(Midoriya's POV)
Morning had arrived, even though the usual morning sun rays did not bathe Midoriya's room the air felt colder than usual. This had woken up the dual haired boy from his slumber, he got up from his bed and opened his curtains. As he opened the curtains, he couldn't believe his very own eyes and stifled a shout.

(Todoroki's POV)
Todoroki slept well that night, his body was half awake because he already had plenty of rest, but his other half decided to stay in and perhaps enjoy the newfound comfort of an air mattress. Or at least that was what Todoroki meant to do, when he heard a shout all his alarms blared and he got up. He saw Midoriya looking out the window, it seemed so early for Midoriya to be up because the sun hasn't even risen yet. "Are you okay, Midoriya?" He still asked anyway. "Y-yeah. I mean, I'm just so... happy. I mean take a look outside!" Midoriya exclaimed with such joy and with more cheer than usual. Todoroki then got up from his bed, he wiped his eyes and looked through the window.

Then he saw it; the overcast sky, the blanket of white, the descent of white flecks that thickens up the white blanket. Snow had finally come,  pouring down after Christmas. Todoroki smiled, he inmediately understood why Midoriya was overjoyed by such a sight, Japan hasn't seen a white Christmas for quite a while and never in this amount.

"Okay, let me fix breakfast first then we'll go out hehe." Midoriya excited announced, he immediately went down to quickly whip themselves a meal, Todoroki also followed and decided to help Midoriya.

Both of them ate in silence, but Todoroki watched Midoriya eat with much more gusto. The dual haired boy wolfed down the scrambled eggs faster than you could say "Help me, hero!" He was amazed by this sight, Midoriya usually showed excitement in the form of talkativeness and dominance. Surely enough, Midoriya finished first and he got up inmediately, "Todoroki, you don't need to rush yourself. I'll get you your winter clothes." Midoriya quickly got up and went upstairs.

The situation then made Todoroki remember something, it was a faint memory he had with his mother who explained to him about his ice half. "Ice is not a cold element, it can be more than that. Ice has many forms, it can also be shaped itself." Todoroki's mother said this to her child as she opened her palm. "Ice can be a creative element, it can be used to express oneself." From her open palm she formed a floating snowflake. Todoroki smiled as he remembered his mother's words, he then opened his palms and made his snowflake.

Todoroki didn't expect that Midoriya would be watching, he didn't realize it until he exclaimed "Wow. Todoroki, that it so cool! You could sculpt up from your ice?" Midoriya dropped all the winter gear and studied the snowflake as close as he can. Somehow, he already got his notebook and was jotting down notes. "You know, I can actually make other things as long as they are related to the Ice element." He then concentrated on his palm, the snowflake dissipated and snow started flowing from his hands, forming into a little snowball. Midoriya's jaw dropped on the floor, though he was still jotting down on his notes very hard.

Todoroki then stopped, "Midoriya, we were supposed to go outside?" Midoriya then snapped out of his fascination. "Oh yeah! C'mon, let's go!" He hurried to the door, while Todoroki quietly went along. Then when they opened the door a strong force of cold wind hit them hard. They immediately closed the door, dismissing any thoughts of going out to play. They both sighed but then Midoriya spoke up, "You know what, it's fine. I'd rather stay here with you, Todoroki." He smiled at him, took his hand and ruffled his green hair, Todoroki could've sworn he saw Midoriya flush a shade of rosy pink and he also couldn't help himself and probably ending up blushing hard himself.
