Let's get into the story fun facts na!

1. I've mentioned this before a Vegas fun facts na ang name ni Connagh ay galing sa isang cast from Love Island UK Season 6. Basically, I find unique names as mga reality TV shows talaga, though most of their names ay screen name na or hindi na nila totoong pangalan, but I tend to remember it dahil nga unique kaya mas natatandaan ko so when there's a chance I needed to name a character, naghahanap lang ako. Maybe this technique could be good for you though, kasi para sa akin effective siya.

2. Where did I get Kiersten name? Alam kong alam niyo na rin haha! Yes, Kiersten's name came from one of the cast as Love Island US Season 2. I'm such a fan, lol! So, nag-isip din ako ng second name niya. I tried to make it something unique, but sounds like easy to remember that's why I came up with Ceeria, which sounds like the country Syria as well. 

3. Apart from the names mentioned above, Gina, Amanda, and Arden came from people's real name. Iyong Gina, from my classmate back in College, while Amanda is from the PBB Connect, Arden comes from a writer as well! Well, these names somehow are generic and unique, I still find it good na nagcompliment sila sa story.

4. Arden should've had more moments here pero dahil natutok din kay Berkeley ang story, naging minor/extra character na lang siya supporting Berk's story. But she's a good one though, hopefully, I could write her more inside the special chapters, let's seeeee!

5. Berkeley should've been the endgaaame!!! Pero naisip kong... maybe he needs to tell his own story, too? Pero pa'no, 'di ba? Siguro nga sa special chapter na lang haha!

6. I must say that this story has a lot of guest roles from the previous characters, lalo na iyong mga taga-Vegas. Of course, kilala naman natin na magkaibigan sina Devin at Connagh so they really shared the same circle. Every leading roles naman from the previous books ay na-mention din. As of this moment, si Cashel at Devin ang may hawak sa pinakaraming extra roles sa buong series.

7. From all the characters mentioned in the story, si Connagh lamang ang half-British at half-Filipino. Mostly ang mga character ay either pure pinoy or British!

8. Connagh and Kiersten's trip around Vegas is much alike Cely and Devin's experience, though what really happened that night? Would we be able to know what happened during their stay in Vegas? Let's seeeee!

9. Miss Saunders never showed up in the story at puro mention lamang siya nga mga taga-office, though pumasok sa isip ko 'yong babalik na siya sa work after giving birth though because she's a new mom, pinagpahinga ko muna siya so she could give Connagh a way to Kiersten's heart. #ThankYouMissSaunders

10. The flower shop isn't part of the story and Maurice's arc pero dahil nag-research ako about public place in London, soon lang nabuo 'yong idea hangga't sa itinuloy ko na lang din since I could play with all the scenes and characters there so yeah, I'm satisfied that I pulled it through.

1. From the moment that I created Waking Up in Vegas, inisip ko na dapat may mga lahi talaga 'yong characters, if not pure, basta half. So, I created Connagh's character na dapat side kick lang ni Devin sa Vegas, but I've got an idea na pabalikin siya ng London so he can have his own story that's why nabuo ang FILIL! And if you believe it or not, FILIL wasn't supposed to be Connagh's story at all.

2. Naisip ko before na after Vegas, stories after that should be shorter or longer. Mga 30 na lang or 40 chaps gano'n. But it has come to the point na I settled with the usual number of chapters at babawi na lang talaga sa special chapters!

3. In case you're wondering how true are the places and stuff that I'm mentioning in the story? Guys, there's something called... Google. Siyempre, while I'm writing the story and I needed to put some details that relates from the country, kailangan magresearch just to know the facts and all. Nakauubos ng oras minsan pero masaya ang magdiscover ng mga bagong bagay at culture, trust me!!!

4. Rebecca's character shouldn't be like that. Lalabas sana siyang ex-girlfriend lang, but I think her being dead and Connagh's memories with her brought him back to cherish it nang makilala niya si Kiersten. If you've noticed it, Connagh's making Kiersten be like Rebecca.

5. Berkeley and Kiersten should've ended up together. Sa story, they only into dating at never naging mag-jowa, ang first arc ni Berkeley ay magiging jowa niya si KC while KC's having fun around Connagh at doon na nga rin nag-ugat 'yong away ng dalawa. Though they should've been together, but weeks is a bit fast para mag-end up together haha!

6. Why do Vegas and London seem connected to each other? We know naman na magbest-friend sina Devin at Connagh kaya their story is closely related to each other, may mababanggit at mababanggit talagang character to their story from another story of the stories, but will they show up to other stories? I must say that yes, they will be, abangan hanggang last book ng first generation.

7. Aside from Devin and Trent, pangatlo si Connagh sa magkakaibigan na may hawak ng sariling kompanya—mga bilyonaryo. Ang ilang kaibigan naman nila na si Franklin, Harri, at Caiden ay may kanya-kanyang hilig din sa buhay, but would we see them, too? Ito na lang ang sasabihin ko: 2nd Generation.

8. If you're wondering if Kiersten's flat in London is true, yes, totoong lugar at apartment 'yong tinitirhan niya ro'n. I do my research first pero writing down any information kaya minsan natatagalan ako magsulat because I need to put a factual information at hindi basta tapon lang nang tapon because some readers would believe it even though it's fictional kaya magandang magtapon ng factual information so once they've heard it outside this story, they would remind that it happened in this story. Gano'n lang 'yon, technique haha!

9. Connagh only has a British passport, hindi kagaya ni Devin na may dual citizenship, ibigsabihin may American passport at Philippine Passport. Yes, Devin paid taxes in the Philippines. lol.

10. Amanda's very interesting so I must just leave here na baka um-extra pa rin siya soon. She's an influencer wannabee so... she could be heading anywhere and that maybe after she finished her internship once again.

Of course, people wouldn't forget this Lavender bouquet na palaging binibili ni Tita Gina sa flower market para dalhin sa kanyang amo. Actually, reason niya lang talaga 'yon para makagala siya at makaikot hangga't sa nagustuhan na rin ng amo niya kaya every week ay bumibili siya ng fresh lavender na nagkahahalagahang 30 pounds or 2,600 pesos. Hindi na si Gina ang gumagastos no'n, binibigyan na siya ng amo niya ng pambili and she kept kung may sobra din haha.

And there is a lot of stuff that was mentioned in the story, but I clearly forgot it now dahil hindi ko pala naisama sa listahan ko. (－‸ლ)
