Once upon a time(the summer of 2017), I had this conversation with my sister:

Me: I absolutely love Wattpad. There are so many amazing fanfictions and other great stories.

My sister: Fanfiction is for losers.

Me: I'm a very happy loser then.

My mind: You're the loser since you're implying that your mind can only function with canon. Are you really ready to face an army of more than 100 thousand people who live for fanfictions?
