AUTHOR'S POV

The room was eerily filled with darkness which can drown you into it that you would never be able to come out, it gnaws at you constantly.

The only sound in the room was of some incoherent spell chantings, the brown-haired girl was mumbling continuously.

She sat inside a large circle drawn out of a red powder and right in front of her sat the Vampire lord, Luther with a paper of scroll placed between them.

Both of their eyes closed as Lisa chanted some more spells before opening her eyes. Her eyes were evident of hatred and revenge, burning in fury.

"Open your eyes now." Lisa called out causing Luther causing him to open his eyes, shining crimson red. She glanced at the dagger placed beside her, she smirked like a psychopath and picked it up.

Without thinking twice she sliced her left hand hissing a little as blood gushed out from the newly opened wound.

"I'll go through anything for you, Jungkook!" An evil chuckle escaped her mouth echoing in the dark empty room. Luther looked at her amazed.

"Give me your hand." She looked at Luther signaling him to give her his hand and he did so.

She held his hand and sliced it the same as hers, blood spurting out from the wound but Luther didn't seem to be much affected by the little cut.

She dropped the dagger on the ground intertwining her left hand with Luther's right hand, their blood mixing and her eyes closed once again.

After chanting a spell she opened her eyes and squeezed their hands slightly as some drops of their mixed blood fell on the paper.

"Speak out, let them know what hand they are gonna deal with!" An evil smile tugged at the corner of her lips and Luther mimicked her expressions.

He closed his eyes his grip tightening on her hand. His lips starting to move in a mumbling manner, and the blood dropped on the scroll, started taking the shape of letters.

The storm came with a sepia hint to the silver-black sky, as if it already knew the winds and rain it wrought would echo for eternity.

The lightning and the sun upon the cloud tops were the only brightness that day. The wind ran as if it has been restrained for time out of mind and it was determined to outrun any chaser.

The sky above grumbled with fury and the rivers reflecting the sky above turned into pitch darkness. The storm was unusual and in winters a storm like that was unpredictable.

Not only in Blackrose and Lockheart, the whole wolf community was a ground for chaos.

People were busy securing themselves and the fear, the environment created was evident in the children's voice, it echoed around everywhere.

DAWNWALKERS PACK

Hearing the never-ending rumbling of the thunder, the young prince stepped out from his room followed by his mate.

His eyes widened looking at the huge scroll that draped open right in front of him. His legs stumbled back when he saw some letters scribbling down on it, glowing crimson red letters.

"What's going on, Min-ho?" Jihyun said grabbing her mate's hand to stabilize his steps and support him.

"I've no idea!?" Min-ho replied but the horror was evident in his voice and more than that he was confused.

Soon a lunatic laugh roared and the letters started flickering, the sky rumbled and the voice started reading the message.

Not only in Dawnwalkers but for everyone, a message disguised as a warning a notice that no one predicted.

"It's been a very time we all met, And I missed you all and the saddest thing is you all never missed me. Oh, confused? I guess you all never predicted that Luther will ever come back?!"

"But now it's time to pay, I will make it straight to the point. There's only one end to this and that is the of you all filthy werewolves!"

"I'm the one who deserves the power to rule!! Nothing will stop me now, wait for me! I'll end you all! You all thinking it's just a voice-over of my frustrations?" A chuckle followed after that question.

"Pity you all! Even your Blood Moon blessed King, the superior of all will fear me soon! He will bow down to my feet!" Mischief was evident in his voice and authority dripped down from every stance.

As soon as he ended the scroll vanished in thin air, the sky cleared as if the storm was never there.

"Luther?" Jihyun questioned Min-ho, whose face was as white as chalk.

"The vampire lord! But a vampire and this? How did he get this powerful?" Min-ho questioned to himself while still staring at the sky.

"Jihyun-ah, I think we need you to be in Blackrose, you're safe there. I'll make the arrangements for you and the kids, and right now I need to go."

With that, he pecked her forehead and left for the special room.

LOCKHEART PACK

After what they just witnessed Luna alerted all the guards of the pack and called everybody in the special room to prepare for the huge upcoming disaster.

This fear is their challenge and demon to slay, for it will come until they do, unannounced and gnarly. The only way out is to order this brain to function, to demand solutions instead of this crazy-making circling anxiety, which was evident on everyone's faces.

Everybody sat on their respective seats but their hearts were pounding inside, adrenaline rushing into their system, pumping like it's going to escape.

Luna sat on the royal chair with Taehyung, Yoongi on the right side, and Yibo, Y/N on the left side. All the authorities and Alpha Kim's administrators were there.

"We don't know what can happen at what time so we need to be careful beforehand." Luna's firm voice echoed into the room as all the authorities looked towards her side, head held high.

She was still not over her grief, she missed her mate, Alpha Kim, but the responsibility on her shoulders kept her steady.

"As Alpha Kim is no more..." She took a deep breath, as the tears once again threatened to fall.

Taehyung and Y/N kept their hands on hers from each side assuring her that no matter what, they're still here for her.

"Our pack is like an orphan right now, and in this situation, it's not possible to get a coronation done." She looked at Taehyung once and then continued.

"But a pack needs a leader. A coronation is just an announcement for the world. We all know that Taehyung is our future Alpha, and he does have a mate now."

She got up from her seat and went towards the side, where the Alpha's crown was settled on a high cushioned pillar.

"I'm giving all the responsibility of this pack to its rightful owner, Taehyung. I need you to lead us in our difficulties, I need you to know your people and to protect them with your life."

Luna stepped in front of Taehyung with the crown and following her everyone present in the room got up from their respective seats.

"With all my life, I'm accepting this honor and I pledge to protect our pack with everything I got." He bowed a little in respect to the crown and Luna placed it on his head.

"I'll forever be by his side and help him be the king, our people wish for," Solar said with pride lacing her voice.

Luna turned to face others who were knelt to the ground bowing and accepting the future of their pack. She signaled Solar to come in front and placed her own crown on her head.

She kissed both of theirs forehead and then announced with a voice of a queen.

"Increase the pack's security, make sure no one can pass our borders. Every single person needs to be alerted, this is a fight we all need to fight with our lives."
