Recap:

'What should I do?! Lie to Luffy, or try to tell him?!' You take a deep breath, and tell Luffy;

"Luffy, Nami is......" Luffy tilts his head. "What is it? Hurry up and say it!" 'Here goes nothing...' you thought. "Nami is alright. She is on the island, but I don't know if that Moss head and Usopp found her yet."

Luffy smiles hearing this. "Oh I see! We'll just have to hurry over there faster then!" You smile back. It's best that he doesn't know yet. "Yeah!" Luffy hums, then snaps his fingers. "Hey! Y/n! I have an idea!"

"What is it?" Next thing you know, you're riding in "style" as that cow Sanji beat up earlier is pulling us to the island. You are standing on the sail of the boat, looking out into the distance. "Yahoo!! So fast! So fast!" "There it is! Arlong Park!" you point to the large building, reading "Arlong Park"

"Go! To Arlong Park!"

Meanwhile.....................

Zoro is comfortably sitting in Arlong's chair, wearing a blue hawaiian styled shirt, surrounded by dead fishmen. "She told me to run, but he asked me to bring her back. I wonder where Luffy is right about now." He suddenly tenses, "Huh? Did I hear voices just now?" called someone from the other sides of the gates.

Zoro had learned there was an octopus, named Hachi. Hachi had taken Zoro to Cocoyashi Village, requesting to see Arlong. "Here you go. Arlong-san should be here." he says. "Great.Thanks." he replies. And with that, Hachi swims off, heading back to Arlong Park.

Once he was gone, Zoro runs off, heading into the village, cornering some of the villagers, finding out that Usopp has been captured.

"Y-yeah! They took him to Arlong Park a little while ago!"

"Brave as he acted, he defied Arlong! He's surely dead by now."

Zoro released the villager. "Damn. Of all the times to get caught, it had to be after I killed some time there!" 'Usopp, don't you dare die!'

'How did it come to this?!' you thought.

~~Flashback~~

"Oooh! There it is! Arlong Park!" The cow let out a moan, it looked very tired. "Hey! Don't stop now cow!" Luffy says, scolding the large sea creature. You fronw. "Yeah, Sanji-san's kick really must've taken a toll on him....."

The cow starts to turn away from Arlong Park. "Oi! Wrong way! That building!" Luffy points frantically at the building. The cow is too tired and dizzy. You start to panic as you see the cow heading for the brick wall at full speed. "W-w-w-wait a sec you stupid cow!!"

He crashes into the brick wall, as the entire ship goes flying over the forest. You fall off from where you were standing and close your eyes, preparing yourself for the impact, but you feel strong lean arms holding you. When you open your eyes, you see Luffy holding you bridal style, while Sanji and Yosaku are still screaming at the fact you guys are flying. " It's like we're flying!"

"Not LIKE! We are!" you scream.

~~End Flashback~~

Suddenly the boat starts to descend until it is gliding across the forest floor at an incredible speed, causing the birds to squawk and knocking trees down. "Landing successful!" Luffy laughs. You look up ahead and see Zoro, staring at you guys in shock. "Yo, Zoro!!" Luffy waves to the male.

"Get out of the way!!!!!" You screech, but it's too late.

Zoro lets out a scream as his body is now plastered on the front of the ship, and you are crying comical tears as you realize you're going to crash into one of the canyons. "GYAAAHH!!!! WE'RE GONNA DIEEE!!!" Suddenly you feel Luffy tighten his arms around you, pulling you close to him, you close your eyes again as the ship crashes into the canyon.

When the smoke clears, the ship and everything that was in it is scattered everywhere, the ship in pieces and all the leftover food. Your eyes are tightly closed. You touch the top of your head, and feel Luffy's straw hat. Slowly you open your eyes and look down to see a red vest. Your listen and you hear a loud heartbeat.

Thump thump

Slowly you turn your head, and lift your head up to see none other than your captain under you. One of his arms are wrapped tightly around your waist while the other is on the back of your neck, pulling you closer to him.

"L-l-l-luffy?!" you stutter.

"Oh? Y/n! Are you okay?! Did you get hurt?!"

"No I'm f-fine...."

"Really? Then why is your face red?"

