In the morning

    Ester woke up and heard a small groan. She immediately looked over at Quin and saw that he was waking up,

    "Cannon!"

    Quin looked over and winced and smiled at her,

    "Hey Flare,"

    Ester took his hand,

    "How are you feeling?"

    Quin sighed,

    "Damn I just fucking froze man. You would think that I would be stronger by now. But it was like I was still that weak kid that left to go to the army two years ago,"

    Ester glared at him,

    "Hey, don't do that to yourself. That man is evil alright? He is the one at fault, not you. Never sell yourself short, you have grown so much from that scaredy-cat kid I met two years ago. You are independent, strong, talented, and a great person. Everything your father should dream about. You froze up, but so what? He is your worst nightmare, that's not an easy thing to face,"

    Quin smiled gently,

    "Thanks, Flare, you always know what to say,"

    Ester winked at him,

    "It's my specialty, now come in here,"

    They hugged and Quin felt himself relaxing in her familiar embrace. They separated and Quin smirked,

    "Can we go home now?"

    Ester smiled and nodded,

    "Sure, let's go home,"

    Ester helped Quin get up and gave him his crutches to walk with, Jesse took a look at them and knew it was hopeless telling them to stay,

    "Fine, go. I heard Liam is gonna be living with you during the week off so bring him back after so I can check up on you two,"

Ester and Quin nodded and smiled at her,

    "Thanks,"

    Jesse smirked and nodded,

    "No problem, now get outta here,"

    They nodded. However! Once they left the tent, a small group of boys were outside with roses. Ester and Quin shared a confused look. One of the kids walked up to Ester,

    "Commander? Will you go out with me?"

    Ester choked and turned around to see Jesse smirking. That was when chaos broke out when all the boys started asking her out and fighting each other, Quin smirked at Ester,

    "So you got fanboys,"

    Ester blushed,

    "Shut up,"

    One boy grabbed Ester,

    "Be mine!"

    Ester glared at him but before she could punch him, Quin knocked him out with his crutch. Ester smirked and nodded at him,

    "I need to get me those,"

    Quin laughed and nodded,

    "Let's hurry up and escape,"

    So the two left quickly with some boys still trying to get Ester's attention, as to which she glared at them in disgust at the fact that they have no honor in asking her out, a commander. Quin and Ester got in and sighed in relief. Quin looked at her and smirked,

    "So, what was that all about?"

    Ester rolled her eyes and glared,

    "Fucking Jess!"

    Quin laughed,

    "What about her?"

    Ester ran a hand down her face,

    "She asked me when I was gonna start dating, saying that a lot of guys would die to date me. I told her that I didn't believe her,"

    Quin burst into laughter at her grumpiness,

    "Girl, you are beautiful, you just don't see it,"

    Ester rolled her eyes at him,

    "Whatever, now I gotta deal with that,"

    Quin laughed,

    "Well, who do you like?"

    Ester blushed and Quin smirked,

    "Ah, so you DOOO like someone,"

    Ester blushed even more and Quin smiled. Ester glared at him,

    "Shut up,"

    Quin smiled,

    "Tell meeeee,"

    Ester sighed,

    "Fine. I like this dude at the tennis club...Justin,"

    Quin smirked,

    "Ah the dreamy dude who kept glaring at us...gotcha,"

    Ester tilted her head,

    "What do you mean by glaring?"

    Quin smirked,

    "Oh innocent little Flare, he looked like he wanted to kill the boys and I when you introduced us,"

    Ester frowned,

    "That doesn't sound like him,"

    Quin smiled,

    "I'll help you get lover boy, just go with the flow,"

    Ester tilted her head in confusion,

    "What?"

    Quin smirked,

    "You shall see. Where will they be when we get back?"

    Ester looked at her watch and shrugged,

    "Probably leaving,"

    Quin smiled and nodded,

    "Aight, I got a plan,"

    Ester narrowed her eyes at him,

    "What plan?"

    Quin smiled,

    "You shall see,"

    Ester sighed and nodded,

    "Fine,"

At the tennis club when they are leaving

    Massimo looked around and frowned slightly, Lee nudged him,

    "What's wrong?"

    Massimo shrugged,

    "Ester said that she would get back today, I'm just worried,"

    Justin smiled,

    "Don't worry Mass, she will be fine,"

    Massimo nodded. That was when he heard his name being called. He looked to the right and saw Ester helping Quin walking to them, he wanted to be extra ok? Massimo smiled hugely,

    "Ester!"

    Ester finally got there and glared at Quin,

    "You know. You are very lucky you piece of shit,"

    Quin smirked,

    "I know,"

    Lee looked at his leg and then face,

    "What happened?"

    Quin looked at his ankle,

    "Oh, my ankle is from when we 'died'-"

    Ester nudged him playfully,

    "And sadly they couldn't fix his face when he was born,"

    Quin glared,

    "HEY!"

