Makayla's  Pov
"Come on, eat up". Alex hasn't gotten me to eat since last week. He holds the fork of mac and cheese to my mouth. I open my mouth chewing it slowly. "I-I'm full". "One more bite, for Kayla". I open my mouth once again and chew slowly.

He finishes the rest and puts the dish in the sink. "I have no alpha work today so what are we gonna do today, luna"? I shrug not really sure. "You know I love you Makayla". I nod while looking down. "Can you change the bandages now", i whisper softly.

"Sure love." He picks me up heading to "our" room. He sets me on the bathroom counter. He peals of the bandage on my side and starts to clean it. I whimper at the stinging pain. After that he puts healing ointment on my face and helps me get off the counter.

"He looks at me with the saddest facial expression". "Im sorry. I should have never beat my mate like that." I nod while Tear slips down.

I flinch as he moves a piece of hair behind my ear. "Please don't be afraid or me baby." "Im sorry." He holds me close and puts his nose in the crook of my neck. "My beautiful mate." "Alex im not comfortable with this."

"Sorry." He stiffens and sets me down on the bed. "I'm going to go take a shower." He leaves and i sigh in relief. I go to my closet that if filled with new clothes i can fit. I change into some leggings with one of Alex's sweatshirts because its cozy. "Hope he doesn't mind."

I climb onto the bed and slide into the covers getting comfortable. I don't forgive Alex at all. He has to work for it. I fall into a quick nap letting the nightmares overcome me.

Alex pov

I had to get out before it went any farther. She's to innocent. I take a long cold shower and head to the kitchen to make dinner. I start to make some Mac and cheese because thats the only thing i really know how to make.

If i tried other things i would probably burn down the building. I finish and take the plated of the Mac and cheese and water bottles up to my room.

I open the door and find Makayla whimpering and tossing and turning. It was cute to see her in my sweatshirt. I set the plates down and make my way over to her.

I shake her softly so she can wake up from the nightmare. "Alex!" She sits up panting and holds on tight to me. "It's alright I'm here now." She nods and takes the covers off her.

She gets up and stretches making a funny noise. "I chuckle as she stared at me. "What?" "Oh nothing." I laugh. She pouts but a smile appears on her face.

"I made us some food."Im not hungry." "Come on please eat." "Fine." She picks the Mac and cheese up and stuffs it in her mouth. "This is delicious!" I chuckle as i take a bite.

"I'll be right back." She walks to the bathroom and five seconds later she screams.
"Whats wrong!?", i say while busting through the bathroom. "T-theres a spider."

I start laughing so hard i hold my stomach. "Really." "Yes really now kill it please", she whines. "Alright, alright." I stomp on it and cleaned it up. "Thanks". Her cheeks turn a bright red and i just laugh.

Sorry for such a late chapter. Will be updating more because its finally SUMMER for me!