You quickly scramble off of him, covering your face. Luffy hums and makes a frowny face. He doesn't know why, but he wanted you to stay on top of him a little longer.....You then remember that the others are there too. You jump when you see a piece of wood being lifted as Zoro rises, with his bandages and blue hawaiian styled shirt. W-What the hell ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!" he yells, pissed.

Sanji is calmly smoking away from you, Yosaku is upside down stuck in the rubble and you are next to Luffy dusting yourself off. "What do you mean?" Luffy asks, not seeing how irritated he was. "We're here to get Nami. Have you still not found her yet?"

"Wait a sec, where's Usopp and Johnny?" you ask, noticing they were nowhere to be found. Zoro's eyes widen. "Hey we don't have time to waste here!" "What's wrong?" Luffy asks. "That idiot got caught up with some of Arlong's men! We gotta hurry before he's killed-!"

"He's already dead."

You whip your head around and see the other friend of Zoro's you didn't meet, Johnny. "What?!" He collapses onto his knees, exhausted. "We're too late. Big Bro Usopp is dead. He was killed!" You take a deep breath, for you already know what his answer is.

"By Big Sis Nami!"

Everyone is shocked, especially Luffy, but you clench your fists, gritting your teeth. You knew there was a possibility Nami would betray you, but now the fact she would kill Usopp....

'Nami... Just what have you been through?'

Johnny sits down, legs crossed still shaking as he remembered her stabbing Usopp. "Yeah, it's terrible! She really is a witch! She has been working for Arlong just to buy Cocoyashi Village for some treasure buried there! She will calmly kill people for it too! She's lower than scum, rotten to the core and she had us fooled the entire time-"

Suddenly Luffy grabs the collar of Johnny's shirt, and he looks pissed. "Try saying that again! I'll kick your ass!" You gasp. "Stop it Luffy! It's got nothing to do with him!" "You don't have to believe me! But I saw it with my own two eyes! She stabbed Uso-"

"Stop spewing nonsense! Nami would never kill Usopp! We're friends!"

"Who said we're friends, Luffy?"

Out of the corner of your eye, you see Zoro turn. You do the same, only to find Nami there herself. She has a green tank top on, and blue shorts, with a wooden staff and her right hand has a black glove on as her arms are crossed over her chest. "Nami?" you look at the female in surprise.

Luffy drops Johnny and turns to look at her. "What are you talking about? You're our friend, we came to get you!" "You're a huge bother!" she snaps, shocking Luffy. "Friends? Don't make me laugh! You're all just a pathetic bunch of people cooperating with each other."

"You witch!" Johnny yells, pointing to her accusingly. "I saw you kill Big Bro Usopp with my own eyes!" Nami smirks. "And? Why don't you kill me as revenge?" you all went silent, and she continued, "I'll tell you this much; Arlong wants to kill Zoro and his men. Because Zoro just had to be stupid. No matter how strong you guys may be, you're no match for real monsters. If you hang around this island, you will be killed. Not that it matters to me though."

You had a sad expression, while Zoro glares at Nami. Sanji, on the other hand, has a light blush on his cheeks and hearts dancing in his eyes. "Nami-swan's cool look is enchanting too!! Hi Nami-swan it's me! Do you remember me?! Let's set sail together!"

"Shut up! You're just complicating things!" Zoro yells.

Sanji's expression changes, and the two start to bicker. "Say what? Love is always a hurricane!" Zoro turns to look at Nami, ignoring Sanji. "Oi! Listen when people are talking!"

"Where's Usopp?"

"Bottom of the ocean."

"Cut the crap already!"

Zoro unsheathes his katana, charging at Nami, until Sanji tries to kick him. "A swordsman would even strike a lady, Roronoa Zoro?" Zoro's eye twitches in annoyance. "What? You don't even know what's going on! Move!"

"I guess I'd be irritated too,coming right off an insulting defeat."

"Huh?! Hey, you better watch that mouth of yours!"

"Mind your own damn business you bastard!"

You go in between the two, pushing them away from each other. "You guys! This is not the time to be fighting each other!" "That's right! If you two are going to fight, do it off the island! Don't butt into this anymore you outsiders! Do you still not get it? I got close to you guys for the money! Now that you're flat broke, I have no reason to be around you! You can have your ship back, so just go find a navigator somewhere and go to the Grand Line! Go find your One Piece or whatever!"

She throws a nasty glare to you and the rest of the crew, pointing her weapon and raising her voice. "Just get the hell out of here! You're an eyesore!"

