Today the Iching has given us Shih once again - we received this Hexagram on August 23rd and again on August 29th. On the 23rd, it spoke to us of belonging and community.   When it returned on the 29th, it cautioned us to beware of empty victories.  Telling us that sometimes winning will not give us what we truly need or desire. 

Today it returns and those messages are still part of its essence, but today the message changes in the 6th position

Now is the time to cultivate good leadership skills.  Good Leaders nuture their followers like good parents.  It is necessary to cultivate understanding and honesty to foster good leadership. 

Also Shih is a caution to make sure that our army includes the right people, people as was said before fill out cup as much as we fill theirs.
