I'm so excited to be able to share two commissioned art pieces for TBoT that were delivered this week! 🥰

The theme of these two pieces is 'Bromance', both ironically and literally. What both of these pairs have in common is that, unlike canon couples like #Reybn (Reyson and Ebn) or crack-ships like #Mahirzai (Mahir and Arzai), they have been written to have all the emotional charge and tenor of a 'ship'...while keeping any status beyond platonic friendship mainly subtextual.

I think of these boys and their relationships in a similar light as Finn and Poe from 'Star Wars' (shoulda been canon, but I digress....), Miguel and Tulio from 'The Road to El Dorado', and Luca and Alberto from 'Luca'. I love the dynamics of these friendships, the way they play off one another...and above all, I love what the nuances of their relationships leave up to the imagination. 💕
