This book is a part of the Infernal Plumage Chronicles, a series compiling the strange and mystical stories of Nisos Fotia. This collection of books takes place in a single realm, with each edition featuring one of the five prominent races: the elves, the valks, the dyasuras, the seirims, and of course, the morais.

Although each story is independent, the series revolves around a central theme and plot. A reader may start in any book they want, however, I wholeheartedly recommend reading each edition to see the story unfold from many perspectives.

Four of the five books are intended for international consumption, while the fifth is written exclusively for Filipino consumers. It's also worth noting that the books' writing and liturgical styles differ from one author to the next. Hence, do not be surprised if the other books fall out of your scope of preference. The books in this series are highly diversified, with each book pertaining to a distinct demographic. Please refrain from comparing the authors of this collaboration. Although we are all open to constructive criticism, we draw the line to unprofessional and meaningless hate. 

With all that being said, your five hosts will begin to escort you into this world of wonder, mystics, and terror. Hold onto your pages, for the threshold to the world of Nisos Fotia is about to open.
