This is a project I did in my art class and it's really easy, all you need is a black and white printed out picture of yourself, pastel or crayons, sharpies, and colored pencils.

Couture line means one continuos line, throughout the entire project, when you trace your lines on your black and white print out picture of yourself, YOU DO NOT LIFT YOUR PENCIL! Then when you finish tracing all the lines flip you print out over and color crayon or pastel ( preferably blue) on the back. Then tape your black and white printout to another piece of paper. Go over the lines you made with your pencil again. When you remove the tape there should be a crayon sort of outline on your project. Go over all the crayon in sharpie. When you finish with the sharpie, pick 3 colored pencils. Two contrasting, one random (contrasting is like green and red or purple and yellow or orange and blue) then color in all the areas with the contrasting colors, try to be random with your shading. Then do an out line with your one random color, starting off dark and gradually getting lighter as you break away from the person. The your done.