    Everyone laughed and Quin rolled his eyes,

    "Ester punched me for teasing her way too much,"

    Ester shrugged as everyone looked at her in slight shock,

    "Eh he got me back with the small cut on my face,"

    Said 'small' cut was six inches long. Justin and Massimo glared at Quin and he raised his hand in defense,

    "Hey! I defend her when needed, you shoulda seen me knock that kid out with my crutch...these things are amazing weapons,"

    Now everyone was confused and Justin frowned when he saw a slight blush on Ester's face. Massimo narrowed his eyes,

    "What kid?"

    Quin smirked and looked at Ester to which she glared threateningly at him. He quickly got out of her hold and sped over to behind Lee with his crutch,

    "Our friend Ester has fanboys who want to date her, so when Jesse said that she was looking to date, they all crowded around the infirmary and asked her out, a guy grabbed her arm when we were leaving and so I knocked him out...woulda done more if I could,"

    Ester threw a rock at him,

    "QUIN!"

    Everyone looked at the flustered commander in shock, Massimo feeling his anger rise at the thought of soldiers trying to get her, Justin feeling very jealous. Lee immediately understood his hidden motive and subtly nodded at him,

    "Sooo, who you dating?"

    Ester blushed even more and glared at her friend,

    "No one,"

    Quin smirked,

    "Have fun telling that to your fanboys,"

    Ester glared and really was debating if she should throw something heavier than a rock at her best friend. Alesia smirked,

    "Were any of them cute at least?"

    Ester blushed even more,

    "Alesiaaaaa,"

    Quin smirked,

    "Obviously all of them were hot, army dudes are the best!"

    Ester glared even more at him,

    "You are so lucky that Lee is in front of you, Quin Rodriguez,"

    Quin smirked,

    "What would you do love? You got nothing on a poor injured soul like myself,"

    Ester glared and walked up to him,

    "I oughtta,"

    Ester ran at him and he yelled out as she tackled him to the floor and sat on his stomach, knees to the side of him. Quin glared up at her,

    "This is abuse,"

    Ester smirked,

    "Innocent til proven guilty,"

    Ester immediately got up after she remembered that his torso was still hurt and she winced and smiled guiltily at him when he winced,

    "Sorry, forgot,"

    Quin waved at her in dismissal,

    "It's aight Flare,"

    Ester helped him get up and Lee immediately helped her because of her shoulder. Derek frowned,

    "Are you two dating?"

    Ester and Quin looked at each other and burst into laughter. Ester shook her head,

    "Hell no, that would be gross,"

    Quin rolled his eyes,

    "Speak for yourself sister, I am fabulous,"

    Ester smirked,

    "Tell that to the zero people you dated,"

    Quin shrugged,

    "Sis you got sibling zoned by Slinger, you in no better position,"

    Ester chuckled and smirked teasingly,

    "Say that to my apparent Fanboys,"

    Quin smirked in victory,

    "Hah! You admit to having fanboys,"

    Ester frowned slightly and glared at him,

    "Hey! Unfair use of wordplay,"

    Massimo tilted his head,

    "So, any guys I should be worrying about?"

    Ester glared at Quin again and shook her head,

    "Nope, none at all, except you should be worried about Quin's safety, I may commit murder against a fellow soldier of the United States of America,"

    Quin raised his hands in surrender,

    "Hey man, I'm just trying to help,"

    Ester rolled her eyes at him and slapped the back of his head,

    "Shut up,"

    Quin smirked and shook his head,

    "Sorry, no can do. It's fun speaking,"

    Ester glared at him even more,

    Massimo facepalmed and everyone knew that they were just going to talk a different language for a little bit. Lee whispered to Alesia,

    "This is interesting,"

    Alesia smirked and nodded,

    "Did you see how angry Justin looked?"

    Lee nodded and smirked. Quin smiled proudly,

    Ester scowled and sighed,

    "You got me there,"

    Quin smiled victoriously,

    "I finally win an argument with THE spitfire,"

    Ester whacked his head again and he pouted. Ester turned to The small group of staff,

    "We should get going, I gotta make sure the apartment is clean and more room is made and just some chores because some people don't do anything,"

    Quin coughed,

    "Javier cough Damion cough,"

    Ester rolled her eyes,

    "And you,"

    Quin raised his crutches,

    "I am INJURED,"

    Ester shrugged,

    "You did a fine job of beating that cadet up, I think you can manage,"

    Quin groaned as he was led away by Ester. Massimo smirked,

    "Quality tv,"

    Everyone laughed. Lee looked at Massimo,

    "Is she going to be helping with camp again?"

        Massimo shrugged,

    "I have no idea, I think she might plan something out with Greg, Luke, and Akemi, but for now, I think she's trying to take it 'easy' right now,"

    Massimo waved goodbye and soon left, Derek left next. Lee smirked at Justin,

    "So, red tomato, how are you doing?"

    Justin tilted his head in confusion,

    "What?"

    Alesia smirked,

    "You got sooooo jealous it was funny,"

    Justin blushed,

    "I was not jealous,"

    Everyone smirked, Nick nudged him,

    "It was preeettttyyy obvious to us,"

    Justin rolled his eyes,

    "See ya, tomorrow guys,"

    Everyone laughed as Justin left.
