Recap:

You manage a shaky grin as you back away, looking at the large rock. Now just how were you going to get that off of your captain? "Usopp." Luffy says, "Can you forgive them?"

"N..No..." you jump hearing Usopp's voice. Karoo runs over to the two of you. "You too?" Luffy asks, and Karoo nods furiously. "Good." he smirks. "Let's go then, and kick their asses!"

The top of the candle structure was now spinning at a normal speed. Nami looks down at her feet, the three of them now stuck in this large candle structure. "I can't move my legs..." she mutters. Zoro raises an eyebrow. "What did you expect? You thought the enemy would let us roam around free?"

Vivi holds out her hand, noticing something white falling down on them and Broggy. "What is this...?" Mr. 3 laughs manically. "How do you like my Candle Service Set?! The candle mist that falls will turn the three of you into wax figurines!! You'll be my best artwork! Candle dolls that are filled with real souls! Just die, for the sake of my art!"

Nami gasps. "No way! I won't die for your art!" she turns to Broggy. "Broggy-san please do something!!" the giant remains silent. "You'll become a statue as well!!"

"He won't do anything! Not after learning he killed his friend after 100 years!" Zoro raises an eyebrow, looking at the giant. "He was so foolish, fighting for something as lame as pride. And now you can't change anything!" Broggy, finally speaks up. "I..I knew from the start of the fight, he was keeping something from me."

"Oh?" Mr. 3 smirks. "You're lying! If you knew, why did you fight him? I saw you go at him, with no mercy!" he steps closer to the giant.

"You don't get the real meaning of this fight. Of course you didn't understand what my tears were for. A person like you wouldn't understand! He fought with pride in his heart. You want me to destroy the pride of a warrior, WHO WAS PREPARED TO RISK HIS LIFE?!"

Broggy's wax shackles start to shatter, panicking Mr. 3. "BOMB!" Mr. 5, was quick to shut it down, as Broggy was knocked out from the impact of the bomb. "Tch..I underestimated his strength...Candle Sword!!" A large wax candle forms on Mr. 3's arm, as he stabs it into Broggy's hand.

"Let's see you try anything now!" Broggy groans in pain, making the girls gasp. "Broggy!" Nami cries, while Zoro looked with a shocked expression, but nothing more. He continues to stab them in his arms and legs, making the poor giant cry out in pain, seeing his blood spill and staining the once white candle wax.

"I'll increase the speed, so you all become dolls sooner-Hm..?"

Mr. 3 notices Mist on the candle structure, hiding with a blade in hand. "I see.....Miss Valentine!" Miss Valentine notices and smirks. "Oh little boy~"

Mist gasps seeing he was found out, and Nami and the others turn to see the male. "Who're you?!" Nami yells. "Hey! Stop being so rude! I'm trying to save your damn life!!" Zoro's eyes widen as he instantly recognizes the voice. "Pinky!"

"Stop calling me tha-AAAH!!"

He quickly jumps off the candle structure, seeing Miss Valentine looming above him. "There's no escape boy~5,000 Kilogram Press!" Mist uses his speed and runs away from the female, as she crashes into the ground. Mr. 3 smirks. "Oh? Quite fast...A Devil Fruit perhaps?"

Mist says nothing, narrowing his eyes at the male for a brief moment before looking up at the three on the structure, "You guys! Just hold on! Y/n and the others will be here soon!"

Hearing that name Mr. 3 becomes irked. "Mr. 5. Miss Valentine. " the male looks to him. "Deal with this boy, and quickly. I want you to stop Water Bearer Y/n. Mr. 0 will be very happy." Mr. 5 smirks. "Of course."

Mist's eyes widen in panic, 'Shit..! I have to try and lure him away from here....' "No way in hell are you dealing with me!" he shouts with a smirk before using his power to sprint off. "Let's go Miss Valentine!"

