Emma and hawk talked all the way through the first lesson they had with each other. They were just getting to know each other.
Emma obviously noticed the scar on
Hawks lip. She thought it was badass but it seemed rude to ask what it was or stare at it.
Hawk invited her to sit with him at lunch and Emma happily said yes.
Miguel obviously sat with them too.
A couple of other kids came over. Apparently these guys were the cobra kai's.
" Hey have you ever done karate" hawk asked.
Emma shook her head.
" Well I do at this dojo named cobra Kai you should check it out" he said.
Emma laughed. She just imagined herself doing karate. It seemed ridiculous in her head but it could be fun and besides hawk is going to be there so why the hell not?
" Yeah sure I'll check it out even though I'll probably be terrible at it" she said insecurely.
Hawk nodded. He understood that. He was awful when he started but he was good now not That he's been in a actual fight yet.
" Oh don't worry about that I was terrible when I first started but the more you practice the better you get" he reassured her.
Emma smiled. Hawk seemed so sweet even though she did see him teasing somebody earlier but he seems nice to her and his friends and that's all that mattered.
" Here is my number. You can text me your address and I'll take you to cobra Kai later" hawk said handing her a note.
She looked at the note and he drew some funny emoji's on them which made Emma giggle which made him blush.
" Alright sounds like a plan" she smiled.
Hawk nodded but he needed to leave because he was also on the football team so he had to go to practice.
" I'll see you later princess" he said.
That nickname he just called her made her cheeks go up in flames.
Once he left Miguel moved over to her to talk about the blushing and the flirting.
" So you and hawk seem cosy for two people that just met" Miguel teased.
Emma could tell Miguel is going to be that one friend that was just going to tease her all the time.
" Oh shut up he only invited me to try out karate" she defended.
Miguel picked up the note and pointed at the emojis. Hawk never uses emojis. So he was definitely trying to flirt in a way.
" Oh really? He just casually gives you his number and puts some emoji's at the end for no reason" Miguel said raising his eyebrows.
" Miguel we only just met. Yes he's hot but damn I barely know him" Emma said.
Miguel laughed. He saw Emma as his friend already.
" Fine but your definitely going to date" he teased even more.
Emma liked that idea.
" Well we'll have to wait and see won't we" she said.
As she said that the bell rang and Miguel took her to her class and went to his own.
Emma walked in to her class and sat behind a black haired boy. He was loud and he was just giving bully vibes.
Emma sat behind him and his attention immediately went onto her.
" Aww brucks look it's the new girl" he said getting his friends to stare at her.
" What a hottie" brucks smirked.
Emma sat there uncomfortably. she decided to ignore them or at least try to until hawk walked in sitting beside her and scaring the two boys.
" Hey are you okay" he asked gently.
Emma smiled happy to see hawk again.
" Yeah I'm fine thank you" she smiled.
Hawk returned the smile and they both got there workbooks ready to get on with the lesson.