Nami......" Luffy mutters in shock. Luffy closes his eyes and collapses on the ground. "Luffy?!" you rush to his side in worry. "I'm going to sleep!" "Now of all times?!" Yosaku exclaims. "What the heck for?!" " I'm not planning to leave this island, and I'm not interested in what's happening on the island. And I'm a little sleepy. So I'm going to sleep."

You facepalm as you hear Luffy peacefully snoring. But you look at Nami, seeing her turned away, her hand shaking. She turns back to you guys, and you can tell by the look on her face;

'She's scared. Of us getting killed. That's why she's so desperate for us to leave....'

"Fine whatever! Go ahead and die!" Nami runs away. Before you can even explain it to yourself, you find yourself running after Nami. "Nami!" you shout. "Where are you going?!" Yosaku yells. "I'll be back!"

Once you left, Yosaku and Johnny said their goodbyes to Zoro, not wanting to be killed. Sanji is smoking under a tree, next to Zoro. All is quiet until Sanji speaks up.

"Hey, why do you suppose Nami-swan was crying?"

"She was crying?"

"Inside her heart."

Zoro scoffs. "You sure they weren't tears for killing Usopp?" Sanji rolls his eyes. "Yeah right. Are you serious? Do you honestly believed Nami-swan killed Long nose?" Zoro went silent for a moment. "Nami didn't kill him. Is that what you're getting at?"

"Am I wrong?"

"Who knows? I did make her out to be a small fry that can't watch even one man die. She might've done it out of frustration." Sanji's attitude suddenly changes largely. "Whaddya mean "small fry"?!"

"Eh?"

"WHAT'S SO SMALL ABOUT NAMI-SWAN'S CHEST?!"

Sanji runs up ready to kick Zoro. He stands up as well, holding his sword out to block him. "IS THAT ALL YOU CAN THINK AB-" Zoro is cut off seeing Sanji kicked Usopp in the face, he had his katana smashed into the other side of his face.

"He's alive!" Sanji says. "No, I'm positive he's dead now......"

The three show Usopp to Luffy. "GYAAHHH!!! USOOOPPP!! Did Nami do this to you?!" he yells starting to shake Usopp who is out cold from the two attacking him. Sorry. The two of us did that." Sanji confesses. "It was your fault!"

Usopp comes to his senses, as he wakes up and sees Luffy. "L-luffy? You're here?!" "Yeah. Just got here." Sanji waves to Usopp. "Oh I came here too! Good to work with you!" "Someday I'm going to kill you!" he hisses. "O-oh that reminds me! Luffy, did Y/n join too?"

"Yes~!!!" Sanji answers. "But....where is she?" Usopp asks. Luffy starts to panic, frantically looking around for you. "Where did she go?! Was she hurt?! Did the fish guy kidnap her?!" "Calm down! She went after Nami!" Sanji yells.

"Speaking of her, we were told that Nami killed you, Usopp." Zoro interjects. "That damn Johnny!" Luffy huffs, temporarily forgetting about you. "He was talking nonsense after all!"

Usopp grimaces. "No, in a way...it wasn't a lie..... But it's actually the opposite; Nami saved my life!"

Meanwhile......................

You had followed Nami up to a house, where there were tangerine trees growing in the yard. You were hiding behind a bush of them watching as Nami was trashing the place. You saw another girl, with light lavender hair a yellow tank top and long skinny jeans approach the house. After you saw her run in, you ran up to the door frame, standing out of sight as you listened in. "You sure know how to trash a place. What's wrong?" the female asks.

Nami had her head on the table, while her hands rested on the back of her neck. "Nothing. I'm just here to rest a little." she replies. "Breaking glass and furniture is a bit much for resting." She pulls up a chair, sitting on the opposite side of Nami. "You have that treasure map open and nothing is wrong?"

"Something happened that made me mad, that's all!"

"Them, huh. Who are they?"

Nami looks up at the girl, surprised. "You met them?!" "Yeah Captain Something-Or-Other. He seems kind of liar-ish though. I hear you smiled happily when you traveled with them."

'She did?' you thought.

"Even though I haven't seen you like that in years. Talk to me! Who are those guys?!" Nami is still silent. The girl you've guessed is a sister, smiles at Nami. She briefly catches your eye, telling you 'Listen at your own risk' "We agreed you can tell me anything remember?" she continues.