"Yeah!" Miss Valentine floats in the sky once more, pinpointing where Mist was, and the chase begins. 'Y/n...Hurry! Use the time I've bought you to get away from these weirdos!'

Nami coughs, her hands around her neck in pain. "I can't breathe...!" Broggy let silent tears spill from his eyes, asking Elbaf, the god of war, as to why they were subjected to a death that was not in battle. Mr. 3 cackles and points at him. "Yes! That pain! That struggle! What a marvelous work of art!"

"My hands won't move!" Nami cries. "Ah! My body's getting stiff! What do we do?!" Vivi looks over at Zoro who was silent, seeing the wax that was growing on their bodies. His gaze follows down to Broggy, who has half of his face covered in the snow-like candle wax. "Oi, you can still move, can't you?" he asks.

"I can too." Zoro smirks, unsheathing of his katanas. "How about we take these guys down together?" he takes out two of his katanas. Nami's eyes widen. "Zoro! What're you doing?! W-wait! You're not really gonna-"

"Yeah, I'm gonna cut off my legs." he says bluntly. "There's no other way out of this. How about you two?"

"Don't be ridiculous Mr. Bushido!" Vivi exclaims, shakily turning her head to face him. "Even if you do, those two can come back and easily catch you!"

"Might as well try! If we're gonna let it end here, let's put up some nasty struggling!" he grins. "There's no reason to die heroically for those guys!"

Miss Goldenweek and Mr. 3 were staring up at Zoro in shock. "Is he crazy or something...No! He must be bluffing!" Mr. 3 mutters to himself. Broggy chuckles softly. "Damn kid... To think, I almost lost my fighting spirit."

He follows his gaze, the two locking eyes. "Alright. I'll fight alongside you and your fighting spirit!" Zoro grins at this, only making Nami panic even more. "That's crazy!! How are you gonna fight after?!"

"I don't know." he admits, looking at Mr. 3 below with a smug expression. "But...I plan to win." Vivi looks in shock. 'Just what kind of man is he?! I've seen this look before...'

She gasps, remembering Igaram's words to her. "Vivi! Are you prepared not to die?"

"W-wait!" she stutters. "I'll fight too!" she shouts, making Nami gasp. "Not you too Vivi!" Zoro nods. "Alright then." Broggy's hands start to shake as he tries to break free from the candle swords. "Let's do this, runt!"

"D-Don't be stupid! What the hell can you possibly do?!" Mr. 3 shouts, panicked as he prepares to fight. Zoro stabs his blades into the wax, when there is the sound of screaming in the distance.

"ZORO DON'T YOU FUCKING DAAAAAAAAARREE!!" he stops, gasping as he recognizes the voice as your own. You, Usopp, Luffy and Karoo fly into the scene, literally, zooming right past however.

"OI YOU GUYS!!" Luffy yells. "JUST SO YOU KNOW I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS!!" the four of you crash into a small clearing of tree, wincing. Luffy is the first to stand, followed by you. "Let's do this, Usopp, Y/n!"

"Yeah, Luffy!" Usopp slips on his goggles and you draw your blades. "You got it! Mist! You ready?!" Hearing this, Mist runs out from his hiding spot. "Yeah." he lowers his voice, standing next to you. "Those two are lost in the jungle, but not for long." he mutters. "It'll buy you some time."

"Yeah thanks." Luffy turns and sees the male, glaring at him. "OI YOU! How dare you take Y/n!" he goes to punch Mist, but you're quick to stop him. "W-wait Luffy! This is Mist!!" you say. Usopp lets out a loud gasp. "WHAT?! B-B-B-But isn't he-"

You slap him, silencing the male. "OI WHAT WAS-" he stops when you make a 'shh' sound, making him realize you didn't want him revealing the secret of the Devil Fruit. He nods quickly, turning to their opponents.

