Nicholas and Ashley were very full, to say the least, when they finished their meals. They had some pie left over because they were sure that Justin and Michela would kill them if they did not get to try the pie.

Nicholas looked and knew that it was time. Nicholas smiled at Ashley.

"I actually have one more small surprise for you,"

Ashley tilted her head.

"What is it?"

Nicholas smiled.

"Here, put this on, I'll lead you to it,"

Nicholas gave her a blindfold. Ashley rolled her eyes but thought it was sweet.

"Fine, but you better not make me bang into any doors."

Nicholas laughed.

"Of course not,"

Ashley put on the blindfold. Nicholas led her to his room and they entered it. He grabbed the guitar on the bed and grabbed the box and put it on the floor near the bed, slightly hidden. Nicholas looked at Ashley, love very clear in his eyes.

"Okay, you can look,"

Ashley opened her eyes and gasped. She saw the bed and saw her boyfriend standing in front of her, she started tearing up. Nicholas smiled and started :

Nicholas stopped and Ashley was basically crying. Nicholas got down on one knee and got the box. He opened it to show the ring.

"Ashley Mendoza, I have known you almost my whole life. We were friends in middle school and even in high school, I had a stupid giant crush on you...well, I thought it was stupid. I finally had the guts to tell you how I feel, then I ran off because you hesitated for five seconds...you asked me out and we started dating. Then I was stupid and we were on a break. I was crushed and did not know what to do...then I met this stupid amazing girl who is the third important girl in my life. She helped save my life because I do not know what I would do without you Ash. We said I love you to each other. Ash, I love you so much that it hurts to not talk to you. I love that my family loves you and how you have an amazing relationship with everyone, how you helped stay loyal to Mickey even if it meant not telling me the truth. You value others before yourself and I LOVE that about you. I love everything about you, whether it be your crazy addiction to pancakes, or how you scrunch up your nose if you see something gross, how you hate some violent movies because they aren't violent enough sometimes. Ashley, will you do me the honor and become my one and only? Will you marry me?"

Ashley gasped, feeling as if time had stopped. She looked at her boyfriend and nodded.

"YES!"

Nicholas sighed in relief as he hugged her. They kissed and laughed. Ashley smiled at him, eyes glistening.

"That was beautiful,"

Nicholas smirked.

"Not as much as you though,"

Ashley giggled and shoved him playfully. Then they heard a squeal. The two looked at the door and were shocked to see Jesse, Brandon, Justin, and Michela. Michela ran into the room and tackled them.

"OH MY GOD!!! MY BEST FRIENDS ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!"

Everyone laughed. That was when everyone decided to do a giant dogpile on top of the newly engaged couple. Everyone got off and then Michela pulled the two up. Michela smirked.

"NOW! I can FINALLY do my speech!!!"

Nicholas facepalmed.

"Oh no,"

Michela glared and slapped his arm. She turned to Ashley and smiled.

"Now if you follow me, bae, we shall be going into Justin's room,"

Justin's eyes widened.

"Wait, my room?!"

Michela shrugged.

"Yeah, I woulda went to Nickey's room but obviously everyone's in here..."

Nicholas rolled his eyes.

"Fine. We will all leave."

Michela smiled.

"Great! Now shoo."

The boys left, leaving the girls alone. Ashley and Michela linked arms and sat down together. Michela turned to Ashley.

"Okay...Nicholas Pietro Bellasco is my best friend. I have never seen him look at anyone else with so much love and devotion than he does you, and vice versa. You two are so perfect for each other and I knew it from the start ever since I saw how broken up Nickey was the day I met him. I have watched you two grow and blossom together, and laughed when I heard you two sleep talk about the other...yes, my favorite one is when you said he looked awesome in a chicken outfit...and yes that sounds weird but shut up...you somehow put up with him and I want you to know that I can't wait to be your maid of honor at your wedding. I love both of you and know that you two were taking it slow so that it works out. I fully believe that you two will last, and if not...I will kill both of you because this has been my OTP for 12 years."

Ashley laughed and hugged Michela.

"I love you Mickey...thank you for helping us out so much,"

Michela returned the hug.

"And obviously I gotta give Nickey a speech too, don't want him to feel left out!"

Ashley laughed. They left the room and Nicholas sighed in relief.

"Oh thank God that you didn't kill her,"

Michela glared at him.

"ExCUSE you! I would never,"

Everyone laughed and Nicholas wrapped his arm around Ashley's waste. Michela smiled.

"Do you like the ring?"

Ashley smiled and nodded.

"It's beautiful,"

Nicholas smiled.

"The best for the best,"

Michela scrunched up her nose in disgust.

"Cheesy overload,"

Everyone laughed. They all just spent the rest of the day enjoying each other's company.
