...the Hack challenge! In which I, Nate Ridigas, attempt to hack into the so called 'Demigod Facebook' that Claire Hunters created - from Camp Jupiter, no less! - and Jon provides moral support.

I am not the first to attempt this, and nor will I be the last. I got into touch with Claire Hunters, who laughed at me when I said I was going to hack her program, and did some digging. Apparently, an unknown god; Leo Valdez, son of Hephaestus and Isabelle Brookes, daughter of Athena, have all managed to break through the defences.

This should be a piece of cake.

Ok, let me tell you what's going on right now in Camp Jupiter. Obviously I'm not there, but I know Nate well enough to tell you that he's sat cross-legged on the floor, and he's just pushed his glasses up his nose and hunched over his laptop before starting to type madly. he may or may not also have a cat on his lap, and is most likely working his way through his second pack of crisps already.

I'm not even going to question how you knew half of that.

You realise that since then, Claire has worked with Belle and Leo to improve the defences? Now they're like 10 times as strong

Belle is the most advanced coder in the whole Athena cabin - she's even created her own personal operating system. Leo is naturally talented with technology - godly power aids him! And Claire built the thing from scratch in the first place - that says enough about her talent!

Each of them managed to break in, yes, but since then they've teamed up to protect the system. What chance do you have?

Any progress? It's been three hours.

Not really. It's unlike any defence program I've ever seen. Even the pentagon was easier to hack than this.

I wanted a challenge. And I'd lost my cat and needed to access security footage for the whole country. Turns out she got run over at the end of my street.
