I owned every second that this world could give

         Ashley looked at her.

        "Well, you should FaceTime him with me next to you so I can meet him and we can schedule a hang out with you two."

        Michela laughed but nodded. She took out her phone again and looked for her contact name for Jake: Jack!. She started the FaceTime:

(Italicized is Jake, bold is Ashley)

"Yo Stranger!"

"Hey Michela, miss me already?"

        Michela rolled her eyes at the phone.

"Nope, but my friend wanted to 'meet you' so I decided to be a good person and FaceTime you,"

"Who?"

        Ashley poked her face into the frame.

"Why hello there Jake, Michela said some nice things about you!"

"Oh no, what did she say?"

        Michela laughed.

"Shut up ass, I only had good things to say."

"Which is a huge deal Jake, now how did you manage to do that?"

        Michela shoved Ashley in a teasing manner.

"Wow man, it was NOT easy I will tell you that much. Food is the way to her heart,"

        Ashley nodded, teasingly pretending to take this very seriously like Jake is.

"Ah, I see...I must try to do this much more often."

"You should, it really works wonders,"

        That was when the two burst into laughter and Michela rolled her eyes and pouted. Ashley patted her shoulder.

"We're still gonna use Jake to get to Justin right?"

        Michela rolled her eyes while Jake shouted.

"Yes! Someone sees it too! I swear he looked like he wanted to kill me yesterday,"

        Ashley awed and Michela just facepalmed because: How in the world did she make these friends?

"We are not using Jake to get Justin jealous! I just somehow find his company nice."

        Jake and Ashley rolled their eyes in annoyance but knew that they will both do that, lord knows how long it will take for Justin and Michela to get together without their help.

"Well, I think we have to get back to the boys, It was VERY nice meeting you Jake and we simply must talk more,"

"It was marvelous meeting you Ashley, we will continue conversing,"

        Michela facepalmed.

"I have the weirdest friends."

        That made Ashley and Jake laugh again and Michela hung up. Michela turned to Ashley and nodded.

        "Are you satisfied?"

        Ashley laughed and nodded.

        "Yes I am...now what do I do to my boyfriend for not telling me?"

        Michela smirked.

        "Get him the most passive-aggressive card that we can find!"

        Ashley nodded.

        "And that is why we are best friends and I prefer talking to you rather than my boyfriend."

        Michela laughed as the two got up and paid for their ice cream. They linked arms once again and went to the nearest store and got the most amazing card and Ashley wrote:

You are the biggest pain in my ass ever and you are lucky
I still love you at this point. Just try to keep yourself
alive or get Mickey to take charge at this point. Love you!

        Michela laughed when she read what Ashley wrote because it has got to be the funniest card she has ever read. Michela smirked and nodded.

        "Okay, let's get back to the boys."

        Ashley nodded, very content on the card she got for her boyfriend.
