Circe walked inside his mother and aunt's house. A black greeted him since she recognized him, "well, well, well. Look who we have here. Circe is that you? It's been years since I last seen you. How is your father?"

"Hi, Lunapy, I am fine. And he is too. You?"

"Oh just terrible. Your mother aunt have traumatized me so much. They use me as a lab mouse for their magic."

Circe chuckled, because Lunapy liked to exaggerate things. Besides his mother Ava wouldn't do that to Lunapy.

"Is that my nephew I hear?" Aunt Loretta came in and smiled hugging him, "Oh, it's so good to see you Circe."

"Good to see you too, Aunt Loretta."

"How's your father?"

"Oh...he still wants to stay in New Mexico. He still feels like everyone will judge him here."

Loretta felt bad for him. "Your father is a nice and handsome man. He is even wise thanks to your mother."

"Yeah, I know. Mom wanted to move back because of Aunt Rose...when she heard she was murdered, she wanted to be there for Uncle Richard, Kathy and you."

"And me!" Lunapy said.

"You were with mom. Remember?" Circe asked the cat.

"I know, I just wanted to be included."

"So, any girlfriends?"

"Aunt Loretta. No. I maybe 27, but I'm not ready yet."

Soon the door opened and Ava came in. Circe stopped and smiled at his mother, "hi, mom."

Ava smiled and ran to him. She wrapped her arms around him so happily, "Oh my little princess came, how was the trip?"

"It was fine, I missed everyone, dad says he misses you and hopes to see you soon."

"I suggested to him and begged him to move up here, but he still afraid of his appearance."

"I know, I try to get him to come, but he still refuses. It's hard to get him to come." Circe sighed. "He said he will think about the holidays, like Easter or something."

"Like last year," Ava sighed sadly.

"And the year before that." Loretta added.

"And the year before that," Circe added, "you get the drift, mom. But he still loves you, and all us. He is just scared."

Ava nodded and sighed. After a awkward silence, Circe then added something, "by the way, mom, Kathy told me about Blade. I heard of him, I just didn't know he was real. I am kinda concerned for her."

"You don't have to be," Ava turned to face him, "I seen through the puppet, he is different now. He was just controlled by his father. André Toulon. He was the real villain. Your aunts and I have dealt with him in the past before his puppets were created."

"Alive or...physical?"

"Physical. Anyway, Blade is a good doll now, he won't hurt your cousin."

"Well another thing about him, Kathy even mentioned she wishes he was human. Is there a way he can be?"

Ava smiled, "you forgot the books, didn't you, Circe. Remember those Disney movies you and Kathy watched as kids? Snow White? Princess and the Frog?"

"Ooh Beauty and the Beast!" Loretta squealed.

Ava tried to smile at her sister, "Yes. Even that, you know it's your favorite," she then turned to Circe.

"Yeah, I guess. What about them?"

"How do you think the spell was broken?"

"...with a kiss?"

"Well most of them, but of what?"

"...true love?"

Ava smiled, "exactly."

"So the only way Blade can be human is by true love?" Circe asked.

"Wasn't Pinocchio a doll or puppet too, and didn't he become a real boy by sacrificing himself?" Loretta added.

"Well yes, but beside that, yes true love can break a spell. André Toulon didn't believe anyone would love Blade, but he missed something, even though he used magic to bring life to his creations, he missed their weaknesses. True love breaks all spells and curses, it even conquers evil. Blade has found his true love, I believe, but Kathy is clueless that he is inlove with her."

"Yuck," everyone turned and heard it was Lunapy who spoke. "Love is mush. I'm out of here." The cat then jumped down from the table and went upstairs.

"Well, if Kathy is clueless, she needs to know." Circe said.

"Hold on, you can't just tell her this. One Blade might want to tell her himself."

"But how? He is a mute."

"He will though. If he loves her more than his own life, he will find a way to tell her, also she won't understand if we tell her. And her father is slowly getting use to Blade and his friends. I had to lie telling him I made Blade, Torch, and Pinhead...didn't he had two friends? A clown and a woman with long hair?" Ava tried to think.

"Was their names Jester and Leech Woman?" Loretta asked.

"Yes, I wonder they are? They are part of Blade's team." Ava pondered.

"I...I didn't see them," Circe said, "But are you sure true love can turn Blade human. And how?"

"Kathy has to kiss him."

"...Kathy has to kiss Blade?" Circe was confused.

"Yes, why you look surprised?" Loretta asked.

"I don't know, a human kissing a doll...seems strange."

"Read the Nutcracker stories, do they seem weird?" Ava smirked.