Nami gasps in relief. "Y/n! Luffy! Usopp!" Zoro narrows his eyes at you, and you meet his gaze. "You are so dead later." you shout to the male, making him smirk. "Enough of that already! Just kick their asses!" Nami shouts. Luffy cracks his knuckles, the five of you walking over to face Mr. 3. "Yeah! He ruined the giant's duel!"

"So you're Water Bearer Y/n, and the man with highest bounty in the East Blue?" Mr. 3 observes, getting into a battle stance if necessary. "My, how the standards have lowered!"

Luffy's eyes fall onto his hair however. "Whoa! What weird hair!!" your eyes lit up in awe. "Wow! It's a number three on fire!" you say, making Mist smack the both of you. "Shut up and focus!!" he snaps. "Luffy! Break the pillar first!!" Nami cries. "We're about to turn into wax figures!!"

You nod, "Luffy we need to rescue them first!" Zoro puts away his katana. "No, we're fine up here." he says, only for blood to start spilling down the layer they were on. "Your legs!!" You gasp, looking at Zoro with a pained expression. "I only got through about half of what I was going to." he admits.

"Hey, Luffy. Do you mind breaking this pillar for us first?" He asks, seeing the pained expression on your face. Luffy grins. "Yeah! No problem! Let's do this, guys!" Usopp has his slingshot ready. "Y-yeah!"

Mr. 3 smirks. "Don't think you can get away with it so easy." you narrow your eyes at the male, before turning to Luffy. "Let me handle him." you say. Luffy pauses for a moment, about to protest but nods. "Yeah. I leave it to you, Y/n." he says with a smirk.

Zoro raises his sword in the air, other hand on his hip. "What are you doing Zoro?!" Nami exclaims, unable to move the hand that was currently cupped on her opposite arm. "I'm posing. If I'm gonna die, I prefer this position."

"Stop talking nonsense!" she yells. "It's not." he replies, making her scoff. "Anyways, do something about your legs. It's creeping me out."

"Then don't look at them."

"You're the one who suggested cutting off our legs to escape!"

Miss Goldenweek, was sitting on a picnic blanket yet again, eating her snacks and sipping tea. "Mr. 3, they're not worried at all!" she says pointing to them making the male sweat drop. "You're no different Miss Goldenweek..."

"If you want to do a pose, now's your chance." Zoro warns Nami. "No way! I'm not gonna stoop to your level!" she huffs. "Please be more serious about this, Mr. Bushido!" Vivi says, only furthering Mr. 3's irritation. "It seems ever since they arrived-Wait a sec!"

He turns to look the two of you. 'I know Water Bearer's strong...But him? He doesn't seem that reliable....' "Mr. 3! Let us handle it!" Mist groans. "They're already back?!" Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 appear, panting and exhausted from trying to find Mist.

"We'll finish him off!" Mr. 3 narrows his eyes. "No. Clearly these two aren't at a level suited for your attacks. Handle the other three. I think Straw Hat Luffy and Water Bearer will be perfect additions to my wax collection..."

Usopp hops onto Karoo, ready to charge into battle. Mist joins them, trusting you to be 'safe' with Luffy. "Surrender yourselves!!" Usopp shouts, making Mist smirk slightly. "Let's do this, Karoo, Long Nose!"

Suddenly the two scramble backward, hiding behind the trees, and dragging Mist with them. "A-Alright! Preparations are done!! Go ahead Y/n! Luffy!" he shouts. "What kind of attack is that?!" Mist hisses, trying to get Usopp to let go of him, but he's desperate for Mist's protection.

"Now you're mine! Candle Lock!" Mr. 3 throws the wax at the two of you, but you jump and dodge just in time, sighing with relief. "Nice try, but you can't ge-"

You're cut off seeing Luffy had been trapped by the wax and was laying on the ground. "Goddammit Luffy..." you cry comical tears. "You ruined a potential cool moment!"

"What is this??" he frowns, knocking on it a few times. Mr. 3 grins. "Now for your hands! Candle Lock!!" he throws the attack yet again, but this time Luffy springs upward, wrapping his arm around the spike of Broggy's helmet. "Sorry to bother you!" he says before picking up speed as his arm unwinds faster and faster from around the horn.

