Their are different picture of what the Chupacabra. It is often depicted looking like it does above or like this:

Its name means goat-sucker and it was first sighted in Puerto Rico but soon reports of it spread across America. Many people claim to have found evidence of it (such a photographs and frozen bodies). El Chupacabra apparently sucks the blood of livestock. The first attack was in March 1995, where 8 sheep were found dead with puncture wounds that their blood had been sucked from.
