The Blue scarf ❄ One-shot

The wind blowed softly through the streets, a beautiful winter morning in Paris. Even though it was freezing outside, Adrien still had a photo shoot at the park.

Adrien sigh tiredly, getting out the bed, stretching his arm out.

"Good morning plagg." He grumbled.

"Morning kid," Plagg sat on his shoulder, stuffing a cheese on his mouth. "Why're you up so early?"  Plagg burp after he asked with a teasing smile.

"Seriously Plagg? You have no respect." He opened the closest searching for the already selected clothes for the photo-shoot.

"You know I have a photo-shoot today," he sigh, again. His father was overwhelming him with lots of photo shoots, Adrien didn't have time to even sleep properly.

"Again? Didn't you do one last night?"

"Yes, but apparently that is not enough for my father. It never is."

Adrien reached out for his blue scarf and
wrapped it around his neck. Feeling the warm of it, more emotional than physically (tbh). The only gift that his father had gave him. It was really special to him.

But this time he noticed something, a signature? He unfold the Blue scarf to have Better view of it. He rubbed his eyes to be sure he wasn't imagining it.

~Marinette

Shivers travel up his spine, " I thought it's was from father." He suddenly felt a warm liquid forming on his eyes.

"Kid, you okay?" Plagg asked concern.

Adrien realized his actions, he quickly whipped out some tears, blinking a few times. He opened the door of his room.

"I'm fine, let's go."

Adrien couldn't stop thinking throughout the photo shoot that Marinette gifted him the scarf. He was kind of upset, the scarf was the only thing that his father gave him or that's what he thought.

Adrien blushed a little as the corners of his lips curved, forming grateful smile at the thought of Marinette taking time to make him a gift. But there was a question left...

Why will she do that?

"Perfecto! Don't change that smile!"
The photographer yell, followed by endless
click, click, click.

When the photo shoot was over, Adrien left to eat. He spotted an empty bench, he sat down and reach out the croissant in his bag.

Marinette was causally walking pass the park. She spotted a rather gloomy blonde sitting on a bench. She waved and walk toward him. He didn't notice her since he was too busy nibble at the croissant.

How cute

"H-Hi Adrien," she greeted shyly. Her cheeks flaming red for no reason.

When her voice tickle Adrien's hearing, he jumped surprised. "Oh Marinette? I didn't see you coming—Um how are you?"

He met her gaze, he felt drawn into her eyes. The icy blueness generated a feeling like he was being pulled into a lake of frozen emotions. It was like all the myriad shades of blue swirled together to form a whirlpool of apprehension. That intensity he hadn't notice until now, and it gave him déjà vu feeling. Like he'd seen those bluebell eyes before. Everyday actually.

"Why don't you seat here? I need to talk to you." Adrien asked softly, patting the spot next to him. Blushing too, and the weirdest thing was he didn't know why. He only blushed around one person, and that was ladybug.

Unless..

Why is he acting like this out of nowhere?

"U-Um sure, what do you want to talk about?" Her cheeks flushed to the color of scarlet. Her pale face turned as red as a rose. Red leaked into her cheeks as she nervously smiled and bit her lip.

Adrien look deep into her eyes, getting lost in the endless winter land he swear he saw everyday. Carefully, he wrapped the scarf around him and then her. With his warm
hand, he placed it on her lower back and push her toward him. Their noses were inches from touching. "Can I ask you something?"

Marinette at the moment she was speechless. Utterly frozen in place. His hand still on her lower back made her feel all kinds of things.
Yet, at the same time it felt familiar. It felt right. Her cheeks couldn't get more red, her brain had trouble to form a response. So, she nodded dazedly.

"Did you make this for me?" He asked, looking away from her eyes for just a moment to take the end of the scarf where her signature was and show it to her.

Oh.

"Y-Yes," she stuttered. His palm on her back was digging deeper onto her skin. She was losing all kind of senses, to speak, to move, everything.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He whisper weakly, leaning lazily close to her.

"W-Well, you seem so happy thinking it was your father's gift, I didn't have the heart to tell you. It was my gift yes, but the propose was to make you happy. It did. Doesn't matter if you didn't know it was from me." Marinette replied
equally lost in his green eyes.

He placed his hand on her cheek to caresses it gently. She closed her eyes, leaning into his hand. His warmth. Him. Then, he slid his hand to the nape of her neck and pulled her for their mouths to meets in the most warm and melting ways. She open her eyes lazily but as soon she felt those sweet lips moving against hers, her eyes closed again and she kissed him back.

The scarf fell to the ground. Her hands found their way to his puffy blonde hair, she tugged it to then pull the roots of his hair. He groaned,
and kissed her deeper. Adrien pulled her closer, his hands were traveling down and up her body shamelessly. They fell back on the bench and then pulled away for air.

But Adrien then kissed her jaw as she was breathing madly. His mouth continued his journey to her neck, a little moan escape her. She felt embarrassed for 3 milliseconds but when Adrien nibble gently on her skin the thought was long gone.

Thank God the park was deserted. Because it was late. The skies were getting dark and the temperature was getting colder. But they didn't seem to care. The important thing was to get more of each other.

That's all Adrien need, he need to know that she truly cared about him and his happiness.

~ In a hotel near the park~

"Damn, honey look at this. I swear to you, my brother is gonna have sex on that bench." A blonde-headed boy laughed, looking through his clear widow who had (obviously) a clear view of the park.

"Didn't want to know that Felix," Bridgette groaned, sitting besides him. And passing him a mug of coffee.

Felix placed aside the mug and wrapped his arms around her swollen waist. "I can see a tongues from over here, Jesus."

"Felix! Stop it. This is disgusting. Will you give your brother some privacy!" Bridgette scowl at him, bringing the mug close to her lips.

"Baby, they're in the middle of the park. It's kind of hard to not see them." He snickered. "Oh shit, his hands are you up her shirt."

Bridgette abruptly stand up and close the curtains, "There, problem solved."

But she stood frozen in place, giving her back to Felix. A unbearable pain roll over her, she placed her hand on top of her swollen belly and try to ease it. Her baby was having fun lately sticking his foot or elbow or anything up her ribs. It hurt like hell. She hadn't told Felix though because he'll get overprotective. More than he already is.

"Honey, is there something wrong?" He asked concern. Standing up and walking towards her.

But Bridgette hunch over, Felix was quick to catch her. Horror painted in his face. "Baby
w-what's wrong?"

"It's nothing just-" she groaned and closed her eyes to prevent the tears to escape her eyes.

"Bridgette-"

"Just take me to the couch," she said weakly trying to sound mad.

He sat down on the couch and brought her to his lap. Tugging her hair gently, and kissing her temple softly. "Don't scare me like that," he breathed out.

She chuckled and buried herself deeper into him. "I love you,"

"Three years later and it still affects me to hear those words." He peck her lips, "I love you too."
