Another reminder that this is not a sequel.
I have had many people ask me if this is a sequel, or read this thinking it's the sequel, so I'm trying to really nail it home here 😂

Mostly only relevant to readers of Waxing Moon....

Okay, so I just wanted to clarify here that this is a very different story than Waxing Moon, however, it is a true revision and not a complete re-write.

This story has a very similar start, but there are major changes after that. I don't want to spoil too much, but for example:

-- Oren is not an immediate enemy like before. I realize coming out swinging with such a clear enemy didn't work for how long it took Cora to face him. It just didn't portray the Cora that I saw in my head. So I've changed this dynamic a lot

-- Cora is born with eyes already a different color. Rather than not knowing, she's known her entire life that she's special. But her family hid her since there was one Alpha that wanted her bloodline and they feared Cora having to mate him one day. So the story starts with her in hiding.

-- There is a witch that I added this time. The witches aren't as much of the enemy this time around, and theres even one that has become a pesudo aunt to Cora and her family, and this witch helps protect Cora.

-- Ludovic is NOT the Alpha starting out, but don't worry, he gets there ;D Don't worry, I've planned this one out. Basically, her and Ludo were a ton of fun, but he is so obligated to his duties as the Alpha in Waxing Moon that's its hard for them to bond properly. Ludo's cousin is the current Alpha when the story starts (since Ludos uncle was the previous alpha in Waxing Moon ) but his cousin is horrible at leading and many want Ludo to take the throne ;) all the while he and Cora bond a bit more than before. So he'll have multiple things to claim when the time comes ;D

-- Language barrier remains, but altered a bit. Before I was winging it in Waxing Moon, but this is thought out a little more. Cora learns their language sooner too, etc.

So, what is the point of this rewrite?

Well...

I am writing a sequel to this series! It might take a few months to start that, but a sequel is on the way! So, again, add this to your library so you can skim/read when it's all published so the changes to the sequel make sense :)

I currently have a Newsletter going with all the updated details for my newer draft of Blood Type R (with Steigen Pack as the enemy) as that will be my official version of this story. This is just an homage to the original, which so many loved, and is good practice for me.