"Gum Gum....Mallet!"

Luffy's legs smash into the pillar of the wax pillar and you grin. "Yes!" you shout, along with the cheers from the three stuck. However their expression turns into ones of fear seeing the large top heading straight for them. But it lands perfectly in place of where the pillar once was, making you face palm. "Shoot! Luffy, it's just going to go faster now!" you shout in realization.

Luffy sighs, "Ah I got it off my legs too! Lucky!" Hearing you however, he turns to them and frowns. "Oi that was dangerous! Why didn't you guys run?!" Nami and Vivi hiss, baring their teeth at him. "Isn't it obvious?! We can't move!!!"

"Oh? Then why did you guys tell me to break the pillar?" he tilts his head in confusion. "Were you lying?" You groan. "Okay okay that's enough! I'll get them out!" you say, walking over.

Nami gasps. "I...I can't move at all anymore!" Mr. 3, who was panicking at first, cackles and points to them mockingly. "Fools! Now that the candles are closer, you'll become wax figures even faster!" You growl, sending a nasty glare to the male. "Shut up! I'm getting them out now!"

"I told you I'm going to stop you! Wax Wax Harpoon!" Mr. 3 shoots a harpoon made of wax towards you, but at the same time, Usopp fires. "Exploding Star!"

"Y/n!" Luffy stretches his arm down to you, wrapping it around your waist and pulling you above the harpoon as it misses. Just before the bomb can hit the male, Mr. 5 appears in front and swallows the bomb. It explodes inside him and Usopp's jaw hits the floor. "That was rather bland." he burps. "You don't use good gunpowder." Mist gasps. "Damn it...! Come on you two, let's deal with them so Luffy and Y/n can fight!"

Luffy lowers you down, and stretches his arms back. "Got it! So I just destroy the bad pumpkin thing! Gum Gum Bazooka!" However, before Luffy's hands can make contact, a large Wax Wall stands in his way. "Hey, you! Get out of my way!"

You smirk, stepping in front of Mr. 3. "Come on Mr. 3. You're dealing with me now." you grin, and the male smirks. "I'd appreciate if you didn't disrupt my art piece." he says before throwing another wax attack. "Candle Lock!"

"Water Shield!" you use your sword as the watered blade becomes a shield, blocking the wax attack, however it slips right through and you drop to the ground, narrowly dodging it. Mr. 3 grins. "You really think you stand a chance against me?! Water is denser than wax!"

You gasp realizing none of you water attacks would work. "No way!" Nami looks down in fear. "That means...Y/n can't fight him!"

"What?!" Luffy whips his head around back to you. "Oi Y/n! If you can't fight then let me handle this!" he says, Mr. 3 not wasting any time to throw another Candle Lock at the two of you. "Oh, that's right!" Luffy grins letting it catch onto his right arm.

Mr. 3 narrows his eyes at this, quickly putting up a Candle Wall, that Luffy instantly shatters and punches the male, shocking Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine. "Mr. 3!!" they shout. The candle around Luffy's arm is gone, and Mr. 3 is sent flying.

"Thank goodness! Luffy, hurry and break the set this time!" However, something is very off about Luffy. "No." he responds. "What are you talking about?! Stop messing around!!" Nami yells back. "What should I do..?" he mutters.

"Candle Lock!"

You gasp, as you suddenly feel something heavy and thick on your legs, letting out a yelp and falling on the ground. "Crap!" the candle lock was now on your ankles. "Luffy, come on!" you yell. "This isn't funny! I can't help now so hurry!"

"I...I don't fee like saving you guys anymore."

You let out a shaky breath, looking at the male in shock. "What...?"

Miss Goldenweek was now standing, as she takes a bite of her biscuit. "Colors Trap." she says. It's then you look down and notice the swirl of black paint on the ground where Luffy was standing.