Nami paused for a moment, before speaking. "I had planned to forget about them..." Quietly, so she can't hear you enter the house, since it was convenient the door was left open, crouching low behind Nami, listening.

"I thought I had erased them from my mind. But the more I tried to erase them, the more I remembered... The truth is I once forgot the fate I beared for a short while...I honestly felt like always being with them, if it were possible...." Nami ended up falling asleep. You grabbed a blanket, gently placing it on her.

"Now I see.....that hit you hard. To think, you guys really showed up for her..." You shrug lightly. "I don't know much about her, but according to my captain, she's our friend." "'Friend', huh? The most painful word for her..."

The two of you had introduced yourself, finding out her name was Nojiko, yet she already knew you were Water Bearer Y/n, thanks to your poster. She asked you to lead her to the rest of the crew, and so here you were now. "We should find out what's the story with Nami though!"

"It doesn't matter! No matter what you guys do, Arlong's rule won't come to an end." Nojiko shouts, silencing everyone for a moment. Usopp recognizes the lavender haired female. "Nojiko!" "Y/N!!!!!" Luffy yells. "Where did you go?!" " I followed Nami. And found her older sister, Nojiko."

Sanji has hearts in his eyes, staring at the two of you. You sweatdrop and walk over to where Luffy and the rest of the guys are standing. "N-N-Nami-swan's older sister?! No wonder she's so beautiful!"

Zoro ignores Sanji's comment. "What do you mean it's no use?" "Please, don't get any more involved with this village. Leave Nami alone. I'll explain the situation." "You mean why she's part of the Arlong pirates?" Usopp asks.

"Yeah. You'll want to leave the island once you hear it."

"Then let's hear it." you say, only for Luffy to respond by saying he didn't want to. He turns to leave. "Luffy! Where are you going?!" "I don't care about her past." he says bluntly. "I'm going for a walk."

Sanji giggles. "Then that means I get y/n-chan all to myself~" Luffy hears this, and quickly grabs your wrist dragging you along. "Let's go y/n!"

"H-hey! Don't drag me with you! I want to hear this!"

Luffy makes a pouty face, continuing to drag you along. "No! I want you to come with meeee! Captain's orders!" You find it hard to ignore his pouty face. With a sigh, you agree to come. "Fine. Also, want your hat back?" "You can wear it for now. Shishishi, it looks good on you!"

At this, you blush looking away. "W-whatever. Usopp, can you tell me when I come back?"

"Y-yeah...."

With that, you and Luffy walk away. As you get farther away, you don't seem to notice your captain trying to hold your hand, for every time he reaches over to grab it, your arm swings away, without you even trying! Luffy eventually gives up, and has a pouty face on the entire walk. Eventually you notice and stop to ask what's wrong.

"What's with the face Luffy?"

"It's nothing."

You raise your eyebrow at him. "You sure?"

"Yeah!"

You are going to interrogate him more, until you see that three fishmen are in front of you. One is an octopus with a yellow and red striped shirt and shorts, another is a light blue fishman with long fin-like elbows and a dark blue gi on. The last one is a sky blue skinned fish man with a dark blue striped tank top and brown khaki shorts.

"Oh? So that's a fishman?"

"I guess they are."

Luffy and you casually walk in between the three of them, and upon closer look, they are way taller than you. You almost think they're gonna let you go, until the octopus speaks up. "H-hey! Wait just a sec you two!" You and Luffy turn around to face the fishmen.

"Huh? Did you say something?" The octopus proceeds to interrogate the both of you. "Who are you two?! What are you doing on this island?!" You scoff lightly at this. "What does it matter to you?" He pauses. "You have a point......." "I'm Luffy. She's y/n. We're taking a walk."

"A walk?!" "Is that a problem?" you ask. "No. Have fun!" The two of you continue to walk off, as Hachi waves you farewell. But the other fishman, the one with the weird lips asks you a question. "Where're you going?" "Heck if we know!" Luffy shouts back. When you and Luffy were far enough, Hachi stopped waving.

"What a funny guy!" the octopus, Hachi says. "Yet, they walked by us so casually without any sign of fear......." Kuroobi, the one with a gi on says. "I think I've seen that girl from somewhere......" Choo, the one who asked where you were going mutters.
