(Trickster's/Beatrix's POV)

I closed my eyes and focused on Nightingale and Blaze's spirits. I was shocked to find out how strong their trust in me was. We had only known each other for a few days, but it seemed like a life time.

A portal opened and we all went through it. We were now on the outside of the cell we had been in.

The Joker's men rust toward us. We took care of them easily. We soon made it outside and found Nightingale and Blaze's teammate getting ready to come in after us. Both Nightingale and Blaze ran up to Zenith and hugged him. Then Nightingale hugged Sunlight. I knew that she was hugging her sister.

Then I heard loud chuckling. I turned to face the Joker. He was holding a gun and it was pointed at Nightingale's heart.

"Bye-bye, Nighty", The Joker said and pulled the trigger. 

The gun went off with a loud bang. 

I watched the path of the bullet and a second before it would've hit Nightingale, Zenith jumped in front of the shot.

The bullet struck him in the middle of his belly. He hit the ground with sicking thud.

Nightingale and Blaze rushed over and were trying to she if he was alright. Sunlight and Redbird went over to calm both girls down. Me, I was ticked.

"How dare you try to hurt her", I shouted. I felt myself raising off the ground and floating there. My mask shimmered and became the one of a Reaper, only it only hid my eyes and part of my cheeks.

The Joker back up and ran into a crate that was behind him. I moved over and hovered over him.

"BOO", I whispered into his ear. The Joker looked truly scared and ran away.

I stop floating and as soon as my feet touch the ground, I fainted.
