[jack's POV]

I woke up to the sun shining on my face, I let out a groan not wanting to be awake yet. I then sat up and rubbed the tiredness out of my eyes, only to reveal that I was laying on a brown leather couch in some random apartment. I honestly wasn't fazed that I had woken up in a strangers home, that was not my dorm. I heard movement from another room and like any other human I turned my head in that direction to feel a sharp pain in my neck. I brought my hand up to my neck and felt deep cuts plastered on my skin. I winced at the thoughts from last. going to the store, being attacked, and then......what else am I missing? My thoughts were interrupted by a clearing of a throat, I turned my head to see the same figure I saw two nights ago in the cabin.

"Er......umm h-hello" I managed to say, even though my voice had a slight rasp to it.
"Good morning sleeping beauty, sleep well?" He asked, his voice deep and husk. "Well, umm not exactly. But may I ask who you are?" I asked trying to make out the figure
"What? You dont remember little ol' me? Oh, well I'm Mark Fishbach. Don't bother introducing yourself I already know exactly who you are" Mark said, chuckling a bit as he spoke. "Where am I? What am I doing here? How do you know who I am? Wh-" I asked before being cut off "you're in my apartment. You're here because I brought you here. And I know who you are because you're quite famous in my woods" Said Mark, taking a seat next to me. I didn't reply, I had to take a moment to recalibrate what he had just said. Did he just say I'm famous in his woods? "But......what?" I said, overly confused. "Relax princess, I'll explain everything after breakfast" he said, patting my back before getting up and walking off "oh, and by the way put some pants on we are going out for breakfast" he shouted over his shoulder.
It was then that I realized that I wasn't wearing any pants...whoops. I reluctantly stood up and grabbed my pants off of the arm of the couch and slid them on. I was still majorly confused as to why I was here, but I decided to just make it through the day without stressing over everything.

Time skip

Once we had gotten to the café Mark had dragged me to. My mind travelled to before left and I saw Mark slip a small stone into his pocket, I immediately shook of the thought and sat down at a table with Mark

"Ok, I want answers now so explain" I said, trying to put on a serious face. "Alright, alright fine" Mark said with a huff.
Once Mark was done explaining what happened, and a little extra stuff that I should've been better off not knowing, I was sitting there dumbfounded. After I had processed the information I managed to make up a rather impressive sentence, for what I just heard. "Ok, so let me get this strait. You're a vampire that has been watching me every time I go into those woods, the person that attacked me was another vampire named Cry, who you dated a century ago, and apparently got jealous?" I said, confused. Why would he get jealous, it's not like I'm actually dating Mark.....well imagine if I was, it couldn't be that bad dating a vampire and besides who wouldn't give it a try. He seemed smart, caring, maybe just a little funny?....and he was definitely on the attractive side.......WHAT NO YOU DON'T LIKE HIM.  Beside you just met the guy and he most likely doesn't have any feelings towards you what-so-ever. I th-. My thoughts were once again interrupted by Mark, even though I was just thinking about him. "Jack? Jack?!" He said, snapping me out of my thoughts "Wh- what did I miss something" I asked giving my full attention to Mark. "No, you just kinda spaced out I wanted to know if you were alright" he said, concern filling his voice "Oh, ya I'm perfectly fine...just a little skeptical on being around you right now, that's all" I said, looking down to my fidgeting fingers. "Well, don't be I'm probably the safest person you can be around at the moment, considering all the things hunting you" he said, mumbling the last part, that I still heard. "What!?! I'm being hunted!?! By what!?! By who!?!" I said, raising my voice a little louder than I should've. "Shh, you're going to be fine as long as you're with me. I won't let anything hurt you. It's only a few werewolves, vampires, and I think one of the most powerful sorcerers but I'm not exactly sure" he said, realizing that he said too much once my face turned snow white. "Umm......I t-think we should g-go" I said, my entire body shaking with fear. Mark quickly realized and helped me stand up and walk out of the café.
He turned into an alleyway and looked around before flashing us back to his apartment. Once he sat me down on the couch I broke down into tears, mostly from fear. Mark then sat closely next to me and pulled me into a tight hug, he then whispered sorting things into my ear as he rubbed circles into my back. I nuzzled my head into his buff chest and drenched his shirt in tears.
I heard him say "everything will be ok" before I fell asleep, my head still resting on his chest.

I later awoke to see myself laid out on top of a sleeping Mark, his arms wrapped strongly around my waist. If vampires didn't need sleep then why was he sleeping? I thought before shrugging off the thought. He was so warm and soft and they way he slept made him look so peaceful. I then laid my head back down onto his chest, feeling his chest rise and lower with each breath he took. I didn't want this to end. I wanted this. I needed this.

Anyway, I don't have many ideas so if anybody could please leave some ideas in the comments I would be forever grateful! Thanks and btw let me know if you're enjoying this and I should continue it. And I may add Mark's POV not sure yet. XP
