HELLO INTERNET! [what'd I miss? ^^]
Okay, so if you've been (trying) to keep up with The Boy Who Never Smiled, you're probably irritated with me as of now. I know I've kept you in a long "suspense" for the sequel. And, if you're new and just finished the 1st book, I apologize for the most-likely many errors. I'm working on editing it all.

Anyway, I'm hoping to do better with this one. I've matured greatly over the past few months, at least I think so, and I want that to fully show in my writing. I don't want to just pour out chapters without going through them and making sure that everything connects and that there are no mistakes. I owe it to you guys to assure this is my best possible effort, considering you've waited for practically ages.

So, yes, I understand you've probably skipped completely over this by now, because let's face it, introductions are usually boring. But I just have to get a few things out first, mandatory things.

☛ The two current (amazing) covers for The Boy Who Never Smiled and The Boy Who Fixed Her were made by ember- who is a dear friend of mine. If you could, and I know, promotion, go check her out, that would be great! Her works are all spectacular, I can promise you.

☛ I've gotten a few parts written, but they're all still undergoing checking. They're not as long as they used to be, but I've made a lot more than last time. The length should be around 2 pages at least (this might occur when I'm tired) 3-5 pages at usual, and 6-8 at most.

☛ My update schedule will hopefully be once or twice or, maybe thrice a week. It felt good to say that word. Ahem, so, if I don't upload anything at all, know that I'm either super busy, undergoing personal problems, or am planning something huge, which can range from all aspects, to a large stream of updates to a plot twist.

☛ There will be LGBTQ+ members/content in this story—GirlXGirl, BoyXBoy, transgenders, genderfluids, bisexuals, pansexuals, lesbians, gays, and more. I want to spread equality and if you have a problem with any of this then leave, because I won't tolerate any form of negativity towards the, my, community.

☛ There isn't going to be any actual inclusion of self-harm, such as someone inflicting it upon themselves, but there will be mentions of it, and the topic will be discussed. If you're sensitive to it, I'll put a warning at the top to notify you of what's coming. I don't want any of you to be (actually) triggered.

☛ Suicide is NOT going to take place, and there will be no attempts, but it will be talked about. Phrases such as "kill yourself" will be heard. If you are sensitive to this, don't proceed. I do NOT want you to be hurt because of a story.

☛ Depression is going to be present. Keep in mind, I do not take this lightly. Depression isn't something that can be cured overnight. It isn't something to joke about. It's serious and I understand that. However, I am not going to make this into a situation where a main protagonist is clinically depressed and then not in a few seconds because a guy/girl kissed her. If you don't like dark thoughts, please don't continue. There will be some, but they will be pushed away; most of the time. I am not going to ask of you to continue if you don't want to, or delve into something you have just gotten out of or are still in. I want you all to stay safe, so please do so.

☛ Cheating will take a role in this book—if you've had bad experiences with it, I'm just going to alert you before-hand. The abuse of alcohol and drugs will also be spoken about, and know I DON'T take addictions as something to be tossed around inexpressively. Physical abuse won't happen, but it will be talked about. Neglect and some verbal abuse will be discussed. I'm telling you all this to WARN you that this story will contain MATURE TOPICS. IN NO WAY AM I ROMANCING ANY OF THIS!!

☛ There will be violence, threats, and stalking. Again, don't continue if you don't feel comfortable! Please, do what's best for you.

☛ Bullying will happen and be talked about, so don't read if this makes you in any way uncomfortable!! I cannot stress it enough.

Okay, that should be it. Repeating this, but: I will put warnings at the beginnings of chapters. Remember that you can come to me and talk if you ever need a friend. I'll try my best to be there for you, regardless of whether we've chatted before or not.

Thank you if you've gotten this far. Now, without further ado, the prologue! (oh, and as a heads-up, there'll be some snuck-in references, though I think you'd assume that by now lol.) Although, a few small things at the bottom will be placed, but it's mostly just for me.
