This is something I just came up with.

This is for about my kids who died.

Star and Shade.

And for my new kids.

Oniix and Heart.

I'll always love them.

Story: Mangy was just missing her sons, when her newly adopted kids come to comfort her.

*3rd Person*

It was a rainy day as the soft pitters of the rain landed on the glass. The dark skies above matched the gloomy mood that filled this house.

In this house, we see a woman crying in her room. Her name was Mangy. She was a Mango Pepsi can who was getting a little rusted.

Why was she crying? Well, it was the 1 year anniversy of her kids deaths. The kids she loved so dearly, were taken from her.

She continued to sob as she looked down at a piture of her and her two loving sons. On her right, was her eldest son, Shade.

Shade had been so loving towards her. Sure he had his moments, but it was made clear he had autism.

Mangy and Shade had the closest bond out of the two. Shade had the same love of cartoons and plushies as Mangy.

Tears swelled up as Mangy's mind went to one of the earilest memories of their growing bond.

It was a lovely afternoon and Mangy had just gotten home with Shade. Shade was very hesitant into being adopted.

You see, Shade was transfered into an orphanage after living in a horrible lab most of his life. The said lab was discovered by police officers who arrested the scientist.

When Mangy found out, she decided to adopt a kid from there. And when she saw Shade, it was an instant bond.

Shade was still a little nervous, but he was greatful for Mangy's love. Shade wasn't fully adopted yet, but he already felt at home.

Mangy wiped a tear from the memory and continued to look at the picture. Her gaze shifted from Shade, to her second son, Star.

Star was the typical 'emo' teenager. But despite that Star loved Mangy all the same.

It took Star longer to warm up to Mangy, but he still showed that he cared. And it's what Mangy loved about him.

Suddenly, another memory appeared of her growing concern for her second son.

It had been 2 weeks since Mangy had taken in Star. She was still in the proccess of getting them adopted.

Shade had been hanging out in his room for the day. Star was in the kitchen looking over Mangy and her cooking.

Mangy herself had noticed how thin Star was, and how very little he was eating. She had grew very concerned for her new son.

So, she was going to ask about this soon. Actually, why wait? She had decided to ask about this now.

When she asked, Star was hesitant to answer. But after hearing how deeply Mangy had cared for him, he confessed.

Star had a common eating disorder called Anorexia. He was afriad of gaining weight, even though there was nothing to worry about.

Mangy had then explained how not eating was dangerous. Star understood this, and promised to eat so he could get better.

More tears had continued to swell up as the memory fades. A choked sob comes out of her and she begins to cry once more.

Her kids were gone. She knows she has to move on, but she can't. She loved her two sons so much.

Their death stung her heart so badly. So badly that she distanced herself from her loving girlfriends.

Chalice and Rosa understood her heartache and made sure she knew that they still loved her. Mangy loved them as well, and promised to call every so often.

While the lovers haven't talked in a while, Mangy felt like she should soon. They were her girlfriends. She felt really bad that she hadn't called or hung out.

Maybe soon. But after she gets over the anniversy. Mangy soft sobs continue to be heard from the house.

The door to her room slowly creaks open as she looks up. There, she sees kids. She wipes her tears and smiles weakly at them.

"Are you okay mom?", the young girl asks.

"I'm okay honey. *sniff* Mommy's just feeling a little sad today.", Mangy had replied.

"Is it about our other siblings mom?", the other young child asks.

"It is. *sniff* I'm sorry I haven't done anything with you two.", Mangy apologizes.

"It's okay mom. We know how much you loved them.", the younger girl says.

"Yea. It's okay to be like this. We're still going to love you anyways!", the young child beams.

"Oh.. you two. I'm so glad to have you by my side during this.", Mangy chokes out.

"We love you mom!", both kids exclaimed.

These kids were Mangy's newly adopted children. Okay. They weren't kids, but hush.

The 1st of them, the oldest, was Oniix. They were the first that Mangy had found.

They had just run away from a bad oprhange when Mangy found them. She got a good look and decided to help them.

Oniix was a failed experiment from another lab, which was also the same orphange they ran away from. Feeling sympathy for them, she took them in.

The second of the kids was Heart. She was adopted from the very same orphange that Shade and Star once were in.

It was funny actually. It was 2 days after Mangy took in Oniix when the orphange called. They had asked if she wanted to adopt another child, as a sorry for the lost of her other 2.

She agreed and the following day, she went and came out with Heart. And she couldn't be happier.

This all happened about 3 months ago. It was all sudden, but it was very appreciated.

Coming back to the present, Mangy motions her new children to come sit next to her. Her kids smile and run up to her.

They both jump onto her and hug her. Mangy silently giggles and hugs them back. 

Oniix is on her right and nuzzles her neck. Heart was on her left and hugged her side.

This was just like how Star and Shade cuddled up against her. And Mangy could've sworn that she saw a glimpse of her deseased sons in them.

For a moment, time seemed to stand still as Mangy looked at her new children. Then she felt a cold shimmer on her shoulder.

She looked and saw her deseased sons. They were there in front of her, but she knew they weren't real.

She saw the transparency of them and the wings. Her emotions were too overwhelmed and she began to cry.

"Don't cry mom.", Shade echos.

"Please. We don't like seeing you cry....", Star whispered.

Then they hugged her which made her want to hug them back so badly. She continued to sob as her ghost sons hugged her more.

"We love you so much mom.", Star says.

"Please. Never forget that.", Shade whispers.

"I won't. I love you kids.", Mangy chokes.

"We love you mom. We love you always.", they both say.

"Stay strong for us. For Chalice and Rosa. And for our siblings.", Shade tells her.

"We'll always be here. Even if you can't see us.", Star explains. 

"I will. I'll be strong.", Mangy cries.

"Mom? Who are you talking to?", Heart asks.

Mangy snaps back into reality and looks to her left. Heart was looking up in concern.

"Nobody sweetie. I just thought I heard something.", Mangy replies.

"Oh. Okay!", she cheers.

Mangy looks around the room, only to find her sons were gone. With a sad smile, she hugs her new found kids tighter than before.

Oniix and Heart didn't mind, as they knew their mother loved them dearly. They soon hugged her tighter as they all sat in silence.

The rain soon stopped and began to show rays of soft sunlight into the house. The mood wasn't so gloomy anymore.

Mangy suddenly felt her spirits rise. She was no longer upset at the lost of her kids. Instead, she focused on her new kids.

She looked down and smiled at the sight. Heart was curled up to her and asleep. Oniix was the same, having their head in her neck.

She smiles softly and feels herself growing tired. Not having the energy to move, she decides to stay on the floor and slowly falls asleep.

Even though she missed them greatly.... She knows that they were looking after her and her new found children.
