So we all got iPads at my school so we could do the PARCC test (BOO) with some "updated technology". So we can't use the AppStore because we can only buy educational apps, (supposedly this is one) and so someone finally made a petition for us to be able to get Spotify and Pandora, Pandora got through, but Spotify didn't!! So most people are completely outraged, would you be?
