Part 3

" You what?" Jihyo asked, her eyes curiously looking at Yunhee's. She nodded slowly and smiled.

" You texted a man who had a duck costume as his tinder profile photo?" Jihyo asked again, her face now red in anger.

" I just liked it"

" Seriously! Your expectation in boys are in a different world" she said, slapping her hands on the table repeatedly. " Out of all boys, out of all the handsome and cute boys, you choose someone who foolishly wore a duck mascot?!"

" Calm down, I haven't text him yet" Yunhee said, controlling her giggles. Jihyo was being dramatic now. She knew she would be worked up if she told her but she really just liked the man in the duck mascot. He was different from the other boys who tried to show off their toned abs and handsome faces.

" You haven't text him yet?" Jihyo asked.

" I didn't"

Welp. That was a lie.

Flashback :

A/N's note : Didn't get a proper pic, and I'm not good in drawing, so please imagine one

Alex, 26

-One hell of a guy - New York Times-

-Outstanding Gentlemen - Washington Post-

-I wish I could be more like him- The most handsome man of 2017

-You'd be crazy not to swipe right- Miss New York

-Why have Suga when you can have him- Dispatch

- My hero - Iron Man

- He's my phone background- Mum

Yunhee can't help but fall into fits of laughter after reading the duck guy's bio. He surely had a great sense of humor. She looked back at the photo closely. She can't see how he looks like since he was fully covered.

" He must be a bachelor or something" she mumbled after looking at his messy room. " Should I give a try?"

Sitting comfortably on her bed, Yunhee started typing.

Yunhee

You have a nice costume

Alex

Thank You

I didn't expect someone to text me

What's your name?

Yunhee didn't expect him to text her back this fast. She always hear people telling that men are always available in the night but she felt weird. Although he didn't do anything that could harm her yet, she was still scared to give him her real name so being careful, she used the same name she blabbered at the guy in the salon yesterday.

Yunhee :

I'm Sunny. Nice to meet you Alex.

Alex :

Why do I have a feeling that's not your real name?

Yunhee held her breath.

Alex

But it's okay. I'm not using my real name either.

Having Tinder is basically like playing Among Us

So can I know why a woman who hide her face, age and name texted a man in a duck costume?

Yunhee smiled. This man can clearly break the awkwardness between them. But she need to be careful, she didn't text him because she wanted to be with someone, she just wanted Jihyo and her mum to stop talking.

Yunhee :

I wanted someone to talk

Alex

Ouch and here I am ordering a wedding ring

Yunhee

Calm down, Romeo.

I'm actually taken.

Alex :

Why are the good one's always taken?

I already liked you.

So whose the lucky guy?

Yunhee's smile faded. She actually doesn't know who that 'lucky' guy is.

Yunhee :

I don't know.

But I call him the boy in the red jacket.

Alex :

I have some things to do, see u later

 Bye!

Yunhee frowned at how he stopped replying to her but she kept her phone near her just in case he started replying back. Did he felt disgusted by her delusional mind?

"hmmm, I don't trust you" Jihyo looked at me suspiciously. " Your ears will get red every time you lie"

" Uhmm, are they?" Yunhee asked awkwardly, playing with her hair so that they will cover her ears. Jihyo opened her mouth to tell something when the bell near the salon door ringed, indicating that someone just entered the salon.

" Ohh" Jihyo gasped when the both of us saw the same man from yesterday. He looked tired, as if he didn't for a whole day and yet he still looks handsome.

" I want to dye my hair again. Blue" he pointed at his hair.

" oh, okay" Jihyo said as she started taking the dye. We always have a rule when we work, that is if the same customer came, the both of them will take turns helping them. usually Jihyo will whine and groan when she needs to work early in the morning, but since it was him, she started working without getting told.

As Jihyo was dying his hair, Yunhee decided to sweep the already clean floor to kill some time. She could feel the man's gaze on her every time she moved and she started getting pissed off. She waited until he was finished. The man then walked to the cashier where she stood and gave her the money without asking, his eyes still bored into hers.

" Why are you always staring at me?" she asked him, her face scrunched in disgust.

" Oh, sorry. Did I made you uncomfortable?" he asked innocently.

" Well yes, you did" Jihyo said, resting her numb arms on the cashier's table. Jihyo was always known to value her friendship more than anything, so the sight of her friend getting uncomfortable bothered her. The man ignored her and stared at her again, this time scrunching his eyes.

" You look like her, awfully like her that I can't stop staring" he said, massaging his head. " Could it be?" he let out a dramatic gasp.

" What? What could it be?" Jihyo asked while Yunhee looked at her with round eyes. " Tell me, I don't like suspense!"

" Jihyo, you should be supporting me, not-"

Before Yunhee could finish her sentence, the bell ringed again and another man entered the salon. He looked handsome with a very bright smile it could put the sun in shame. He was holding shopping bags in his hands, which he clumsily dropped on the floor before waving happily.

" Yoongi... There you are!" he shouted which made Yunhee froze in shock. The man then looked at Jihyo and her before pointing his hand at Yunhee.

" Wait, is that you, Yunhee?"

" Ahh, yes!" Yoongi shouted and snapped his fingers. " That's her name. I tried to recall the name, but the only thing that came into my mind was bunny"

" Bunny?' The man at the door giggled when he heard what Yoongi said. Yunhee looked at the both of him. So that was Yoongi, he really changed. He was no longer fat with a grumpy face. In fact, he was smiling right now. The man at the door, that must be him.

" So is that you, Yunhee?" he asked.

" Nah, it isn't. She told me her name is Sunny" Yoongi said, walking towards him. " When she told me that, I thought maybe Yunhee hit her head somewhere and had amnesia but looks like, it's really not her"

" No, wait" Yunhee tried to shout but only faint chokes came out of her mind. She didn't even know she had been crying the whole time, she was too preoccupied seeing the both of them finally.

" Wah, why are you crying?" Yoongi asked as Jihyo patted her back affectionately. Yunhee took a deep breath. She wanted to talk, but she didn't even know where to even get started. Memories started rushing back into her mind.

" Hoseok, Yoongi... I missed you guys so much"

And that was enough for Hoseok to engulf her into a bone crushing hug.

" Wow, I can't believe it, we finally found you" Hoseok cupped her face and smiled hardly his eyes almost closed.

" Now, why are you crying?" Yoongi asked, looking confused.

" I missed you, I really missed you guys" Yunhee cried even harder as she hugged Hoseok back.

" Wow, she's still the same" Hoseok chuckled. " A crybaby "

~~~
It took some time for Yunhee to calm herself. She had always created scenarios in her mind on how she would react if she met them, but bawling her eyes out was definitely not the one she imagined. She was now sitting on the bench near the park, with Jihyo, Yoongi and Hoseok squeezed with her. Jihyo kept rubbing the back of her neck, being nervous that she was the only odd one among them.
" So, how's life?" Hoseok asked, trying to lighten up the situation.
" I- I" Yunhee stuttered. " I opened the salon a year ago". She could see Jihyo signaling beside her to be more conservative but she literally felt like all the vocabulary in her mind drained out after seeing her two childhood friends.
" Were you always here?" Jihyo asked. Yoongi looked at her.
" We moved here a few years ago" Hoseok said. " Isn't it funny, we always buy things at the convenience store here, but never actually saw you" he chuckled.
" We always stay inside"
" Alright now, how long are you going to bawl your eyes out?" Jihyo suddenly shouted, making Yunhee flinch. " Come on, today was supposed to be the best day of your life. Why are you weeping?"
" Yeah, I'm almost convinced you're sad that you meet us" Hoseok pouted.
" What, no" Yunhee almost shouted.
