"Mom, I can just take, Kathy to prom, it's no biggie," Circe told Ava as she was making a remedy of magic to make the human spell to last longer for the night.

"Nonsense. Now, Blade, open wide." Ava held a spoonful of the magic liquid.

"And down the hatch," groaned Lunapy the cat.

Blade looked hesitated at the strange purple liquid and turned to Circe.

"Oh come on, man, you want to dance my cousin, don't you?" Circe smirked.

Blade hissed annoyed and opened his mouth wide. Ava smiled and poured it in his mouth. Blade gasped and almost choked on the magic drink.

Soon he was transformed into the human he was before weeks ago. He turned to the mirror and noticed his hands were normal too again, not a knife and hook. He smiled and tried to speak, but couldn't.

"Now the voice, I can't do that, sorry," Ava said, sadly. "Now that will have to be a different way to make you human completely, but we will discuss this later. Now remember, you two, the magic wares off at midnight."

"Oooh just like Cinderella," Loretta smiled, dreamily.

"Yes," Ava smiled, annoyed.

"Come on, Blade, Kathy is probably waiting for us," Circe said taking Blade's arm, "Thanks mom, we will be back before then."

"Have fun, boys," Ava and Loretta called out.

Circe and Blade finally came to the Hopes' house. Circe knocked, but noticed Blade still had his hat on so he snatched it off of him, "it's polite to take it off when you go see a girl."

Oh. My bad.

Soon the door opened and it was Richard. He was surprised seeing a man next to Circe. "Hi Uncle, Richard, this is my friend...André...Jr. He is Kathy's date for the prom."

"Oh, I see, come in, Kathy is just getting ready."

"Yeah, thanks," Circe smiled, he then whispered to Blade, "smile."

Blade then smiled at Richard and held his hand out like Circe taught him to shake hands. Richard took his hand and shook it. "Pleasure to meet you, Mister André. I haven't heard much about you, but you must be a good friend of my nephew's."

Blade then nodded, nervously.

"I forgot to mention, uncle, he is mute. He can't talk."

"Oh, that's fine. You know sign language?"

Blade nodded. Circe taught him before this day. So he signed his hands to him.

It's nice to meet you, Mr Hope. And I heard such good things about you, even your daughter. She sounds so sweet.

Richard smiled, "well, yes she is, Mr André. She is also very dear to me and very precious."

Soon Kathy came downstairs. Blade froze seeing her. His face lit up red. She was so beautiful in a dark violet dress on.

"Hi," Kathy blushed seeing him. She knew it was Blade since Circe told her everything.

Blade blushed and waved to her. Kathy giggled at him.

"Alright, you three have fun, and Circe, bring her home on time," Pastor Hope said.

"I will, Uncle Richard."

Blade held his arm out and Kathy took it. He seemed so real and strong arms. She smiled and at him and once they got out of the house she looked up at him, "Aunt Ava really made you human, I can't believe it."

Blade scratched the back of his head and blushed. Do I look bad?

"And so handsome too, and I didn't think you had green eyes."

You think I am handsome?

"Ok, guys come on, Torch wants to see this party," Circe smirked holding Torch in his hand. Torch then noticed Blade the first time as a human. He was shocked.

"Dude, is that you, Blade."

Blade nodded and waved at him.

"Woe, you're hot. I don't mean that in a gay way though!" Torch panicked.

Blade chuckled his hisses and patted him.

"Hey you even have hands!" Torch smiled. "Does this mean...you're fully human now?"

"No he's just temporary. He can't stay like this by my mom's magic. It has to be...something else," Circe whispered the last part.

Once at the school, they walked in. Circe place Torch in his jacket of his suit pocket. He then turned to Blade and Kathy, "so I will get the band ready since I am here. And, dude," he pointed his hat.

Blade noticed he still had his hat on so he took it off. Circe smiled and took it from him. "Enjoy yourselves." Circe then left with Torch.

Blade looked around. Everyone was just talking and drinking punch. So he held his finger to Kathy telling her he would right back. She looked confused as he ran off looking for the punch bowl. He came to a table that had it.

