielding my head from the downpour of sharp glass as a scream escaped me.
"Shit!" Jacen swore, and he abandoned the noodles, and quickly knelt down next to me, shielding me from anymore potential threats. My breath was coming out ragged, and my whole body stung from the glass. I was too afraid and in shock to move. My worst fear had come to life.
The safest place for me to stay, had suddenly become the most dangerous.
"Axle, get the fuck down here now!" Jacen shouted. I few seconds later, I heard the pounding of footsteps on Jacen's carpeted floor.
"What the hell happened here?" Axle's deep voice boomed throughout the kitchen.
Jacen let out what sounded like an animalistic growl, while I was still credling my head and rocking back and forth slowly, trying to process what had occurred seconds ago. Thousands of questions raced through my mind. Who threw the brick? Were they aiming for me? How did they get passed security?
"Take Zaph upstairs, and stay with her. Calm her down, clean her up, and I will be up soon. Tell the other guys to come down here now," Jacen let out this harsh command without any room for discussion.
But then again Axle is always up for a challenge.
"Aw, why do I have to miss out?"
"Take her ang get the hell out of here now!" Jacen yelled, his body trembling in fury next to mine. I felt two warm hands grab my waist and lift me up. I whimpered at the pain from moving.
"Careful," Jacen growled warningly.
"I got her, calm down man," Axle said, his voice much closer than it had previously been. I felt the hard outline of Axle's body as he walked thorughout the house. Before I knew it, we were in a guest bedroom.
"I will be right back, I just have to tell the guys-" I grabbed his wrist once he had set me down on the bed. I never thought I would be the one to willingly initiate toughing Axle in any way, shape, or form.
I couldn't speak properly, my thoat was parched, but I croaked a few words out; enough for Axle to understand.
"Don't leave me," was all I said.
Axle's eyes softed into something that looked an awful lot like understanding and worry lined his features. Worried for what, me? I never thought I would see the day that Axle would look at me with something other than hatred.
I guess we are setting a lot of records today.
"Zaph..." he started and tried to pry my fingers away from his wrist. I held on tighter, squeezing as if my life depended on it. Right now I didn't need someone walking out on me like my father did, I needed someone that made me feel safe.
*Flashback*
"Daddy, where are you going? I thought you said you wouldn't have to travel as much anymore," I asked as naive as any eight year old could be.
My dad froze and turned towards my small body at the top of the staircase, gripping the bannister so that I wouldn't fall.
"Daddy's going away for a little bit, on another business trip for a while."
My eyes got wide as I processed his words. I probably wouldn't be seeing him for a while.
"But you said-"
"I know sweetie, I know what I said, but you have to trust me. Do you trust me?"
I nodded twice. He smiled in relief.
"Good, I will see you soon."
"Don't forget to bring me back a keychain!" I yelled excitedly, bouncing up and down, my pigtails flying wildly.
My dad gave me a sad smile, as he picked up his suitcase.
Right before he closed the door, I shouted, "And dont forget, Donuts with Dads is next Friday!" And the door closed.
Little did I know, that was the last time I would ever see my dad.
*End of Flashback*
I don't know how or when I got here, but the next thing I knew, I was puking my guts into a toilet. Axle stood behind me, rubbing soothing circles on my back, and holding my hair. I wiped my mouth just as I felt round two coming. I released everything in my stomach, feeling empty afterwards, definitely not my best.
My vision went in and out of focus, and my hearing only picked up certain things. I blinked twice, attempting to clear my head, but to no avail. I kept trying to keep my eyes open, struggling desperately to lift my heavy lids over and over again, but it was too much.
The last thing I remember was slouching across the cool tile floor.
