Midoriya's POV
It was such a waste of a good day, we attended normal classes but Midoriya could feel the discomfort of his classmates around him. Not only did his height block the board to those behind him, people seeing Todoroki with a nerdy attitude instead of his cool and aloof demeanor probably freaked them out.

By lunch break, just when Midoriya was about to head out to the cafeteria, a barrage of questions came at him and Todoroki once more, though it seemed like the green-haired boy had given him the slip without his knowledge.

Midoriya remembers that Sir Aizawa told them to keep quiet about the details and be extra cautious, so when they asked him how it happened he was forced to played dumb or gave vague responses like, "I don't really know and understand this either."

After finally escaping the clutches of the class, Midroiya gets to join with Iida, Uraraka, and surprisingly Todoroki. They sat at our usual spot in the cafeteria thanks to Iida's fast running to reserve the table for them.

"Oh Deku, you finally made it!" Uraraka waved at the heterochromatic boy, her cheer somehow seemed forced.

"Ah Todo-I means Midoriya, we already got your usual." Iida referred to the tray with katsudon and juice.

"Thank you both of you." Midoriya smiled at Iida and Uraraka, Iida just gave me a thumbs up and Uraraka flushed pink.

While Todoroki was seated quietly slurping his cold soba.

"Hey Midoriya, sorry I left you in the crowd back there." Todoroki gave Midoriya an apologetic look - or rather, he gave him his own apologetic look.

"It's fine Todoroki, it was my fault for getting caught." Midoriya tried to ease him up and settled on his seat, quickly wolfing down his katsudon.

"That reminds me, we have Hero Training today. How are you two supposed to participate?" Uraraka implored, "Will you try to use the quirk of one another?"

Uraraka's idea seemed silly because it meant starting over again from scratch.

"Eraserhead told us not to participate in Hero Training while were body switched," Todoroki answered Uraraka's query.

"That seems troubling, you'll be lagging behind," Iida added.

Iida was correct, Midoriya and Todoroki needed to fix their body switch problem as soon as possible, or else they'll sit out more hero training classes.

With Midoriya lost in his thoughts, lunch break ended and they had to go back to class. When they arrived the numbered drawers had already been opened, every one of Class 1-A took their cases that contained their hero costumes and headed towards our gender respective lockers to change.

Today's hero training seemed to be about Alley Battles, where a fight occurs in a narrow alley trying to take advantage of one's quirk in a narrow space without destroying much property.

Midoriya watched in envy, he was refreshed with his very own experience with an Alley Battle when he, Iida, and Todoroki fought against the Hero Killer - Stain. That day he was saved by the Number Two Hero and Todoroki's father, Endeavor.

"Midoriya, don't look so glum. We wanted to catch up to you too." Ojiro patted Midoriya's shoulder before heading in.

Kacchan with his rambunctious personality came in taunting, "Yeah! Deku and Icyhot are gonna be sitting it out and get left behind! Bite my dust Deku!"

"Bakubro don't be so mean, I'm sorry 'bout that Midoriya and Todoroki." Kirishima made a short apologetic bow to both of Midoriya and Todoroki.

"It is not so bad, because you will be watching me shine!" Aoyama chimed in as he posed before heading in.

It was a good training session, simultaneous fights happened in each alley where heroes fought villains 1v1. At one side was Iida and Bakugo, Kacchan settled the match immediately as he stopped Iida in his tracks by setting an explosion on the ground, making the other boy lost his footing and then he took the momentum and win from there.

A match to see was Uraraka and Hagakure, even though Uraraka had superior close combat ability thanks to her internship at Gunhead's agency but it was hard to fight close combat against something you can't see and Hagakure took advantage of this as she subdued her opponent.

Kaminari was up against Aoyama, both being midrange fighters and they both fired their attacks preemptively but apparently, Aoyama did a low pose and successfully evaded the arcs of electricity from his opponent as he fired his laser, resulting in him remaining unscratched and Kaminari down on the ground. Whether that was intentional remained a mystery.

An interesting match-up was Mineta against Sero. Both their quirks had adhesion-like qualities that were fit for close quarters. Sero can cover larger areas but Mineta was surprisingly agile and his small height gave him an advantage in narrow spaces. It was a stalemate until Mineta got to throw his ball right at Sero's arm where his tape dispenses and soon enough he got him stuck on the wall.

"Hmm, amazing. I guess height is such an important factor in alley battles. The smallest movements make the difference between injured and uninjured." Midoriya began muttering to himself.

"But it's also effective to limit their vision or disorienting them, I will still learn even if I'm sitting this one out!" Midoriya said to himself aloud, it was too late when he realized Todoroki was looking at him.

"Ack! I'm sorry Todoroki, I must've looked weird, I'll stop nerding out while we're body switched." Midoriya apologized quickly, his face completely flushed.

(Todoroki's POV)
Todoroki and Midoriya were watching the Alley Battles, it was such a shame they were missing out on this. Midoriya, being himself, had started his commentary about the battles.

This didn't bother Todoroki at all as his face looked more serious when Midoriya was thinking aloud. His brows were furrowed and his face seemed all scrunched up, such expressions didn't make his face look any better.

How come when Midoriya's face was doing the 'thinking aloud' expression it seemed to make him adorable. The other boy then noticed Todoroki's gaze.

"Ack! I'm sorry Todoroki, I must've looked weird, I'll stop nerding out while we're body switched." he apologized.

Todoroki gave Midoriya a little smirk, "Remember to breathe okay?" Midoriya stifled a laugh at this comment.

Midoriya began tearing up, "Oh we may be sitting out here, but they're missing out on your comedic side."

"Thank you, thank you. I appreciate the continued patronage." This time Midoriya let out a full-blown laugh, Todoroki smiled at him and realized that he couldn't have made such a full-blown laugh. It was Midoriya who keeps saving him and bringing out the best in him.

"Hey, Todoroki? You alright?" Midoriya seemingly noticed Todoroki's sudden discomfort.

"Yeah... I just spaced out." Todoroki hid my discomfort by averting the other boy's gaze.

A pair of heterochromatic eyes bore into his small stature, Midoriya seemed worried enough but if he seemed to notice his discomfort he didn't let up.

"Alright! It seems like the others and done now." Midoriya returned to his cheery self and smiled back at Todoroki once more.

Everyone else came back and we had a short lecture and reflection, Todoroki was half-listening as he was too busy looking over at Midoriya. His undivided attention towards his idol and their teacher, All Might.

Every time Class 1-A had Hero Training, Todoroki was used to looking towards Midoriya scribbling on his notebook, he admired his concentration, passion, and how he looked like when he was being his studious self.

The bell rang and All Might then dismissed the class. After Class 1-A got back to the classroom to store their costumes, they all headed back to the dorms for the day.
