I'm inviting authors to contribute to this anthology.

If you would like to share a five-minute story here, with:

* credit to your name, your author bio (short), and of course a link to your author profile and any of your stories.

Word limit: anything up to 10,000 words.

Theme: anything with a romantic flavor.

You'll have your own section in this anthology. :) It can be one or five chapters - the point is it's your section.

Stories added in this anthology will be announced on my message board to my Wattpad followers.

The right to reject a story

I reserve the right to reject a story if it doesn't meet the standards that would draw readers to keep reading on. Authors, you're holding a baton that has been passed to you and you will pass it to another author who will be featured next after your work. Remember that.

Edit your work before you submit it. I'm not after perfection, but I expect a whole-hearted effort, not a half-hearted one.

Be prepared that I may make recommendations for editing if I feel the story needs more work. Not all stories will be accepted. Treat it as a glimpse into the world of editing/publishing for writers.

Guidelines, guidelines, guidelines...

While I'm easygoing, there is one rule I require that is of absolute importance: content MUST be in line with the Wattpad Content Guidelines (https://support.wattpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/200774334-Content-Guidelines)

I welcome LGBTQ+ romances, mixed-race romances, polyamorous romances, and other forms of diversity with open arms. This also includes if your main character has physical or psychological challenges.

I will not accept stories without a clear plot. It needs to be clear for readers, not confuse them.

I will not accept stories promoting:

- Pornographic Content. Wattpad considers content to be pornographic when it exists solely for the purpose of sexual stimulation. >> that means no plot, relationship, or character development. Your stories must have plot, relationship, or character development.

- Anything under the age of Consent. The age of consent is 16+ on Wattpad. Any sexual content between characters must abide by this age of consent and not be in violation of Canadian Law.

- Glorification of Sexual Violence. Wattpad classifies non-consensual sexual acts to include rape, sexual assault, kidnapping for sexual purposes, or sexual slavery. The content cannot be encouraging or promoting non-consensual sex acts.

- Sexual Roleplay or Messaging. Wattpad does not permit sexual messages or solicitation. This includes posting content that encourages sexual private messages, on or off Wattpad, or posting rules for public or private roleplay that are intended for sexual purposes.

- Illegal Sex Acts. In accordance with Canadian Law, any content which encourages illegal sex acts including, but not limited to, bestiality or necrophilia, or incest, will be removed.

- Groups that express a violent mission, organized hate groups, terrorist activity, single event mass shooters/murderers. Nope. Nope. These are not welcome - I want nothing to do with it.

Copyright - authors own their own story. You get your own byline in your section (of course!!).

Do what you wish with your own story outside the anthology - if you want to publish it anywhere else. Just don't take my story or anyone else's and we're cool. :)

If anyone steals your story (word for word, at least 250 words anywhere in your story), submit a DMCA Report and report that user. Copy me in so I'm aware via PM. Mature rating

This anthology will be marked mature if any one story is mature. That's cool - as long as it fits the guidelines. Mature stories are intended for an audience that is 17 and up.
