Hey guys!! Welcome to my new book—The Boy In a Bubble.

Thank you so much for giving my book a shot! Every book/project I start (and hopefully finish) is very close to my heart and feels like it's part of my life. There are a few things I want to tell you before we start so here we go.

I N S P I R A T I O N

First off, I want to clear something up. Yes the prologue, some of the book, and the title is inspired by the song "Boy In The Bubble" by Alec Benjamin but I came up with the rest! I simply l-o-v-e the song and think it deserves to become a novel. It has a great story/meaning behind it, if you watch the music video you'll see some of that.

N O  E X P E C T A T I O N S

Going into this book, if you've read my other book please don't compare. No expectations please! I'm really trying something new here, even a male main character and it's also in third person. I'm a new writer, this is only my second book.

I D E A

I thought/think that this is a really good idea. I listen to music constantly so why not write a book on one of my favorite songs? Exactly, theres no reason because we're in quarantine! Its a great way to incorporate two of my favorite things and I'll admit, I am constantly listening to music while writing—on repeat.

A  R I D E

I really hope you do enjoy this book, it'll be a ride I hope. That's what a good book is supposed to be right? A ride. It's supposed to entertain you and make you go through all your emotions, even ones you didn't even know you had.

D I F F E R E N T

This will be different than anything I've ever written since I'm new so go easy on me! I've never really written any 'action' pieces before so this will be interesting, incorporating that.

There will be swearing in this book but not too much. I'll warn you guys beforehand if there's a lot.

Check out the song at the top^ Also, the songs that I put before each chapter are for you to listen to in the background while you read if you want. They set the mood for the chapter, that's why I add them. Feel free to play them straight from Wattpad, put them into another music app, or don't listen to them at all. It's a way to share one of my 'hobbies' I guess you could say.

I want this to be a safe place not just for me but for you readers. You guys should be able to come here and read my story and feel satisfied after, not attacked from comments. Let's make sure we stay friendly here, swearing is okay as long as it's friendly and doesn't offend. I also don't want to feel panicked every time I publish a chapter so kind critiques. I always want to learn and grow! Thank you!

When I have either a good portion of this book done or all of it done, I'll be adding a synopsis part, cast, and playlist. These things always seem to add to a book so I want to do them.
