Based off Croc_Mama 's Halloween headcanons for Doflamingo, Crocodile and Mihawk. However, I'm going with different villians for Hawkie and Croc.

Crocodile as Lex Luthor.

Mihawk as Ra's al Ghul.

And Doffy as the Joker (arkham uniform Joker). Doffy got jailed I guess. Lol
I think Doflamingo could even make a good Riddler.
