"Do you know where Hongjoong is? I have to ask him what happened."

"I don't know if he will answer that but you can try your luck. His office it at the end ofthe corridor."

Seonghwa was now serious.

"But if he don't than you have to accept that." he said.

"I know and I don't care. I have a right to get to know what happened!"

Annoyed I followed the description to the door which I overheard the conversation earlier.

I knocked.

"Come in."

Hongjoong was sitting on a big working desk in the middle of the room. The high shelves are filled with tonnes of documents.

"Lia! What can I do for you?" he asked and smiled friendly.

I responded with a smile as well as I sat down in front of him.

"I have got some questions." I said calmly. He nod and took the documents in front of him to the side to give me his unshared attention.

"What happened earlier? What does this kind of alarm mean?"

Like the other member he got serious mentioning this topic.

"Well this alarm is an emergency alarm."

"What kind of emergency? Did the mansion got attacked by enemies?"

He stayed silent and seems to think about the right words.

"Yes. If the alarm gets triggered, our security system detected an enemy. And because you don't have anything to do with our business you are only safe in this room in that kind of situation.

"Like I already assumed..." I mutters quietly.

"Is there something else you want to know?"

"How often does the alarm get triggered?"

"I can't say this for sure. It's depending."

I nod and stood up. "Thank you for answering my questions, Hongjoong. I appreciate it."

"You're welcome. ... Oh well, Lia? Could you take care of the dinner today?"

"Sure. Do I have to keep in mind any allergies?"

"Gladly not. Then suprise us with you cooking skills."

"I will do my best, captain!"

With these words I left his office and tried to find the kitchen. But I found it like I assumed it already near the dining room.

The first thing I did was looking for any supply and ingredients I could find and then decide what I could cook with them.

I made tteokbokki.

"Hmm! What smells so delicious?" Mingi came into the kitchen. I turned to him with a big smile.

"I'm cooking."

"That's great! I will set the table for you." he said and got the bowls.

"Thank you for your help, Mingi."

More and more member were decoyed by the scent.

"That smells delicious!"Yunho entered the dinning room and sat down as I put the pot on the table. He smiled.

Almost everyone was already sat at the table as Yeosang entered. He examined the food and looked at me. "Is that tteokbokki?" He asked. I nod intimidated.

But then he did something I didn't expected. He smiled slightly and satisfied as he sat down.

"Yeosang loves tteokbokki" mentioned Jongho.

Hongjoong was the last one to join, he apologized and everyone was allowed to eat.

"Let's see..." Hongjoong muttered and tried my food as everyone else.

"That's delicious!" said San. "Yeah" Yeosang agreed.

Everyone agreed on their own way.

I was so relieved that the members liked it.

"I'm glad that you enjoyed it." I said after everyone was finished.

"Jongho and I will do the dishes." explained Yunho and stand up.

That means that I could take a shower and then head to bed. But after that day I really deserved it.

"I have let you clothes get washed so you can wear it during our shopping tour." Seonghwa mentioned with a smile before I left the room to get my shower.

"Thank you, Seonghwa."

After that refreshing shower which brought relaxation to my body, I could sleep.

Seonghwa already laid in his bed as I came back.

"Tomorrow will be fun. I already planed some good things." He turned on his other side and went asleep very quickly after that.

Well even with thiscalming shower it wasn't that easy for me. My thoughts stopped me asI tried...

I'm with ateez! And they were actually not that bad. Just humans who do everything for money and just concentrate on their work. However they consider each other as family, that's why they gained such power.

Kept in the underworld, under their control, in their unique family.

I was that what I always wanted, was it? To meet Ateez? Get to know them?

Were they the reason why I played with the danger outside? Get back late?

That danger which lead me to ateez and got me in the focus of them?

Probably.

I should have thought about the long time consequences... I want back to Mila! Take her in a big hug and tell her that I'm safe! Home! And nothing happened in the first place! That it was all just a bad dream.

But I could is ask Hongjoong if I can call her or at least write a letter.

And I will do that if I got back from the shopping tour with Seonghwa. I just have to send her a message that I'm fine and that I'm safe.... for now.

With this plan I got calmer and satisfied so I could also finally get to sleep.