"What're you saying?! Come on Luffy!" Zoro yells. "There's no time!"

"Yeah, I know." he replies curtly. "I just don't have the motivation to save you guys."

"THIS ISN'T A MOTIVATION PROBLEM!" the three scream. "Come on you guys, let's knock him back to his senses!" Usopp whispers, only to look up and notice Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine standing over them. "A-ah! When did you get here?!" he screeches.

"Give it up." Mr. 5 says. "He's already fallen into a trap." Mist narrows his eyes at the two for a moment, before his gaze trails over to where Luffy is standing. He faintly notices the small swirl of paint. "That's it!" he exclaims. "Oi Y/-"

"Oh no you don't! Nose Fancy Canon!" Mr. 5 shoots one of his boogers at the trio. "RUN!" Usopp screeches as the three are quickly on their feet and cry out in pain from being blown back at the impact. Mist is the first to stand. "Let's go now! We have to-!"

"NO NO LET'S RUN!!" Usopp screams, grabbing Mist and throwing him onto the bird, making Miss Valentine glare at them. "Let's get them!" she yells, and chases after the three.

You gasp, struggling to stand. "No! You guys get out of here!" you look down at the hardened candle wax and try to punch it, but it does nothing.

'Y/n!'

'Mist! Get out of there! You guys are going to be killed-'

'We're fine! Listen, it's that paint, it makes Luffy do the opposite of whatever he's told!'

'How do you know that?!'

'I don't! It's a theory! Try it out!'

You grimace, looking up at Luffy and shouting, "Luffy, you're right! Don't save them! Don't save me either!" Vivi, Zoro and Nami turn to you in anger. "What the hell are you saying Y/n?!" Nami screams. "Why Water Bearer?!"

"Let me finish!" you hiss at the three. "But, whatever you do, don't step out of that black circle!" you say in a warning tone. Luffy replies with a "No" and moves off the circle. His attitude suddenly changes. "Huh?! What was I doing?! Oh! Y/n, you guys! Don't worry I'll save you now!!"

You let out a sigh of relief, eyeing the small girl with a paint pallet in her hand. "So you figured it out..." she mutters. Luffy winds back his fist, when all of the sudden he bursts out in laughter, falling to the floor. "What now?!" the three yell.

"Colors Trap: Laughter Yellow." Miss Goldenweek mutters. "Damn..! You're really annoying for a kid!" you mutter, noticing the mark was now on the back of his vest. Nami seems to notice as well. "Luffy! Take off your vest! Hurry!"

Luffy, just continues to laugh. "I-I can't!!" he says in between laughing. "I-I just wanna laugh!!" You groan, face palming as the wax would not come off of your legs. Suddenly you get an idea. "Sorry Luffy!" you say, before doing a handspring and kicking Luffy with the pillar, with all of your strength.

Luffy groans in pain, as it makes contact with the back of his vest, and goes flying into the trees. The pillar "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR Y/N?!" the three once again screech. The pillar shatters on your legs and you pump your fists up. "Yes! Freedom!"

Luffy winces, standing up. "Ouch...That hurt..." he mutters, and Nami gasps in realization seeing the paint smeared on the back of his vest. "I see..!" Luffy looks back at Miss Goldenweek pissed off. "Hey you! Knock it off!"

"Yellow is the color of fun. Did you have fun?" she asks. "Shut up! Are you stupid or something?! I have to destroy that pumpkin!! Gum Gum..."

"Red is the color of the target." and in a flash, there is a red target on the ground. "Bazooka!" Luffy's fists hit the ground on the target. "REALLY LUFFY?!" you yell, "Hold on!" you run over to go and stop this, but Miss Goldenweek in a flash, paints a different color on the ground.

And you were just so lucky to step on it.

"Colors Trap: Purple Slumber."

The light in your eyes fade, as you collapse instantly on the swirl of purple paint, and fall asleep.
