Ok so I've been thinking. Usually when I meet someone knew I tend to ask "cats or dogs?". What if that has more meaning than just being a simple icebreaker? What if it has some stuff to do with your personality,  like if you are more close-minded or open-minded. Think about it, cat people have a certain type of personality and dog people (?) have a different and typically opposite personality. People who like both are a mix of both personalities. Allow me to give examples. My dad and brother HATE cats and my dad just said "let that stupid kitten die. We don't need another cat in this world."  iIt's weird cuz I'm sure he says the same about gay ppl and anyone apart of the lgbtq+ comunity. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! my brother is exactly the same way with the exact same views. But that's not to say all ppl who like dogs are like that. And tons ppl who like dogs are super nice!  I think that a lot of allies also like dogs, and they are supportive of the lgbtq+ comunity... But they aren't actually apart of the comunity and are often sympathetic but haven't gone through the whole fear and stuff that is involved with coming out. Oppositely I'm almost certain all of my friends apart of the lgbtq+ community  love cats! But I also know a lot of ppl who love cats and don't have any kind of affiliation with the comunity but they are kinda weird or different in one way or another. Like I have a straight friend who doesn't even support the lgbtq+ community But she is a weeb and displays a lot (That's not weird but it's different from what my parents and older ppl are used to). Then there's ppl who like both cats and dogs, they usually don't have too strong of opinions on stuff. Then there's ppl like my mom and my aunt who don't like either. They just don't like animals or pets. And they are just nieve about the lgbtq+ community and thus don't like it. Ok this was ment to be a kinda a joke. But I actually have noticed this! Has anyone else noticed it or am I just some crazy conspiracy theorist or something? XD BAI!