"Hey, there, bro." A senior smiled at him, "never seen you here before, here." He then handed him a cup of punch, "Nice to see a new face."

Blade nodded and walked back to Kathy and handed her the cup of punch. Kathy smiled and took it. She then blushed and saw his white hands. This was the first time she seen them. And they felt nice and gentle. "Thanks." She then took a sip and Blade smiled at her. She then handed her cup to him, "want to try?"

He wasn't thirsty, but now that he was human, he did want to try. So he took it nodding and took a sip. He was shock for how good it was. So he drank the rest.

Kathy giggled. "Oh, B', you got some...punch on your lips." She grabbed her handkerchief and wiped it of him. Blade blushed at her. After she finished, she was pulling away, but he stopped her taking her hand. He looked into her eyes and leaned slowly to her. Kathy blushed, but before he kissed her, music started to play.

"Ok, High School Seniors!!!" Circe cheered on the microphone, "Are you ready to party?!"

The whole room cheered.

"I can't hear you!"

Then they cheered louder.

"Hit it!" Circe told the band and they played the song Take on Me.

Blade blushed looking at Kathy and held his hand out. Kathy smiled and started to dance. Blade was surprised. Maybe this wasn't a slow dance. He shrugged and started to dance with her while Circe sang the song.

Once the song was over, everyone cheered. Circe chuckled and smiled, "Thank you. And now you all wanna loose your feet to this one?"

While Circe sang, he smiled seeing his cousin and Blade having a good time together. He looked down noticing Torch jamming as well in his pocket.

Kathy squeaked when Blade took her hand and spun her around and bowed with her to the floor. She then giggled, blushing at him. Blade blushed himself. The music then stopped and he stood up with her.

That's when a slow song then played. Blade blushed and then held his hand out to her. Kathy blushed and took his hand. He then placed his other hand around her waist. Her arm up to his shoulder and they started to dance. Blade was glad he learned those dance lessons by Ava and Loretta. They really helped.

Kathy smiled, blushing herself and then rested her head on his chest. Blade smiled down at her. This is such a perfect night.

"I am so happy everything is going perfectly," Kathy smiled still her head rested on his chest. Blade smiled down at her, "you also feel like a prince holding me."

And you feel like a princess in my arms, Kathy.

Kathy looked up at Blade, but dropped her head shyly. Blade looked at her confused. He took her chin gently and lifted her face up to look at him. She blushed more at him, "sorry, it's just...I get goosebumps and butterflies when I look at you."

Blade blushed and took her hand to his heart showing her he felt the same way. Kathy could feel his heart beating fast. She felt somewhat better now and smiled. He then brushed a strand of hair away from her face and slowly leaned in to kiss her, but they were stopped.

"How's it going, Cous?"

"GEESH!" Kathy jumped, "Circe!"

Circe chuckled. Torch was even chuckling at this.

Blade hissed and took Kathy's hand and decided to take her outside.

"Blade, it's ok, let's not leave. Circe is normally like that. A tease. Don't let him get to you." Kathy then hugged him from behind.

Blade turned his whole body and held her face with his hand. He wasn't that upset. He been wanting to show her how much he was inlove with her, but was too shy to do it.

"It's ok, I'm ok, as long I'm with you," she smiled and held his hand. "I'm happy with you, Blade. You're my best friend."

Blade smiled, cupping her face and then he kissed her forehead. She smiled at him.

"How about we go back inside ok?"

He nodded and took her hand as they walked back in. Once inside they heard one of the girls scream, "ITS IN THE PUNCH BOWL!"

Circe looked at Torch. Ok he was still in his pocket. He then noticed what was going on. There were leeches in the fruit punch bowl and a girl doll with her head over the bowl with leeches crawling out of her mouth.

"Well we found one of your friends." Circe said. He then grabbed the doll before she could poison the punch even more.

More screams flood the dance floor, they looked and saw little gremlin like toys running around.

"More friends of yours?"

Blade shook his head.
