Later... Ben walked through the halls of the Millennium Falcon holding Rey's hand. His mother walked just ahead as they walked into the main area of the ship where the Resistance was gathered. This was the most terrifying part, facing those who had no love for him, only hate. Those who had every right not to forgive him.

As they came into the room, all eyes were on Ben. He scanned the room, looking into the faces of all those he knew he'd hurt. His eyes landed on a girl with black hair. She was unconscious and seemed to be injured. He went over to her, to receive a glare from Finn.

Ben ignored him and knelt down next to her. He placed his hand on her head then closed his eyes in concentration as e willed the Force.

Finn watched him suspiciously.

After a moment, the girl's eyes fluttered open. She looked at Ben in obvious surprise and fear.

"I'm not going to hurt you," he whispered.

Rose looked around to see the familiar faces of the Resistance, but what was Kylo Ren doing here?

Finn went over to Rose and she smiled at him.

"Are you alright?" he asked.

She nodded. "I feel great actually."

Finn looked over at Ben. "Thank you."

Ben nodded in acknowledgment.

"What's he doing here?" Rose whispered to Finn.

"It's a long story," he replied.

Rey smiled at Ben as he came to stand next to her. "How did you do that?"

He looked at her surprised. "Uncle Luke didn't teach you?"

Rey shook her head. "He only gave me three lessons."

Ben smiled. "I could teach you...if you want."

"You won't try to turn me to the Dark Side?"

"Of course not," he answered, before smirking. "You were right I was the one to turn."

Rey smiled at him, stepping closer to him. "You were right too, I will stand with you," she whispered.

Ben smirked, but it did little to conceal the genuine smile behind it. "Is that a yes?"

She smiled and nodded.
