Y/N ran through halls down the stairs smiling like a little kid as her cousin sister was calling her from the back, "Y/N! Wait for me! Sometimes I doubt if you're a princess or a horse!"

Y/N chuckled heartedly as she turned back to stick her tongue out at her, "I'm just a healthy person, not a pumpkin like you!"

A sweet melody of the piano made it's way to her eardrums she smiled knowingly.

There are times it feels as if the music is teaching your brain how to flow, how to be so peaceful. It's as if the slowly changing tone touches different parts, a sort of auditory message for someone's mind. It is an invitation for slowness and to feel the presence of yourself, the ever-patient version of you who waits to be spoken to and is content to do so.

"Take your time my pumpkin, I got my call." Y/N said to Joy and ran towards the room, the melody was coming from.

The prince was gracefully placing his fingers from one key to another creating the holiest music enough to win anyone's heart.

"You didn't wish me brother!" Y/N whined while hugging the prince from behind as he let out a chuckle in response and turned around patting her head, "I was waiting for you my little princess that's why I played the music right now, you know that right."

Y/N laughed as Yoongi pecked her cheek and cupped her face looking at her lovingly, "Happy birthday!"

Y/N nodded several times joyfully while grabbing his hand and tugging him towards the exit with her for breakfast.

"Don't you dare forget me!" Taehyung popped out from nowhere and pouted as he came running towards them hugging both of them together from the back.

"And what about me!" Joy came running towards them as well. All of them smiled as she grabbed Yoongi's other hand pouting cutely.

"Alright alright Alpha is waiting, shall we?" Yoongi said pointing his hand towards the door as all of them made their way downstairs.

"Good morning sweetie! Happy Birthday!" Luna beamed as all of them reached near the dining table. With her arms wide open Y/N ran towards her and Luna engulfed her into a tight hug.

"Thanks, Mother!" Y/N smiled cheekily at her as Luna pecked her forehead with affection and then all of them settled down on their chairs surrounding the dining table.

Some minutes late a man dressed in royal attire entered the dining room as all of them stood up and greeted him, "Good morning Alpha." All of them bowed in respect to him as Alpha patted the chair near him for
Y/N to sit.

"Happy birthday Y/N." He patted her head lovingly and then turned towards Mr. Kang, the delta second in command now in authority, "Everything is ready right? No mistakes! It's my daughter's 18th birthday. You invited all the respective guests right?" He asked taking a sip of the juice.

"Yes Alpha! Only Busan's Blackrose Pack is left. And I was about to leave, to personally provide them the invitation." Mr. Kang bowed his head slightly.

Alpha nodded and turned back towards the others, "So I hope Taehyung and Yoongi had completed their work."

"Yes alpha it's our sister's birthday after all." Taehyung placed his spoon on the plate and took a breath moving his gaze toward Yoongi.

"Yes, everything needs to be perfect." Yoongi said while taking a bite of his food.

"We'll be leaving then, as there are some of arrangements left so we do need to hurry up." Taehyung stood up walking towards Alpha as he nodded and patted Taehyung's head.

BLACKROSE PACK

Mr. Kang made his way to the giant door holding the royal scroll written himself by their Alpha, the king of Daegu.

"I'm Mr. Kang, delta second in command from Daegu, Alpha Kim's administrator. I'll highly appreciate it if Alpha Jeon will be able to give us his few minutes." Mr. Kang bowed politely as the guard went inside with his message, soon coming back with the command.

"Alpha called you inside, please come, I'll lead you the way!"

The palace was high up on the hill overlooking the town, it's many pointed towers giving it the look of an eccentric crown.

The walls were a white stone that glistened in the summer sun and the roof was grey slate. It was as big as twenty of the ordinary houses of the pack.

Around the palace were the horse pastures and kitchen gardens for the royal family. And around that was a stone wall topped with iron spikes and guarded day and night.

The most sumptuous carpets and fabrics to be found in this land and the lands of the known world.

Now it stood with it's thick stone walls and moat of green as a symbol of power in the region.

The sculptures in front of the palace had been made long ago by masters of the craft. They were set on pedestals amid the water of the fountains and the perfectly manicured hedges that looked like different animals.

Instead of the peaks in the roof, It had gold-domed towers instead. It had an open porch at the front held up with most ostentatiously detailed pillars, painted in brilliant white.

Inside there were no doors on the ground floor, only arches. The flagstone floor had been shipped in also and was made with a stone of soft blue hues that had never before been seen in the district.

After completion, its designer had been executed to ensure he could never make a replica.

The walls inside the corridors were engraved with beautiful murals, hand-painted by someone who knew what they were doing. The colors are like nothing else, overpowering & strong.

The corridors were adorned with expensive carpets, swords, and armours hanged in the way towards the Alpha's special room.

The guards opened the doors for Mr. Kang as he entered and greeted Alpha Jeon, "Good morning alpha." He bowed in front of the Alpha.

"Good morning Mr.Kang! How can I help you? Everything's alright?" Alpha Jeon replied with a gentle smile on his face.

"Yes alpha everything is fine. The reason for me coming here is to invite you on the occasion of our Alpha's daughter's 18th birthday. It will be an honor to us if you attend the celebration with your family sir." Mr. Kang said handing the royal scroll with the invitation letter to Alpha Jeon.

"Thanks a lot, Mr.Kang. We'll be glad to be there on such a beautiful occasion." Alpha Jeon nodded while reading the scroll.

"Thanks, alpha, I will be leaving then?" Mr. Kang bowed taking steps backward.

"Yeah sure Mr. Kang, give my best regards to Alpha Kim, have a nice journey."

After that Mr. Kang left for their borders.

ALPHA JEON'S POV

"Good afternoon alpha." Everybody wished as I entered the dining room.

"Good afternoon." I kissed my Luna's forehead speaking further, "Today's Alpha Kim's daughter's 18th birthday and he invited all of us."

Everyone squealed happily while my son, the future Alpha gave no reaction. He was just sitting there having his precious lunch.

I took a glass of water sipping it, "I want you, Jungkook, to come as well, maybe you'll find your mate as well."

"Father, I have my training today evening!" Jungkook retorted.

"I'm well aware about that kookie but you need to spend your time in gatherings too! Or else how are you gonna find your other half, your mate?" I placed my hand over his, "For sure she's not from this pack, it's being 2 years since you turned 18."

"Okay," Jungkook mumbled and nodded understanding.
