They all were in shock as the Witch chuckled, "Oh, Roman, a miserable fool!", she walked down the stairs as her staff started to glow black, "You instantly fell for my trap, and got me precisely what I wanted!", she laughed darkly as she twirled her staff in her hands, "Thanks to you, and your blindness, I have now just enough magic to finally pick up from where I had stopped!", Roman was in both anger and shame, he had let his dreams blind him from what was really going on. Virgil, Deceit, and Logan, however, stood their ground, "We won't let you!", the witch laughed, "Then let us begin~", with a wave of her staff the storm grew more powerful as the ceiling had given away and flew off, the witch smiled insanely as she could see that they were in the eye of the storm. She held her staff high and black mist started to glow around her...And in the blink of an eye...She had transformed into her dragon form. It flew high in the sky and gave a powerful roar that shook the earth. The dragon looked at the four and took a deep breath and breathed out her fire! Logan managed to create a shield to protect them, "I don't know how long it will hold!", Roman was shaking, he refused to help as he had already caused enough damage so, it was up to Logan, Deceit, and Virgil. Logan was growing tired as he tried his best to hold the shield up, "What do we do?!", Virgil pulled out his swords and looked at Deceit dead in the eye, "Protect Logan and Roman. I'll fight her.", "What!? Virgil, you can't!! We can't lose you... .!!", Virgil smiled softly, "Promise you, I'll be alright. . .", at that moment the shield gave out and Logan collapsed due to exhaustion. Deceit managed to catch him, "Virgil, please be careful!", Virgil only ran up to the throne and watched as the dragon was trying to claw at him, Virgil grabbed old rope and jumped up on the wall, "Let us see who makes it out!", the dragon flew at Virgil in full speed, Virgil ducked but grabbed on to the dragons hind leg! The dragon tried to throw Virgil off but, Virgil kept hanging on. Once he knew he had a good grip, he started to climb onto the dragon's back. The dragon became more hysterical and violent as it tried to throw Virgil off! Virgil nearly slipped, but he continued to hold on, using the rope, he managed to get it in the dragon's mouth, "Let's kick this into high gear!!", Virgil tugged the rope and made the dragon come to a halt! Virgil started to direct the dragon all around the tower until he finally ran the dragon into the nearby valley. . .

Deceit, carrying Logan, and Roman rushed to the scene to see that the witch had turned back into her human form. . .Virgil was on the ground. Roman rushed to him, "Virgil!", Virgil didn't respond instantly, but was simply dazed by that, "No need to yell. . .", Virgil sat up and looked at the witch. . .Her staff lay there, but as the witch's last heartbeats were taken, that staff suddenly started to glow and levitate off the ground. . .Before anyone could react, it suddenly shone a blinding light! Once the light was gone. . .The staff fell to the ground like it was nothing but a stick, "YOU DID IT!!!!", they turned to see Joan and Valeria running towards the, "Her magic!", Joan started to undo his blindfold as Valeria explained, "For so long she had used Rose's magic to twist the forest into her domain, but now that the magic has been freed from its prison, the dark magic has now been lifted!!", Deceit smiled with exhaustion in his eyes, "We did it. . .", Virgil stood up, refusing Roman's help, "We must return. . .But, how can we. . .? We don't-----", "Ah-Ah!", Valeria stopped Virgil, "Allow me!", she whistled out. After a few moments of silence, three horses come over, "They'll give you a ride!", Virgil smiled, "Indeed they will.", everyone turned to Joan, who had now removed the blindfold revealing his brown eyes, "You have saved us and the forest. . .How can we ever repay you for your bravery and courage?", Deceit smiled, "We shall decide that soon, but for now, we can use a guide to get back home.", Joan nods and bows, "As you wish.", Deceit got Logan on the horse and climbs on himself but makes sure Logan won't fall off, Virgil tied up Roman's hands and made sure he wouldn't get away and Joan took the third horse, "This way my friends!", they set off to the journey home.
