It took fifty years of rebellion to take down the Regime, and it all started with one boy.

Well, that's what the history books say, anyway.

The boy was known as Frith Bleu,
and he was only fifteen when he stood up for what was right. He was also only fifteen when he was tortured by the Regime and put in isolation for fifty years of his life. When he was rescued, people said that he flinched at the sunlight. He could not stop stuttering, and his family barely recognized the poor boy.

The Regime forced terrible things onto him. He wasn't allowed to wear shirts or pants: it was dresses or be completely naked. They made him conceive a child against his will, and other horrendous acts happened to him.

These things were never put in the history books.

His sister looked after him for three years until he finally started to live again. That was when he decided to give a speech at a highschool, but kids from other schools came because of field trips.

"So, any final questions, kids?"the principal says into the microphone, but one one kid raises her hand.

"Mr.Bleu, you don't seem to be the same person as you were in the past. You seem completely different from the you in the video," she points out, "But, I know several people like you. You did a great thing, but..."

The auditorium fell silent, and the now scarred man shook his head, "I-I know the question. No, I wouldn't."

The girl gasped, but the students around her muttered in confusion, "You wouldn't do it again! Why? You helped thousands of people!"

Frith sighs, "They...d-did ter-terrible things. If I went back, I-I would g-get out of the c-country. I regret it. I w-wish someone else did it. I-I was y-young. Too young."

The crowded audience of teenagers suddenly realized that they took the freedom they had for granted, for the Boy Who Dared to Dream became a victim to give it to them.
